The outer end of the transmission strip 104.2 is also provided with a limit end 104.3 for limiting the control handwheel 101 to be separated due to sliding. The seat adjustment assembly 10 further includes a sleeve 106, the sleeve 106 is disposed between the limiting shell 104.1 and the driving strip 104.2, and the driving strip 104.2 is rotatably connected to the limiting shell 104.1 through the sleeve 106.

Claims (7)

1. A chair seat connecting device with an adjustable backrest comprises a tray (1) used for connecting a gas spring and a chair seat connecting piece (2) used for installing a chair cushion, wherein the chair seat connecting piece (2) is fixedly or movably connected with the tray (1); the method is characterized in that: the tray (1) has a first hinge point (11) and a second hinge point (12); the chair seat connecting device also comprises a chair back connecting piece (3), one end of the chair back connecting piece (3) is provided with a first hinged part (31), and the other end of the chair back connecting piece (3) is provided with a free part (33) for mounting a backrest of a chair; the upper end of the middle part of the chair back connecting piece (3) is also provided with a second hinge part (32), the first hinge part (31) is hinged with a first hinge point (11) of the tray (1), and the second hinge part (32) is hinged with a second hinge point (12) through a connecting rod (4) and a triangular adjusting piece (5); the connecting rod (4) is provided with a first end (4 a) and a second end (4 b), the triangular adjusting piece (5) is provided with a first hinge joint point (51) which is positioned at the top, a second hinge joint point (52) which is positioned at the front end of the lower part and a third hinge joint point (53) which is positioned at the rear end of the lower part in a triangular distribution; the second hinge part (32) is connected with the first end (4 a) of the connecting rod (4), the second end (4 b) of the connecting rod is hinged with the first hinge point (51) of the triangular adjusting piece (5), and the second hinge point (52) of the triangular adjusting piece (5) is hinged with the second hinge point (12) of the tray (1);
the chair seat connecting device also comprises a chair back tightness control component (6), wherein the chair back tightness control component (6) comprises a control handle (61), a universal joint (62), a transmission rod (63), a first bevel gear (64), a second bevel gear (65), a lifting piece (66), a mounting seat (67) of the lifting piece and a tightness adjusting rod (68) which are regulated and controlled in a rotating mode;
the first bevel gear (64) is provided with a first bevel gear part (64 a) and a mounting part (64 b), the mounting part (64 b) is fixedly connected with one end of the transmission rod (63), the other end of the transmission rod (63) is fixedly connected with a first end (62 a) of a universal joint, and a second end (62 b) of the universal joint is fixedly connected with the control handle (61);
the second bevel gear (65) is provided with a second bevel gear part (65 a) and a flat gear part (65 b); the second bevel gear part (65 a) is meshed with the first bevel gear (64 a);
the lifting piece (66) is provided with a gear part (66 a), a threaded part (66 b) and a bearing part (66 c); the flat tooth part (65 b) is meshed with a gear part (65 a) of the lifting piece (66); the lifting piece (66) is arranged on the mounting seat (67) in a lifting way through a thread part (66 b) of the lifting piece;
one end of the elastic adjusting rod (68) is fixedly connected with a cross rod (69), and the other end is arranged in the tray (1); the middle part of the cross bar (69) is loaded on the loading part (66 c), and the two ends of the cross bar are respectively hinged with the third hinge joint point (53) of the triangle adjusting piece (5) through a first hinge arm (7 a) and a second hinge arm (7 b); and the cross bar (69) is hinged close to the second hinge point (12).

A seat attachment for an adjustable backrest as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the chair seat connecting device further comprises a chair back inclining and inclining control assembly (8), the chair back inclining and inclining control assembly (8) comprises a connecting plate (81) fixedly connected with the chair back connecting piece (3), an inclining and inclining adjusting piece (82), an inclining and inclining pull rope (83) and an inclining and inclining adjusting handle (84), one end of the inclining and inclining pull rope (83) is connected with the inclining and inclining adjusting piece, and the other end of the inclining and inclining pull rope is connected with the inclining and inclining adjusting handle (84); the chair back inclination control component (8) also comprises a mounting seat (85) of an inclination adjusting piece;
the connecting plate (81) has a plurality of rows of holes (81 a);
the tilting adjusting piece (82) is provided with a movable bolt (82.1) which is embedded or separated relative to the multiple rows of holes (81 a), and an actuating piece (82.2) which controls the movable bolt (82.1) to be embedded or separated, wherein the actuating piece (82.2) is provided with a connecting end (82.2 a) which is fixedly connected with one end of the tilting pull rope (83) and a control part (82.2 b) which is used for controlling the state of the movable bolt (82.1) and is connected with the movable bolt in a matching way; the other end of the pull rope (83) is fixedly connected with the inclination adjusting handle (84); the tilting adjustment element (82) further comprises a first return spring (82.3) acting on the actuating element (82.2) and causing it to produce a return action when controlling the movable bolt (82.1).

A seat attachment for an adjustable backrest as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein: the chair seat connecting device further comprises a lifting adjusting assembly (9), the lifting adjusting assembly (9) comprises a lifting handle (91), a lifting pull rope (92), a gas spring plectrum (93) and a plectrum mounting seat (94), and the gas spring plectrum (93) comprises a hinged part for mounting the gas spring plectrum on the plectrum mounting seat and a toggle part for controlling a gas spring; one end of the lifting pull rope (92) is fixedly connected with the gas spring shifting piece (93) and used for controlling the state of the gas spring shifting piece (93), and the other end of the lifting pull rope (92) is connected with the lifting handle (91); the lifting adjusting assembly (9) further comprises a second reset spring or a reset elastic sheet, wherein the second reset spring or the reset elastic sheet acts on the gas spring shifting sheet (93) and enables the gas spring shifting sheet to generate a reset effect when the gas spring is controlled.

A seat attachment for an adjustable backrest as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein: seat support connecting device still includes seat support adjusting part (10), seat support adjusting part (10) are including installing control hand wheel (101), regulation and control gear (102) and regulation and control rack (103) of seat support, regulation and control gear (102) and regulation and control rack (103) cooperation are connected, and regulation and control rack (103) relative tray (1) fixed connection.
