If the stone needle massage body 126 is in sliding friction with the inner surface of the seat 100, the friction between the two may be large, so that the massage roller 210 may be required to provide stronger driving force to rotate the rotating disk 124, i.e. the foot of the user needs to slide harder to roll the massage roller 210. The sliding friction certainly increases the burden on the user during use, and particularly, for users with weak physical strength or old people, the users are more likely to feel tired for a long time. Therefore, in this embodiment, the stone needle massage body 126 comprises a base 127 and stone needle balls 128, the base 127 is fixedly disposed on the rotating disk 124, and the stone needle balls 128 are rollably disposed on the base 127. When the stone needle is used, the stone needle ball 128 is in close contact with the inner surface of the seat 100, sliding friction is converted into rolling friction, and the friction force between the sliding friction and the rolling friction is reduced, so that the burden of the feet of a user is relieved.
