Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pesticide preparation processing, and relates to a synergistic composition for preventing and treating vegetable plutella xylostella and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Plutella xylostella (Plutella xylostella L.) also called Trichinella, belongs to Lepidoptera (Lepidotera) Plutella family (Plutellidae), is a worldwide important vegetable pest, mainly harms Brassicaceae vegetables such as cabbage, Chinese cabbage, rape, cabbage heart, radish and the like, and hosts more than 40. The diamondback moth has high propagation speed, more generations and serious generation overlapping phenomenon, so the prevention and control difficulty is higher. At present, chemical control is mainly used for controlling diamondback moths. The chemical pesticide is continuously used in large quantity, so that the drug resistance of the diamondback moth is increasingly serious, the resistance level is also increasingly high, and the diamondback moth becomes one of pests with the most serious drug resistance and the most difficult control.
Emamectin benzoate (known as emamectin benzoate) as a white or pale yellow crystalline powder, soluble in acetone and methanol, slightly soluble in water, and insoluble in hexane. The pesticide is a novel high-efficiency semi-synthetic antibiotic pesticide synthesized from a fermentation product abamectin B1, and has the characteristics of super high efficiency, low toxicity (the preparation is nearly nontoxic), low residue, no public nuisance and other biological pesticides. Is widely used for preventing and controlling various pests on crops such as vegetables, fruit trees, cotton and the like. The Lufenuron ISO has the common name of Lufenuronon, and is a substituted urea high-efficiency low-toxicity insecticide developed and produced by Prohenda of original Switzerland. The insecticidal composition mainly acts on insect larvae to prevent the peeling process to kill pests, has strong egg killing and insecticidal capacity, and is mainly used for preventing and controlling lepidoptera larvae and the like of cotton, corn, vegetables, fruit trees and the like; can also be used as sanitary medicine; can also be used for preventing and controlling pests with piercing-sucking mouthparts. The 5% Emamectin benzoate-lufenuron suspending agent is a new product registered by Kangsu agriculture Limited company in Shandong for preventing and controlling diamondback moth.
The Alkyl polyglucoside (APG for short) is generally dissolved in water and is easy to dissolve in common organic solvents, has excellent compatibility, stability and surface activity in acid and alkaline solutions, can be completely biodegraded in nature, cannot form metabolites difficult to biodegrade, and thus avoids new pollution to the environment. The APG also has good hydrophilicity (HLB 10-19), can be used as an emulsifier, and has good wetting and penetrating properties.
Castor oil is fatty oil obtained by squeezing and refining mature seeds of euphorbiaceae plant Ricinus communis L, although castor oil has good permeability and moisture retention performance as oil, the castor oil is incompatible with water when directly applied and mixed with water, cannot play corresponding role, and cannot be directly added into water-based preparations.
The diamondback moth is mainly harmful to brassicaceous vegetables, and in the actual use process of the pesticide, due to the problems that the surfaces of leaves of most brassicaceous vegetables (such as cabbages and rapes) are smooth, the pesticide liquid is difficult to adhere, easy to run off, rapid to evaporate and the like, the problems that the utilization rate of the pesticide liquid is low, the pesticide effect is poor and the like are caused, and the effective control effect on the diamondback moth is reduced. The combination of emamectin benzoate and lufenuron has been patented and the related products have been put into production and no synergistic formulation using a combination of an alkyl glycoside and castor oil has been reported.
