The invention discloses a body posture monitoring and alarming cap which comprises a cap body, a 3D acceleration sensor, a computing module, a positioning system, an alarming module and a power supply, wherein the 3D acceleration sensor is arranged on the cap body; each group of 3D acceleration sensor, the calculation module, the positioning system and the alarm module are respectively fixed or detachably fixed on the outer side surface of the cap body or the cap brim; the signal output end of the 3D acceleration sensor is connected with the signal input end of the calculation module, and the signal output end of the calculation module is connected with the signal input end of the alarm module; the alarm module comprises a buzzing alarm or/and an acousto-optic alarm, vibration and wireless signal transmitting system; the signal sent by the 3D acceleration sensor is processed by the computing module and then sent to the alarm module for buzzing alarm or/and acousto-optic alarm, and simultaneously vibrates and is sent out by the wireless signal sending system; the positioning system sends out the position signal. The body position monitoring and alarm hat of claim 7, wherein: the cap body is made of a plurality of layers of manufacturing materials, the three layers are specifically designed, wherein the inner layer is designed to be a skin-friendly fabric layer, the middle layer connected with the inner layer is designed to be an anti-ultraviolet layer, and the outer layer is designed to be a waterproof breathable layer.
