In recent years, medical image-guided tumor in situ ablation technology has played an important role in the field of minimally invasive therapy, and thermal ablation and chemical ablation are two main ways of tumor in situ ablation. The principle of absolute alcohol injection (PEI) belongs to percutaneous chemical ablation interventional therapy and comprises the following steps: after the absolute alcohol is injected into the tumor, the tumor cells and endothelial cells of blood vessels thereof can be rapidly dehydrated, and the cancer cells are denatured and necrotic due to protein coagulation. Compared with thermal ablation operations such as microwave ablation and radio frequency ablation, the anhydrous alcohol ablation is particularly suitable for focuses located under a liver capsule, beside a great vessel, a bile duct, beside a gallbladder, and near a diaphragm surface or a visceral surface, if the focuses at the positions are subjected to the thermal ablation, if a thermal ablation region is not well mastered, accessory tissues are easily damaged, and serious complications are caused, and injected anhydrous alcohol is mainly dispersed in the tumor due to the limitation of the tumor capsule, so that the influence on the accessory tissues of the tumor is small.
However, the absolute alcohol ablation tumor has some problems in the surgical operation, such as: because there are more or interval connective tissues in the tumor stroma, the absolute alcohol can not be uniformly distributed in the tumor tissue after injection, which results in poor tumor inactivation effect, and a common method for clinically solving the problem is repeated injection or moving needle-withdrawing injection for many times, but the probability of tumor implantation along the needle path is invisibly increased, and meanwhile, the operation is complex, the wound of a patient is large, and the time is long. In addition, the alcohol injection amount during the anhydrous alcohol ablation also needs to be accurately controlled, the accessory tissue is easily damaged when the injection amount is too large, and the expected effect cannot be achieved when the injection amount is too small.
First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an injection device 10 for injecting a medical fluid into a patient. It can realize quick imbibition when extracting the liquid medicine, can also be when injecting the liquid medicine accurate control injection volume, convenient and practical.
The injection device 10 includes a syringe 100 and an injection needle 200. Syringe 100 is removably attached to needle 200 to facilitate installation and replacement of needle 200. The syringe 100 is used for storing medical fluid, the injection needle 200 is used for puncturing the skin of a patient, and the syringe 100 can inject the medical fluid stored therein into the patient through the injection needle 200 to realize a medical fluid injection function.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3 in combination, syringe 100 includes an outer sleeve 110, a plunger rod 120, and a take-up mechanism 130. The release mechanism 130 is mounted on outer sleeve 110, and plunger rod 120 passes through release mechanism 130 and extends into outer sleeve 110, and plunger rod 120 can move relative to outer sleeve 110 to draw or inject the liquid medicine inwards or outwards. In the process that the plunger rod 120 gradually extends out of the outer sleeve 110, the external air pressure is greater than the air pressure in the outer sleeve 110, and the liquid medicine is sucked into the outer sleeve 110 under the action of the pressure difference, so that the function of drawing the liquid medicine inwards from the outer sleeve 110 is realized; during the process that plunger rod 120 gradually extends into outer sleeve 110, the air pressure inside outer sleeve 110 is greater than the external air pressure, and the liquid medicine is extruded out of outer sleeve 110 under the action of the pressure difference, so that the function of injecting the liquid medicine outwards from outer sleeve 110 is realized.
It should be noted that the tightening mechanism 130 is provided with an internal thread 131, and the plunger rod 120 is provided with an external thread 121 on the circumferential surface thereof, and the internal thread 131 is engaged with the external thread 121. The tightening and loosening mechanism 130 can be pressed outside the plunger rod 120 to enable the internal thread 131 to be meshed with the external thread 121, at this time, the plunger rod 120 can only rotate relative to the tightening and loosening mechanism 130 and can move along the axial direction of the plunger rod 120 in the rotating process to slide relative to the outer sleeve 110, in this case, the plunger rod 120 is driven to slide in the outer sleeve 110 by screwing the plunger rod 120, so that the sliding speed of the plunger rod 120 is reduced, the accurate control of the sliding speed of the plunger rod 120 is realized, and the accurate control of the injection amount of the liquid medicine is further realized. In this embodiment, in the process of drawing the liquid medicine, the elastic mechanism 130 releases the plunger rod 120 to separate the internal thread 131 from the external thread 121, and then directly pulls the plunger rod 120 out of the outer sleeve 110 to quickly suck the liquid medicine into the outer sleeve 110, thereby realizing the quick liquid suction function; during the injection of the liquid medicine, the tightening mechanism 130 is firstly pressed against the plunger rod 120 to engage the internal thread 131 with the external thread 121, and then the plunger rod 120 is screwed to translate the plunger rod 120 towards the inside of the outer sleeve 110 during the rotation relative to the tightening mechanism 130, so that the liquid medicine is slowly injected outwards, and the precise control of the injection amount is realized.
