Claims (10)

1. A flange gasket cutting device is characterized by comprising a driving device, a cutting tool and a rotatable clamping device, wherein a flange gasket raw material is arranged on the clamping device and rotates along with the clamping device, the driving device is connected with the cutting tool and drives the cutting tool to do reciprocating motion,
during cutting, the clamping device rotates to drive the flange gasket raw materials to rotate so as to adjust the cutting position, and the driving device drives the cutting tool to reciprocate to cut the flange gasket raw materials.

A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the holding device comprises a turntable, the flange gasket raw material is arranged on the turntable and rotates along with the turntable, the driving device drives the cutting tool to do linear reciprocating motion, and the linear motion direction of the cutting tool has a certain included angle with the rotation plane of the turntable;
preferably, the linear reciprocating direction of the cutting tool is perpendicular to the rotation plane of the turntable.

4. A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 3, wherein the cutting tool comprises a tool rest and a cutting knife arranged on the tool rest, one end of the tool rest is connected with the driving device, and the other end of the tool rest is connected with the cutting knife;
the position of the cutting knife on the knife rest can be changed, so that the distance between the cutting end part of the cutting knife and the rotating shaft of the turntable can be adjusted,
and/or, the cutting device also comprises a workbench, the clamping device is arranged on the workbench, and the position of the clamping device on the workbench is variable, so that the distance between the cutting end part of the cutting knife and the rotating shaft of the turntable is adjustable.
5. A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 4, wherein the cutting knife is movably connected or detachably connected with the knife rest, so that the position of the cutting knife on the knife rest can be changed;
and/or the clamping device is movably connected or detachably connected with the workbench, so that the position of the clamping device on the workbench is variable;
preferably, the cutting knife is connected with the knife rest in a sliding or rotating way; and/or the clamping device is connected with the workbench in a sliding or rotating way.

A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 5, characterized in that the cutter frame/cutter is provided with a first guiding portion, the cutter/cutter frame is provided with a first sliding portion matched with the first guiding portion, the first sliding portion slides in the first guiding portion, and the position of the cutter on the cutter frame is changed, so that the distance between the cutting portion and the rotating shaft of the rotating disc is variable;
and/or a second guide part is arranged on the workbench/clamping device, a second sliding part matched with the second guide part is arranged on the clamping device/workbench, the second sliding part slides in the second guide part, and the position of the clamping device on the workbench is changed, so that the distance between the cutting part and the rotating shaft of the turntable is variable;
preferably, the first guide part and the second guide part are horizontal sliding grooves, and the first sliding part and the second sliding part are lugs matched with the horizontal sliding grooves.

A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 3, wherein at least two cutting knives are arranged on the knife rest, the distance between each cutting knife and the rotating shaft of the rotating disc is different, the cutting knives can move in a telescopic way relative to the knife rest, and the different cutting knives extend out of the knife rest to change the distance between the cutting part and the rotating shaft of the rotating disc;

A flange gasket cutting device according to claim 8, wherein the upper end of the tool holder is provided with a rotatable rotating member, and the circumferential side wall of the cam/circular wheel on the output shaft of the driving motor is rotatably connected with the rotating member to reduce the friction between the cam/circular wheel and the tool holder;
preferably, the rotating part is a rotating wheel arranged on the tool rest, and the circumferential side wall of the cam/circular wheel on the output shaft of the driving motor is in rotating contact with the circumferential side wall of the rotating wheel;
or the rotating part is a bearing, the inner ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with the tool rest, and the outer ring of the bearing is in rotating contact with the circumferential side wall of the cam/circular wheel.

The flange gasket cutting device according to claim 8 or 9, further comprising a mounting bracket, wherein the driving motor is arranged on the mounting bracket, a reset structure is arranged between the mounting bracket and the knife rest, and the knife rest is reset after the convex part of the cam is separated from the knife rest;
preferably, the reset structure comprises limit bulges arranged on the mounting frame and the tool rest and an elastic reset piece arranged between the limit bulges;
