D、成型:将混合液投入模具中并冷却成型后取出;
E、二次粉碎:将成型后的原料投入粉碎机内进行第二次粉碎处理,且粉碎目数为30-50目;
F、称量装袋:将粉碎后的原料投入装袋机中进行装袋处理,且每袋重50-100g,每10-20袋装一盒;
G、检验合格后包装入库。

实施例二:
一种环保型助剂,环保型助剂由苯甲酸甲酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、氯化石蜡、滑石粉、皂角粉、植物油、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、中药提取液、无卤阻燃剂和甘油组成,其重量份数的组分为:苯甲酸甲酯30份;二甘醇二苯甲酸酯25份;二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯45份;氯化石蜡12份;滑石粉8份;皂角粉7份;植物油15份;抗静电剂8份;紫外线吸收剂10份;中药提取液7份;无卤阻燃剂10份;甘油12份。
以苯甲酸甲酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、植物油和甘油为主要原料,并辅以抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、中药提取液和无卤阻燃剂,可有效提高塑料整体的抗静电性、防紫外线性、抗菌性和阻燃性,提高其使用寿命,且中药提取液采用中药渣为原料,不仅避免了中药渣的浪费,同时也保护了环境,无卤阻燃剂可在塑料燃烧的时候不产生卤素元素,从而避免塑料燃烧对人体健康产生的危害,从而提高了塑料的环保性。
植物油为大豆油、棕榈油和橄榄油三种的混合物,且大豆油、棕榈油和橄榄油之间的比例为1.3:0.5:0.3。
抗静电剂由环氧树脂、RB-048、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、二氧化钛、乙氧基化烷基胺、环己酮和醋酸锌组成,其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂60份;RB-048 10份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚7份;二氧化钛5份;乙氧基化烷基胺25份;环己酮12份;醋酸锌5份。
紫外线吸收剂由邻特丁基对甲酚、碳化钛、环氧树脂、银粉、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、氧化锌和丙烯酸多元醇组成,其重量份数的组分为:邻特丁基对甲酚20份;碳化钛15份;环氧树脂70份;银粉7份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚5份;氧化锌15份;丙烯酸多元醇35份。
中药提取液的中药原料由黄芩渣、银杏叶渣、白茯苓渣、丁香渣、山茶渣、牛蒡渣、玉竹渣、甘草渣和艾叶渣组成,其重量份数的组分为:黄芩渣15份;银杏叶渣35份;白茯苓渣7份;丁香渣5份;山茶渣8份;牛蒡渣10份;玉竹渣8份;甘草渣20份;艾叶渣18份。
无卤阻燃剂为季戊四醇双磷酸酯和季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯两种的混合物,且季戊四醇双磷酸酯和季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯之间的比例为1:0.8。
一种环保型助剂的生产工艺,其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
A、固体原料除杂:将滑石粉和皂角粉放入除杂箱内进行除杂处理;
B、固体原料粉碎:将除杂后的原料按重量份数投入粉碎机内进行粉碎处理,且粉碎目数为250目;
C、搅拌混合:将粉碎后的原料以及重量份数的苯甲酸甲酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、氯化石蜡、植物油、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、中药提取液、无卤阻燃剂和甘油倒入搅拌箱内进行搅拌,且搅拌机的转速为300r/min,搅拌时间为20min;
D、成型:将混合液投入模具中并冷却成型后取出;
E、二次粉碎:将成型后的原料投入粉碎机内进行第二次粉碎处理,且粉碎目数为50目;
F、称量装袋:将粉碎后的原料投入装袋机中进行装袋处理,且每袋重100g,每10袋装一盒;
G、检验合格后包装入库。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (7)
1.一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述环保型助剂由苯甲酸甲酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、氯化石蜡、滑石粉、皂角粉、植物油、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、中药提取液、无卤阻燃剂和甘油组成,其重量份数的组分为:苯甲酸甲酯20-30份;二甘醇二苯甲酸酯15-25份;二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯30-45份;氯化石蜡6-12份;滑石粉4-8份;皂角粉2-7份;植物油10-15份;抗静电剂3-8份;紫外线吸收剂3-10份;中药提取液3-7份;无卤阻燃剂3-10份;甘油4-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述植物油为大豆油、玉米油、牡丹籽油、棕榈油或橄榄油中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂由环氧树脂、RB-048、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、二氧化钛、乙氧基化烷基胺、环己酮和醋酸锌组成,其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45-60份;RB-048 7-10份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3-7份;二氧化钛2-5份;乙氧基化烷基胺15-25份;环己酮7-12份;醋酸锌2-5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂由邻特丁基对甲酚、碳化钛、环氧树脂、银粉、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、氧化锌和丙烯酸多元醇组成,其重量份数的组分为:邻特丁基对甲酚10-20份;碳化钛8-15份;环氧树脂50-70份;银粉3-7份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚2-5份;氧化锌10-15份;丙烯酸多元醇20-35份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述中药提取液的中药原料由黄芩渣、银杏叶渣、白茯苓渣、丁香渣、山茶渣、牛蒡渣、玉竹渣、甘草渣和艾叶渣组成,其重量份数的组分为:黄芩渣5-15份;银杏叶渣20-35份;白茯苓渣2-7份;丁香渣1-5份;山茶渣2-8份;牛蒡渣3-10份;玉竹渣2-8份;甘草渣10-20份;艾叶渣6-18份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型助剂,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂为红磷微胶囊、季戊四醇双磷酸酯、脒基脲磷酸盐或季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
7.一种环保型助剂的生产工艺,其特征在于:其生产工艺包括以下步骤:
A、固体原料除杂:将滑石粉和皂角粉放入除杂箱内进行除杂处理;
B、固体原料粉碎:将除杂后的原料按重量份数投入粉碎机内进行粉碎处理,且粉碎目数为180-250目;
C、搅拌混合:将粉碎后的原料以及重量份数的苯甲酸甲酯、二甘醇二苯甲酸酯、二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯、氯化石蜡、植物油、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂、中药提取液、无卤阻燃剂和甘油倒入搅拌箱内进行搅拌,且搅拌机的转速为200-300r/min,搅拌时间为20-35min;
D、成型:将混合液投入模具中并冷却成型后取出;
E、二次粉碎:将成型后的原料投入粉碎机内进行第二次粉碎处理,且粉碎目数为30-50目;
F、称量装袋:将粉碎后的原料投入装袋机中进行装袋处理,且每袋重50-100g,每10-20袋装一盒;
G、检验合格后包装入库。
