Claims (10)

1. A printed matter two-dimensional code spraying and detecting integrated device is characterized by comprising a paper feeding roller (1) and three paper guide rollers (2), wherein the paper feeding roller (1) and the paper guide rollers (2) are sequentially arranged along a conveying direction, so that a paper printed matter (3) is horizontally conveyed in a first processing area between the paper feeding roller (1) and the first paper guide roller, the paper printed matter (3) is longitudinally conveyed between the first paper guide roller and a second paper guide roller, the paper printed matter (3) is horizontally conveyed in a second processing area between the second paper guide roller and a third paper guide roller, the conveying direction is opposite to the conveying direction between the paper feeding roller (1) and the first paper guide roller, and a code spraying detection marker (4) and a code spraying solidifying device (5) are sequentially arranged in the first processing area and the second processing area along the conveying direction respectively;
the code spraying detection marker (4) comprises a supporting sliding table (4 a), a horizontal movement driving device (4 b), a triangular bracket (4 c), a transverse frame (4 d), a lifting driving device (4 e), a two-dimensional code spraying assembly (4 f), a detection camera assembly (4 g) and a code spraying label assembly (4 h), wherein the horizontal movement driving device (4 b) is arranged below a paper printed matter (3), the horizontal movement driving device (4 b) is connected with the supporting sliding table (4 a), the lower end of the triangular bracket (4 c) is fixedly arranged on the supporting sliding table (4 a), the upper end of the triangular bracket (4 c) is fixedly provided with the transverse frame (4 d), the three lifting driving devices (4 e) are respectively and vertically arranged at the bottom of the transverse frame (4 d), the two-dimensional code spraying assembly (4 f), the detection camera assembly (4 g) and the code spraying label assembly (4 h) are respectively connected with the lifting driving device (4 e), and the two-dimensional code spraying component (4 f), the detection camera component (4 g) and the mark spraying component (4 h) are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the processing area.

The printed matter two-dimensional code spraying and detecting integrated device according to claim 1, further comprising an industrial personal computer and a two-dimensional code data center, wherein the industrial personal computer is provided with a two-dimensional code generating module, a two-dimensional code storage module, a two-dimensional code uploading module and a control module;
the two-dimensional code generating module is used for generating a two-dimensional code;
the two-dimensional code spraying assembly (4 f) is used for spraying and printing the generated two-dimensional code on the paper printed matter (3);
the detection camera assembly (4 g) is used for identifying the two-dimensional code jet-printed on the paper printed matter (3);
the mark code spraying assembly (4 h) is used for spraying and printing marks on the paper printed matter (3) of which the two-dimensional code is not identified;
the two-dimension code storage module is used for storing the two-dimension codes which are successfully identified;
the two-dimension code uploading module is used for uploading the two-dimension codes stored by the two-dimension code storage module to the data center;
the two-dimensional code data center is used for storing and activating the two-dimensional code uploaded by the two-dimensional code uploading module;
and the control module is used for receiving and processing the two-dimensional code data generated by the two-dimensional code generation module and the result data identified by the detection camera assembly (4 g), and controlling the two-dimensional code spraying assembly (4 f) and the mark spraying assembly (4 h) to spray codes.

The printed matter two-dimensional code spraying and detecting integrated device according to claim 5, further comprising a counting module for counting the number of the two-dimensional code spraying assemblies (4 f) in the first processing area in a spraying manner, wherein the control module marks the number of unidentified two-dimensional codes according to counting data and controls the two-dimensional code spraying assemblies (4 f) not to be sprayed when the paper printed matter (3) corresponding to the counting reaches the two-dimensional code spraying assemblies (4 f) in the second processing area.
