Description

Magnetic mill mud recovery device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of production of soft magnetic ferrites, in particular to a magnetic mill mud recovery device.
Background
The soft magnetic ferrite is a ferrimagnetic oxide with Fe2O3 as a main component and is produced by a powder metallurgy method. In the production process of the traditional soft magnetic ferrite magnetic core, the grinding treatment is generally needed to be carried out on a green body and a finished product so as to remove burrs on the magnetic core.
When traditional soft magnetic ferrite magnetic core was polished, can produce a large amount of mill mud usually, and mill mud is the main raw materials in the magnetic core production process again, consequently need retrieve the recycle to mill mud, has reached the effect that reduces the wasting of resources.
When traditional mill mud is retrieved, generally discharge mill mud to the sedimentation tank and carry out the processing of stewing, wait that mill mud and supernatant layering after, discharge the supernatant, realize the recovery of mill mud afterwards. This recovery method takes a lot of time, and thus the recovery efficiency of the mill mud is affected, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a magnetic mill mud recovery device which has the effect of improving the recovery efficiency.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a magnetic mill mud recovery device comprises a wastewater pool and a treatment box positioned above the wastewater pool, wherein a feed port is formed in one end of the treatment box, a discharge port is formed in the outer wall of the upper end of the other end of the treatment box, and a mud scraper communicated with the discharge port is arranged on the side wall of the treatment box; the utility model discloses a sewage treatment device, including the processing case, the equal horizontal rotation of inner wall all around of processing case is connected with the pivot, and is a plurality of the outer wall winding of pivot has the hold-in range, and the surface interval of hold-in range is provided with a plurality of permanent magnetism sucking discs, the lower extreme of processing case is provided with the intercommunication the drain pipe of wastewater disposal basin, the outer wall of wastewater disposal basin is provided with the water pump, be provided with the intercommunication on the water pump the inlet tube and the intercommunication of wastewater disposal basin the.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when using above-mentioned recovery unit, discharge the mill mud to handling the incasement along the feed inlet, the control pivot drives the hold-in range rotation this moment, and hold-in range control permanent magnetism sucking disc simultaneous movement simultaneously. After the permanent magnetic chuck is immersed in the slurry, the magnetic mill mud in the slurry can be adsorbed by the permanent magnetic chuck, and when the permanent magnetic chuck moves to the position of the discharge port, the magnetic mill mud on the permanent magnetic chuck can be scraped by the mud scraper, so that the recovery of the magnetic mill mud is realized. Meanwhile, along with the continuous discharge and treatment of the mill mud, the waste water in the treatment tank is discharged into the waste water tank by the drainage pipe, and then the waste water in the waste water tank is discharged into the treatment tank again by the water pump, so that the continuous treatment and the thorough collection of the mill mud are realized. Consequently through setting up high automatic recovery unit, realize the continuous emission and the real-time recovery of magnetism mill mud, need not to stew the processing to mill mud, by a wide margin shortened the processing time of mill mud to the recovery efficiency of mill mud has been improved.
The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: a partition plate is vertically arranged in the wastewater tank and divides the wastewater tank into a muddy water tank and a clean water tank; a sliding plate is vertically arranged on the bottom wall of the muddy water tank, two ends of the sliding plate abut against the inner walls of two sides of the muddy water tank, supporting plates are arranged on the inner walls of two ends of the muddy water tank and used for abutting against the side walls of the sliding plate, and a pair of one-way exhaust valves located right above the supporting plates is arranged on the outer wall of the muddy water tank; the water inlet pipe comprises a pair of pipe bodies, the bottom walls of the two ends of the muddy water tank are respectively provided with a sewage discharge hole for communicating the pair of pipe bodies in a penetrating mode, and the bottom wall of the muddy water tank is horizontally connected with a switch plate in a sliding mode for covering the sewage discharge holes; the lower end of the sliding plate is provided with a switch hole for the sliding of the switch plate in a penetrating manner, the movement direction of the switch plate is opposite to that of the sliding plate, and the sliding plate is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the switch plate to horizontally slide in a reciprocating manner.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, when the waste water of handling the incasement is arranged outward, will discharge to the muddy water pond in, at this moment under the effect of magnetism mud self gravity, make magnetism mud that grinds sink into muddy water pond bottom. The slide plate is then controlled to reciprocate slowly while the drive mechanism on the slide plate controls the switch plate to move in reverse. When the sliding plate abuts against one of the supporting plates, the switch plate covers the sewage discharge hole far away from the supporting plate even if the pipe body communicated with the sewage discharge hole stops working. Meanwhile, a closed cavity is formed among the supporting plate, the sliding plate and the inner wall of the muddy water pool, and a large amount of magnetic mill mud is positioned in the closed cavity, so that the magnetic mill mud in the closed cavity can be sucked by the water pump and the corresponding pipe body. Meanwhile, clear water in the muddy water tank is discharged into the clear water tank, separation and recovery of the magnetic mill mud and the clear water are achieved, and waste of water resources is reduced. When the magnetic mill mud in the cavity is pumped, the sliding plate moves reversely and pushes against the other supporting plate, and meanwhile, the switch plate moves reversely and covers the other sewage discharge hole. And then, the magnetic mill mud in the other cavity can be sucked and the clear water can be collected, and the steps are sequentially repeated, so that the complete recovery of the mill mud and the collection of the clear water are realized.
