[ EXAMPLES one ]
As shown in fig. 1-3, a method for making a flat-silk cloisonne craft picture comprises the following steps:
plate making: the sketches are designed according to the filigree outlines in blocks, and can be paintings such as leaves of figures, flowers and birds. Scanning the leaf drawing draft to make an electronic plate, carving the drawing draft on a film by a carving machine, sticking the film with the carved patterns on a green stone plate with the same size, and carving the patterns on the green stone plate by an angle grinder and an electric grinder through manual work; a gold wire part 101 forming the wire inlay contour blocks is protruded on the plate with the carved pattern, namely the outer contour part of each block of the leaf of the carved flat plate pattern 100 is formed and corresponds to a copper wire part used for wire inlay in the cloisonne art picture; two sides of the gold wire part 101 are recessed downwards to form a recessed part 102 forming a pattern, and the recessed part corresponds to a dot blue pattern part in the cloisonne craft picture; the side wall of the formed concave part 102 is vertical to the bottom wall, so that the gold wire part 101 is protruded on the upper surface of the plate, and is convenient to be attached to the rice paper to form a cloisonne wire inlay effect. The green stone plate has dense texture, medium strength and easy processing.
The carving machine can be a laser carving machine, and is mainly used for cutting according to the requirements of instructions on flexible media (such as paper, PVC films, plastic films and the like) according to characters or patterns designed by a computer application program by utilizing a cutter which is self-contained. The depth of the pattern at the carving position is determined according to the expansion coefficient of the rice paper after being wetted with water, and is about 1mm-3mm, which is determined by the fact that the rice paper can extend into the concave part 102 of the pattern after being expanded. The patterns are firstly engraved on the film to form hollowed-out patterns, then the film is pasted on the green stone plate, the medium of the film avoids that engraving of a rough drawing on the green stone plate directly cannot be controlled, the engraving width cannot be controlled, and the smoothness of the gold wire part 101 is difficult to guarantee, the formed craft drawing is more consistent with the cloisonne process through the film engraving, and the finished product is more exquisite compared with the original drawing.
A paper feeding step: after rice paper is wetted by spraying (a sprinkling can be used for wetting), a brush is used for dipping rubbing liquid and is brushed on a plate with a carved pattern, specifically, the brush is used for dipping rubbing liquid and is evenly brushed on a black stone plate with a carved pattern, the rice paper is aligned with four corners from top to bottom and then is tiled on the black stone plate, a soft brush is used for brushing the rice paper from top to bottom from the middle to the left and the right from the inside to the outside until no wrinkles exist, and air is removed to enable the rice paper and the black stone plate to be tightly attached; and (3) padding a thin felt, and moving and hammering by using a hammering tool to ensure that the rice paper and the board are completely pasted and dried. Uniformly and shallowly rubbing the position corresponding to the gold wire part 101 on the dried rice paper once by using a rubbing bag to be stained with gold ink to form a wire inlay layer with the same width so as to enable the formed cloisonne craft picture to be flat and exquisite in wire inlay; selecting the water-based pigment required by each part of the pattern corresponding to the depressed part 102 according to the design original draft, and coating each part of the pattern with the required color to form a pattern layer;
the brush can be a wool brush or a paint roller and the like, so that the rubbing liquid is uniformly coated on the plate. The liquid is prepared from bletilla striata water, which is sticky to glue, and can be used after being boiled as glue before use, and the bletilla striata water can be used for bonding the rice paper and the plate, so that the pattern is better and prominent.
The soft brush can be a palm brush or a wool brush, and the rice paper is repeatedly brushed and swept by the palm brush or the wool brush, so that the rice paper is easier to ink, and the wire inlay effect is prominent.
The rice paper can be pure rice paper, wherein the pure rice paper is refined by adding a small amount of rice straw, has a sandalwood bark content of more than 60%, and is tough and soft, and is suitable for writing and drawing.
The beating tool is a rubber hammer and the like, and can not be beaten with too large force during beating so as to avoid the breakage of the rice paper; when in beating, the patterns and the wire inlay layer are evenly applied with force to beat, so that the carved patterns are all highlighted on the rice paper.
The thickness of the thin felt is 0.5cm-1cm, so that the phenomenon that the edges of the rubber hammers leave marks on the rice paper to influence the attractiveness of the finished craft picture is avoided.
The water-based pigment is made of mineral pigments, is pure natural, does not change color, is bright in color and attractive in vision, and compared with the traditional glaze, the process of glue filling and glaze sealing is omitted, the manufacturing time of the cloisonne craft picture is shortened, and the exquisite degree of color of the manufactured cloisonne craft picture is guaranteed.
And (3) carrying out an actual development step: after the color is dry, the part of the wire inlay layer is filled with gold ink.
The gold ink is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 33% of gold powder, 30% of water-soluble acrylic resin, 3.5% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5.5% of benzol ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 20% of bletilla striata water and 8% of stone powder, and the color of the gold wire is similar to that of the traditional cloisonne filigree gold wire, so that a cloisonne effect is easily generated. The water-soluble acrylic resin has viscosity increasing property, and the viscosity of water can be greatly increased by a small amount of high molecules; the gold ink has the advantages of adsorbability, easy adsorption of solid particles in water, easy adsorption by other solid surfaces, favorable adhesion of gold ink and strong durability. The bletilla striata liquid has the effects of colorlessness, transparency and viscosity, and has the function of improving the adsorption force of the gold ink so that the gold ink can not fall off when being attached to the rice paper.
The rubbing bag is a cloth bag which is made by wrapping broken cotton with vest cloth and is small to the button and big to the bowl mouth. When the rubbing bag is used, two rubbing bags are required to be beaten mutually, so that the color of the rubbing bag to be rubbed is uniform, and the wire inlay layer is uniformly colored.
Mounting: and (5) carrying out mounting treatment on the product after the actual rubbing step is finished. The mounting treatment comprises supporting the core by a dry mounting method, adding edges and top and bottom, and finally covering and forming, namely adhering two layers of supported single rice paper (namely covering paper) on the back of the aired works to reinforce, flatten, shape and then struggle to be flat against the wall. When the dry mounting method is used for mounting, the spraying is strictly forbidden, and the spraying is easy to flatten, so that the stereoscopic impression can be reduced.
The invention provides a method for making a cloisonne handicraft picture with flat thread, which comprises engraving a handicraft draft pattern with cloisonne handicraft style and characteristics on a stone slab, rubbing gold on a rice paper, and painting to obtain a handicraft picture with three-dimensional effect and protruding gold thread. The method for manufacturing the plain cloisonne craft picture has the advantages of convenient material acquisition, simple manufacture, excellent artistic effect, reelability of rice paper, portability and batch production. The finished product made by the method for making the cloisonne handicraft picture, namely the cloisonne handicraft picture, is formed on the Chinese art paper, and can be rolled up like the Chinese painting by adopting a mounting method similar to the Chinese painting, thereby solving the problems that the cloisonne handicraft picture in the prior art needs wires to be inlaid and is inconvenient to carry depending on wood boards or glass boards and the like.
