The storage box 10 is 2550mm long, 1000mm wide and 250mm high, is arranged at the top of the outer side of the refrigeration compartment 1, is 150mm away from the front side of the refrigeration compartment 1, and is 290mm away from the left side of the refrigeration compartment 1.
No doors are installed at the rear side of the refrigerator compartment 1, and loading and unloading are performed from both sides of the refrigerator compartment 1.
The first bottom rail 3.1 and the third bottom rail 3.3 are a first set of bottom rails.
The fifth bottom rail 3.5 and the seventh bottom rail 3.7 are a second set of bottom rails.

The car sensor 5 is connected with the remote detection center through a cloud network, and the access is opened when the car sensor is used.
The first top rail 7.1 and the third top rail 7.3 are a first set of top rails.
The fifth top rail 7.5 and the seventh top rail 7.7 are a second set of top rails.
The second top rail 7.2 and the fourth top rail 7.4 are a third set of top rails.
The sixth top rail 7.6 and the eighth top rail 7.8 are a fourth set of top rails.
When the cold storage and refrigeration compartment needs to be loaded and unloaded, the first rolling curtain door 9.1 and the second rolling curtain door 9.2 are retracted according to the requirement of the loading position, the first rolling curtain door 9.1 can be retracted into the first rolling curtain door shell 8.1, and the second rolling curtain door 9.2 can be retracted into the second rolling curtain door shell 8.2, so that the refrigeration compartment 1 is opened; when the cold accumulation and refrigeration compartment in which the cold accumulation and refrigeration compartment is located needs to run, the first roller shutter door curtain 9.1 and the second roller shutter door curtain 9.2 need to be pulled down, and the refrigeration compartment 1 needs to be sealed.
As shown in fig. 7, an axial measurement structure of a first type regenerator 11.1 of a mobile refrigeration car with a switchable temperature zone according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the first type regenerator 11.1, a first box rail interface 12.1, a second box rail interface 12.2, a first end cap 13.1, a first in-box regenerator 14.1, and a first box sensor 15.1.
As shown in fig. 8, an axial measurement structure of a second type regenerator 11.2 of a mobile refrigeration car with a switchable temperature zone according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a second type regenerator 11.2, a third box rail interface 12.3, a fourth box rail interface 12.4, a second end cap 13.2, a second in-box regenerator 14.2, and a second box sensor 15.2.
The thickness of the first type cold storage box 11.1 is 40mm, the length is 1255mm, the width is 720mm and the height is 730 mm; the first box track interface 12.1 and the second box track interface 12.2 are 720mm long, 50mm wide and 30mm deep, and are arranged on the top of the outer side of the first type cold storage box 11.1; the first box track interface 12.1 is parallel to the second box track interface 12.2; the distance between the first box body track interface 12.1 and the left side of the first type cold storage box 11.1 is 290 mm; the distance between the second box body track interface 12.2 and the right side of the first type cold storage box 11.1 is 290 mm; the first end cover 13.1 is composed of a cuboid of 720 multiplied by 730 multiplied by 50mm and a cuboid of 680 multiplied by 690 multiplied by 50mm, and is arranged on the side surface of the first type cold storage box 11.1, and the side surface is parallel to the first box track interface 12.1 and the second box track interface 12.2; the first in-tank regenerator 14.1 and the first tank sensor 15.1 are mounted on the side surface inside the first type regenerator 11.1, and the positions are parallel to the first tank rail interface 12.1 and the second tank rail interface 12.2 and opposite to the first end cap 13.1.
The thickness of the second type cold storage box 11.2 is 40mm, the length is 1255mm, the width is 720mm and the height is 730 mm; the third box track interface 12.3 and the fourth box track interface 12.4 are 720mm long, 50mm wide and 30mm deep, and are arranged at the bottom of the outer side of the second type cold storage box 11.2; the third box track interface 12.3 is parallel to the fourth box track interface 12.4; the distance between the third box body track interface 12.3 and the left side of the second type cold storage box 11.2 is 290 mm; the distance between the fourth box body track interface 12.4 and the right side of the second type cold storage box 11.2 is 290 mm; the second end cover 13.2 is composed of a cuboid of 720 × 730 × 50mm and a cuboid of 680 × 690 × 50mm, and is installed on the side surface of the second type cold storage box 11.2, and the side surface is parallel to the third box track interface 12.3 and the fourth box track interface 12.4; the second in-tank regenerator 14.2 and the second tank sensor 15.2 are mounted on the side of the second type regenerator 11.2, parallel to the third tank rail interface 12.3 and the fourth tank rail interface 12.4, and opposite to the second end cap 13.2.
The first type of cold storage tank 11.1 is a cold storage tank connectable to the top of the refrigerated compartment 1, and the first type of cold storage tank is connectable to the first group of top rails, the second group of top rails, the third group of top rails, or the fourth group of top rails.
The second type of regenerator 11.2 is a regenerator connectable to the bottom of the refrigerated compartment 1 and can be connected to the first, second, third or fourth set of bottom rails.
The first type cold storage box 11.1 and the second type cold storage box 11.2 are general names of classes of cold storage boxes, the cold storage boxes connected to the top of the refrigerator compartment 1 are the first type cold storage boxes 11.1, and the cold storage boxes connected to the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 1 are the second type cold storage boxes 11.2.
The first in-box cold storage tank 14.1, the first box body sensor 15.1, the second in-box cold storage tank 14.2 and the second box body sensor 15.2 are used when the invention is switched to a multi-temperature-zone refrigeration compartment form, the refrigerated and refrigerated express items to be transported are placed in the first type cold storage tank 11.1 or the second type cold storage tank 11.2, low-temperature storage is carried out through cold storage equipment in the first in-box cold storage tank 14.1 or the second in-box cold storage tank 14.2, and the refrigeration condition in each cold storage tank is monitored in real time through the first box body sensor 15.1 or the second box body sensor 15.2.
The first box sensor 15.1 and the second box sensor 15.2 are connected with the remote detection center through a cloud network, and the access is opened when the remote detection device is used.
After all the corresponding cold storage boxes are installed on all the tracks in the refrigeration compartment 1, the distance between the cold storage boxes is 40mm, the distance is used for preventing the cold storage boxes from being abraded due to collision, or the problem that the cold storage boxes are difficult to push and pull due to overlarge friction force is solved, so that the difficulty of loading and unloading goods is reduced, the transportation efficiency is improved, and the service life of each cold storage box is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 9, an axial measurement structure of a mobile refrigeration car with a switchable temperature zone according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first removable floor 16.1, a first floor rail interface 17.1, a second floor rail interface 17.2, a third floor rail interface 17.3, and a fourth floor rail interface 17.4.
As shown in fig. 10, an axial structure of a second removable floor 16.2 of a mobile refrigeration car with a switchable warm zone according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a second removable floor 16.2, a fifth floor rail interface 17.5, a sixth floor rail interface 17.6, a seventh floor rail interface 17.7, and an eighth floor rail interface 17.8.
The first detachable floor 16.1 is 2550mm long, 720mm wide and 100mm thick; the first floor track interface 17.1, the second floor track interface 17.2, the third floor track interface 17.3 and the fourth floor track interface 17.4 are 720mm long, 50mm wide and 30mm deep and are arranged at the bottom of the first detachable floor 16.1; the first floor track interface 17.1, the second floor track interface 17.2, the third floor track interface 17.3 and the fourth floor track interface 17.4 are all in parallel relation; the first floor track interface 17.1 is 300mm from the right side of the first removable floor 16.1; the second floor track interface 17.2 is 575mm away from the first floor track interface 17.1; the third floor track interface 17.3 is 600mm away from the second floor track interface 17.2; the fourth floor rail interface 17.4 is at a distance of 575mm from the third floor rail interface 17.3.
The second detachable floor 16.2 is 2550mm long, 720mm wide and 100mm thick; the fifth floor track interface 17.5, the sixth floor track interface 17.6, the seventh floor track interface 17.7 and the eighth floor track interface 17.8 are 720mm long, 50mm wide and 30mm deep and are arranged at the bottom of the second detachable floor 16.2; the fifth floor track interface 17.5, the sixth floor track interface 17.6, the seventh floor track interface 17.7 and the eighth floor track interface 17.8 are all in parallel; the fifth floor track interface 17.5 is 300mm from the right side of the second removable floor 16.2; the sixth floor track interface 17.6 is 575mm away from the fifth floor track interface 17.5; the seventh floor track interface 17.7 is 600mm from the sixth floor track interface 17.6; the eighth floor rail interface 17.8 is at a distance of 575mm from the seventh floor rail interface 17.7.
When the invention needs to be switched into a single-temperature-zone refrigeration compartment form, a first detachable floor 16.1 and a second detachable floor 16.2 are installed on the refrigeration compartment floor 2, a first floor track interface 17.1, a second floor track interface 17.2, a third floor track interface 17.3 and a fourth floor track interface 17.4 are respectively and correspondingly connected with a first bottom track 3.1, a third bottom track 3.3, a fifth bottom track 3.5 and a seventh bottom track 3.7, a fifth floor track interface 17.5, a sixth floor track interface 17.6, a seventh floor track interface 17.7 and an eighth floor track interface 17.8 are respectively and correspondingly connected with a second bottom track 3.2, a fourth bottom track 3.4, a sixth bottom track 3.6 and an eighth bottom track 3.8, and a cold storage compartment groove 4 and a compartment sensor 5 are started.
When the invention is in the form of a multi-temperature zone refrigerated compartment, the first removable floor 16.1 and the second removable floor 16.2 are placed within the storage compartment 10.
The first removable floor 16.1, the second removable floor 16.2 and the storage box 10 are made of aluminum alloy.
The cold storage refrigeration compartments with other specifications are designed, the number and the size of the cold storage boxes can be increased or reduced according to the size of the actual refrigeration compartment, but the overall layout is not changed. The refrigeration compartment provided by the invention can be freely switched between a multi-temperature-zone refrigerator car and a single-temperature-zone refrigerator car, can well solve the problems of multiple varieties of frozen and refrigerated goods and multiple temperature requirements in cold chain logistics, is provided with a related sensor to monitor the refrigeration condition in real time, improves the transportation efficiency of short-distance logistics, and provides a new idea for the novel structural design of the refrigeration compartment.

the movable refrigeration carriage with the switchable temperature zones comprises a refrigeration carriage (1), a refrigeration carriage floor (2), a bottom track, a carriage cold storage tank (4), a carriage sensor (5), a refrigeration carriage top plate (6), a top track, a roller shutter door shell, a roller shutter door curtain, a storage box (10), a cold storage box, a box body track interface, an end cover, a cold storage tank in the box, a box body sensor, a detachable floor and a floor track interface;
the bottom rails comprise a first bottom rail (3.1), a second bottom rail (3.2), a third bottom rail (3.3), a fourth bottom rail (3.4), a fifth bottom rail (3.5), a sixth bottom rail (3.6), a seventh bottom rail (3.7) and an eighth bottom rail (3.8);
the top rails comprise a first top rail (7.1), a second top rail (7.2), a third top rail (7.3), a fourth top rail (7.4), a fifth top rail (7.5), a sixth top rail (7.6), a seventh top rail (7.7), and an eighth top rail (7.8);
the roller shutter door shell comprises a first roller shutter door shell (8.1) and a second roller shutter door shell (8.2);
the rolling shutter door curtain comprises a first rolling shutter door curtain (9.1) and a second rolling shutter door curtain (9.2);
the cold storage box comprises a first type cold storage box (11.1) and a second type cold storage box (11.2);
the box track interface comprises a first box track interface (12.1), a second box track interface (12.2), a third box track interface (12.3) and a fourth box track interface (12.4);
the end caps comprise a first end cap (13.1) and a second end cap (13.2);
the in-box cold storage tank comprises a first in-box cold storage tank (14.1) and a second in-box cold storage tank (14.2);
the box body sensor comprises a first box body sensor (15.1) and a second box body sensor (15.2);
the detachable floor comprises a first detachable floor (16.1) and a second detachable floor (16.2);
the floor track interfaces comprise a first floor track interface (17.1), a second floor track interface (17.2), a third floor track interface (17.3), a fourth floor track interface (17.4), a fifth floor track interface (17.5), a sixth floor track interface (17.6), a seventh floor track interface (17.7) and an eighth floor track interface (17.8);
the bottom track is arranged on the floor (2) of the refrigeration compartment and is arranged symmetrically left and right; the carriage cold storage tank (4) is arranged at the front side in the cold storage carriage (1);
the carriage sensor (5) is arranged at the front side in the refrigerating carriage (1);
the top tracks are arranged on a top plate (6) of the refrigeration compartment, are symmetrically arranged left and right and are in one-to-one correspondence with the bottom tracks up and down;
the rolling door shell is arranged at the top of the outer side of the refrigeration compartment (1) and is arranged in a left-right symmetrical manner;
the rolling door curtain is correspondingly connected with the rolling door shell, is collected in the rolling door shell when loading and unloading goods, and is pulled down when transporting to seal two sides of the refrigeration compartment (1);
the storage box (10) is arranged at the top of the outer side of the refrigeration compartment;
the first box track interface (12.1) and the second box track interface (12.2) are arranged at the top of the first type cold storage box (11.1) and can be connected with the corresponding 2 top tracks, and the distance between the first box track interface (12.1) and the second box track interface (12.2) is the same as the distance between the corresponding 2 top tracks;
the first end cover (13.1) is positioned on the side surface of the first type cold storage box (11.1) and is parallel to the first box track interface (12.1) and the second box track interface (12.2), and frozen and refrigerated goods can be loaded into the first type cold storage box (11.1) by opening the end cover;
the first in-box cold storage tank (14.1) is arranged on the side surface in the first type cold storage tank (11.1), and the side surface is opposite to the position of the first end cover (13.1);
the first box body sensor (15.1) is arranged on the side surface in the first type cold storage box (11.1), and the side surface is opposite to the position of the first end cover (13.1);
the third box track interface (12.3) and the fourth box track interface (12.4) are arranged at the bottom of the second type cold storage box (11.2) and can be connected with the corresponding 2 bottom tracks, and the distance between the third box track interface (12.3) and the fourth box track interface (12.4) is the same as the distance between the corresponding 2 bottom tracks;
the second end cover (13.2) is positioned on the side surface of the second type cold storage box (11.2) and is parallel to the third box track interface (12.3) and the fourth box track interface (12.4), and frozen and refrigerated goods can be loaded into the second type cold storage box (11.2) by opening the end cover;
the second in-box cold storage tank (14.2) is arranged on the side surface in the second type cold storage tank (11.2), and the side surface is opposite to the position of the second end cover (13.2);
the second box body sensor (15.2) is arranged on the side surface in the second type cold storage box (11.2), and the side surface is opposite to the position of the second end cover (13.2);
the first floor track interface (17.1), the second floor track interface (17.2), the third floor track interface (17.3) and the fourth floor track interface (17.4) are arranged at the bottom of the first detachable floor (16.1);
a fifth floor track interface (17.5), a sixth floor track interface (17.6), a seventh floor track interface (17.7) and an eighth floor track interface (17.8) are arranged at the bottom of the second detachable floor (16.2);
the distance between each floor track interface is the same as that between the corresponding bottom tracks, and when the single-temperature-zone refrigeration carriage needs to be used, the floor track interfaces are connected with the corresponding bottom tracks to switch the modes of the refrigeration carriage;
when the detachable floor is not used, the detachable floor is placed in the storage box (10);
the working modes of the mobile refrigeration compartment with switchable temperature zones are as follows: single temperature zone operating mode and multi-temperature zone operating mode.
2. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the rear side of the refrigeration compartment (1) is not provided with a vehicle door, and the loading and unloading of goods are carried out on the side surface of the refrigeration compartment (1) after rolling door curtains on two sides of the refrigeration compartment are accommodated in the rolling door shell.
3. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the height of the bottom rail is 30-70 mm; the height of the top track is 30-70 mm.
4. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
after the first type cold storage box and the second type cold storage box are completely arranged in the refrigerating compartment (1), a distance of 10-50 mm is required to be reserved between the adjacent cold storage boxes.

the carriage sensor and the carriage body sensor are connected with a remote monitoring center; and transmitting the measured real-time data to a remote monitoring center.

the multi-temperature zone working mode is as follows: each cold storage box is refrigerated through cold storage equipment arranged in a cold storage tank in the box, and each cold storage box is monitored through a box body sensor.
7. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
the single temperature zone working mode is as follows: the monitoring is performed using a car sensor (5) installed in the refrigerated compartment.
8. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
2-4 cold storage boxes are arranged in each row of the refrigeration compartment (1).
9. The mobile refrigerated compartment with switchable temperature zone according to claim 1, characterized in that:
