背景技术
物流自动化是指物流作业过程的设备和设施自动化,包括运输、装卸、包装、分拣、识别等作业过程,比如,自动识别***、自动检测***、自动分拣***、自动存取***、自动跟踪***等。物流自动化是充分利用各种机械和运输设备、计算机***和综合作业协调等技术手段,通过对物流***的整体规划及技术应用,使物流的相关作业和内容省力化、效率化、合理化,快速、精准、可靠地完成物流的过程。
码垛是把物品整齐地堆叠好,现有的码垛装置一般是取货、码垛依次进行的作业过程,无法进行连续同时作业,从而造成了时间的浪费,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动化物流用连续码垛装置,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种自动化物流用连续码垛装置,包括箱体以及码垛单元,所述箱体一侧为用于上料的送料传送带,所述箱体前后内侧壁上均均匀对称转动安装有四个链轮,位于箱体同一内侧壁上的四个链轮之间连接有链条,箱体前后外侧壁上分别安装有驱动连接一个链轮的第一电机,箱体内前后两根链条之间间隔安装有多组码垛单元,箱体靠近送料传送带的一侧设有进料口,箱体另一侧设有出料口,所述码垛单元包括支撑板、滑动安装于支撑板上的移动板、用于带动移动板运动的进给组件、安装于移动板上的定位组件和出料组件,所述支撑板上前后两端中间均固定有连接杆,所述连接杆顶端活动穿设有销轴,销轴与链条的链板固定连接。

2、设有升降组件,所述升降组件包括升降电机、第二双向丝杆、第二内螺纹套、滑套、减震弹簧、剪叉机构和滑块,通过升降电机带动第二双向丝杆转动,第二双向丝杆带动两个第二内螺纹套移动,第二内螺纹套通过推动滑套移动从而带动剪叉机构运动,实现箱体的升降,进行码垛高度的适应性调整,同时,减震弹簧的存在能够起到一定的减震效果。

实施例1
请参阅图1~3,本发明实施例中,一种自动化物流用连续码垛装置,包括箱体1以及码垛单元2,所述箱体1一侧为用于上料的送料传送带5,所述箱体1前后内侧壁上均均匀对称转动安装有四个链轮3,位于箱体1同一内侧壁上的四个链轮3之间连接有链条4,箱体1前后外侧壁上分别安装有驱动连接一个链轮3的第一电机,箱体1内前后两根链条4之间间隔安装有多组码垛单元2,箱体1靠近送料传送带5的一侧设有进料口,箱体1另一侧设有出料口,通过第一电机带动链轮3转动,链轮3带动链条4运动,链条4从而带动多组码垛单元2运动,送料传送带5将货物通过进料口送上码垛单元2后,链条4带动码垛单元2及其上的货物运动至出料口处,可在任意高度进行出料码垛,多个码垛单元2连续作业,工作效率高,所述码垛单元2包括支撑板11、滑动安装于支撑板11上的移动板10、用于带动移动板10运动的进给组件、安装于移动板10上的定位组件和出料组件,所述支撑板11上前后两端中间均固定有连接杆6,所述连接杆6顶端活动穿设有销轴,销轴与链条4的链板固定连接,本实施例中,所述移动板10底部固定有T型滑条,支撑板11上表面开设有供T型滑条连接的T型滑槽,所述进给机构包括齿轮13、用于驱动齿轮13转动的第二电机和齿条12,所述支撑板11靠近出料口的一端固定安装有第二电机,第二电机的输出轴上固定安装有齿轮13,所述移动板10底部固定安装有与齿轮13啮合的齿条12,第二电机带动齿轮13转动,齿轮13通过齿条12带动移动板10移动,移动板10移出箱体1外部,进行码垛,所述定位组件包括第三电机、第一双向丝杆8、第一内螺纹套9、连杆16和定位板7,移动板10上表面前后对称转动安装有第一双向丝杆8,第三电机驱动连接第一双向丝杆8,第一双向丝杆8两侧螺纹段上均螺纹连接有第一内螺纹套9,第一内螺纹套9与移动板10滑动连接,第一双向丝杆8上的两个第一内螺纹套9顶部均铰接有连杆16,两根连杆16另一端均与定位板7铰接,通过第三电机带动第一双向丝杆8转动,第一双向丝杆8带动第一内螺纹套9移动,第一内螺纹套9通过连杆16带动定位板7移动,两块定位板7配合将货物定位,防止掉落,所述出料组件包括推料电机14、安装杆15和推杆,所述推料电机14固定安装于移动板10内靠近出料口的一端,推料电机14的输出轴上固定有安装杆15,所述安装杆15上安装有推杆,所述推杆通过连接套17活动安装于安装杆15上,连接套17与安装杆15之间连接有紧固螺栓,移动板10上开设有容纳安装杆15和推杆的容纳槽,通过推料电机14带动安装杆15转动,安装杆15带动推杆转动,推杆从而推动货物运动,进行码垛。
实施例2
请参阅图4,本发明实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述箱体1下方设有底板,底板底部安装有滚轮,所述底板与箱体1底部之间连接有升降组件,所述升降组件包括升降电机19、第二双向丝杆22、第二内螺纹套20、滑套21、减震弹簧23、剪叉机构24和滑块18,所述第二双向丝杆22转动安装于底板上表面,升降电机19固定安装于底板上且驱动连接第二双向丝杆22,第二双向丝杆22两侧螺纹段上均螺纹连接有第二内螺纹套20,第二内螺纹套20与底板滑动连接,第二双向丝杆22上位于两个第二内螺纹套20内侧均套装有滑套21,所述滑套21与底板滑动连接,第二双向丝杆22上位于滑套21与第二内螺纹套20之间套装有减震弹簧23,两个所述滑套21之间安装有剪叉机构24,剪叉机构24顶部两端均铰接有滑块18,所述滑块18与箱体1底部滑动连接,通过升降电机19带动第二双向丝杆22转动,第二双向丝杆22带动两个第二内螺纹套20移动,第二内螺纹套20通过推动滑套21移动从而带动剪叉机构24运动,实现箱体1的升降,进行码垛高度的适应性调整,同时,减震弹簧23的存在能够起到一定的减震效果。
本发明的工作原理是:通过第一电机带动链轮3转动,链轮3带动链条4运动,链条4从而带动多组码垛单元2运动,送料传送带5将货物通过进料口送上码垛单元2后,通过第三电机带动第一双向丝杆8转动,第一双向丝杆8带动第一内螺纹套9移动,第一内螺纹套9通过连杆16带动定位板7移动,两块定位板7配合将货物定位,防止掉落,链条4带动码垛单元2及其上的货物运动至出料口处,可在任意高度进行出料码垛,第二电机带动齿轮13转动,齿轮13通过齿条12带动移动板10移动,移动板10移出箱体1外部,驱动定位组件的定位板7与货物分开,通过推料电机14带动安装杆15转动,安装杆15带动推杆转动,推杆从而推动货物运动,进行码垛,多个码垛单元2连续作业,工作效率高。

Claims (7)
1.一种自动化物流用连续码垛装置,包括箱体(1)以及码垛单元(2),所述箱体(1)一侧为用于上料的送料传送带(5),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)前后内侧壁上均均匀对称转动安装有四个链轮(3),位于箱体(1)同一内侧壁上的四个链轮(3)之间连接有链条(4),箱体(1)前后外侧壁上分别安装有驱动连接一个链轮(3)的第一电机,箱体(1)内前后两根链条(4)之间间隔安装有多组码垛单元(2),箱体(1)靠近送料传送带(5)的一侧设有进料口,箱体(1)另一侧设有出料口,所述码垛单元(2)包括支撑板(11)、滑动安装于支撑板(11)上的移动板(10)、用于带动移动板(10)运动的进给组件、安装于移动板(10)上的定位组件和出料组件,所述支撑板(11)上前后两端中间均固定有连接杆(6),所述连接杆(6)顶端活动穿设有销轴,销轴与链条(4)的链板固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述移动板(10)底部固定有T型滑条,支撑板(11)上表面开设有供T型滑条连接的T型滑槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述进给机构包括齿轮(13)、用于驱动齿轮(13)转动的第二电机和齿条(12),所述支撑板(11)靠近出料口的一端固定安装有第二电机,第二电机的输出轴上固定安装有齿轮(13),所述移动板(10)底部固定安装有与齿轮(13)啮合的齿条(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述定位组件包括第三电机、第一双向丝杆(8)、第一内螺纹套(9)、连杆(16)和定位板(7),移动板(10)上表面前后对称转动安装有第一双向丝杆(8),第三电机驱动连接第一双向丝杆(8),第一双向丝杆(8)两侧螺纹段上均螺纹连接有第一内螺纹套(9),第一内螺纹套(9)与移动板(10)滑动连接,第一双向丝杆(8)上的两个第一内螺纹套(9)顶部均铰接有连杆(16),两根连杆(16)另一端均与定位板(7)铰接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述出料组件包括推料电机(14)、安装杆(15)和推杆,所述推料电机(14)固定安装于移动板(10)内靠近出料口的一端,推料电机(14)的输出轴上固定有安装杆(15),所述安装杆(15)上安装有推杆,所述推杆通过连接套(17)活动安装于安装杆(15)上,连接套(17)与安装杆(15)之间连接有紧固螺栓,移动板(10)上开设有容纳安装杆(15)和推杆的容纳槽。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)下方设有底板,底板底部安装有滚轮,所述底板与箱体(1)底部之间连接有升降组件。
7.根据权利要求6所述的自动化物流用连续码垛装置,其特征在于,所述升降组件包括升降电机(19)、第二双向丝杆(22)、第二内螺纹套(20)、滑套(21)、减震弹簧(23)、剪叉机构(24)和滑块(18),所述第二双向丝杆(22)转动安装于底板上表面,升降电机(19)固定安装于底板上且驱动连接第二双向丝杆(22),第二双向丝杆(22)两侧螺纹段上均螺纹连接有第二内螺纹套(20),第二内螺纹套(20)与底板滑动连接,第二双向丝杆(22)上位于两个第二内螺纹套(20)内侧均套装有滑套(21),所述滑套(21)与底板滑动连接,第二双向丝杆(22)上位于滑套(21)与第二内螺纹套(20)之间套装有减震弹簧(23),两个所述滑套(21)之间安装有剪叉机构(24),剪叉机构(24)顶部两端均铰接有滑块(18),所述滑块(18)与箱体(1)底部滑动连接。
