Technical Field
The invention relates to electronic equipment, in particular to a Lightning audio interface, an audio patch cord and a preparation method of the audio patch cord.
Background
At present, most products of apple companies on the market are Lightning interfaces, so users can only listen to music by using earphones of the Lightning interfaces, but the earphones of the Lightning interfaces are generally expensive, and many users do not want to buy earphones of the Lightning interfaces again but use 3.5mm audio interfaces owned by the users, because the 3.5mm audio interfaces are mainstream interfaces in the past for a long time, so many users have earphones of the 3.5mm audio interfaces. If the user wants to use the 3.5mm audio interface earphone directly on the apple product, the user needs an audio patch cord with Lightning interface.
The audio patch cord of the existing Lightning interface comprises a connector with the Lightning interface, seven pins are arranged on a wiring end of the connector, the seven pins are respectively a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin and a seventh pin, seven signal wires are required to be connected with the seven pins when the patch cord is prepared, then the other ends of the seven signal wires are connected to wiring points of a 3.5mm audio interface or an RCA audio interface, the patch cord is prepared through a packaging process, seven wires are required to be connected inside the patch cord with the structure, the required cost is high, and the seven wires are most important, so that the processing difficulty is high.
Thus, there is still a need for improvement and development of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems that the existing patch cord is high in production cost and high in processing difficulty.
A Lightning audio interface is used for being connected with a Lightning interface of terminal equipment to output audio signals and comprises a connector with the Lightning interface, wherein a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin and a seventh pin are arranged on a wiring end of the connector;
the connector is respectively connected with at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin, so that at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short-circuit connection, and the other end of the conducting plate is used for connecting a signal line.
In one embodiment, five connectors are arranged at one end of the conductive plate, and the five connectors are respectively connected with the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin, so that the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short circuit connection.
In one embodiment, the first pin, the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin and the fifth pin are arranged on one surface of the connector terminal, and the sixth pin and the seventh pin are arranged on the other surface of the connector terminal;
the three connectors at one end of the conducting plate are arranged on the first plane and are respectively connected with the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin on one surface of the wiring end of the connector, and the other two connectors at one end of the conducting plate are arranged on the second plane and are respectively connected with the sixth pin and the seventh pin on the other surface of the wiring end of the connector.
In one embodiment, the connector further comprises two wire connecting pieces, one ends of the two wire connecting pieces are respectively connected with the first pin and the fifth pin, and the other ends of the two wire connecting pieces are used for connecting signal wires.
In one embodiment, the connector further comprises an insulating shell, wherein the insulating shell is arranged on the surfaces of the connector, the conducting strip and the wire connecting piece and used for wrapping the connecting part of the connector and the conducting strip and the connecting part of the wire connecting piece and the connector, and enabling the Lightning interface of the connector to be located outside one end of the insulating shell and enabling the other end of the conducting strip and the other ends of the two wire connecting pieces to be located outside the other end of the insulating shell for connecting a signal line.
An audio patch cord for a Lightning interface is used for converting the Lightning interface into at least one audio interface and comprises a connector with the Lightning interface, wherein a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin and a seventh pin are arranged on a wiring end of the connector;
the lead frame also comprises a conductive plate, wherein one end of the conductive plate is provided with at least two connectors which are respectively connected with at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin so as to ensure that at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short circuit connection,
the connector comprises a conductive sheet and a connecting head, and is characterized by further comprising a plurality of signal lines and an audio interface, wherein the other end of the conductive sheet and pins which are not connected with the conductive sheet on the connecting head are respectively connected with the audio interface through one signal line.
In one embodiment, five connectors are arranged at one end of the conducting strip, and the five connectors are respectively connected with the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin and used for short-circuit connection of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin;
the audio-frequency connector comprises three signal wires, wherein one end of one signal wire is connected with the other end of the conducting strip, one ends of the other two signal wires are respectively connected with the first pin and the fifth pin, and the other ends of the three signal wires are connected with the audio interface;
the audio interface is a 3.5mm audio interface or an RCA audio interface.
In one embodiment, the first pin, the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin and the fifth pin are arranged on one surface of the connector terminal, and the sixth pin and the seventh pin are arranged on the other surface of the connector terminal;
the three connectors at one end of the conducting plate are arranged on the first plane and are respectively connected with the second pin, the third pin and the fourth pin on one surface of the wiring end of the connector, and the other two connectors at one end of the conducting plate are arranged on the second plane and are respectively connected with the sixth pin and the seventh pin on the other surface of the wiring end of the connector.
In one embodiment, the connector further comprises two wire connecting pieces, one ends of the two wire connecting pieces are respectively connected with the first pin and the fifth pin, and the other ends of the two wire connecting pieces are respectively connected with one ends of the other two signal wires.
A preparation method of an audio patch cord for a Lightning interface is provided, wherein the audio patch cord comprises a connector with the Lightning interface, and a wiring end of the connector is provided with a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin and a seventh pin; the preparation method comprises the following steps:
connecting at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin by adopting a conducting plate with a plurality of connectors, so that at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short circuit connection;
and respectively connecting the other end of the conducting strip and the pin which is not connected with the conducting strip on the connecting head with the audio interface through signal lines.
According to the Lightning audio interface and the audio patch cord for the Lightning audio interface of the above embodiments, the Lightning audio interface includes a connector having the Lightning interface, and a first pin, a second pin, a third pin, a fourth pin, a fifth pin, a sixth pin and a seventh pin are disposed on a terminal of the connector. The Lightning audio interface further comprises a conducting strip, wherein one end of the conducting strip is provided with at least two connectors, the connectors are respectively connected with at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin, at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short-circuit connection, and the other end of the conducting strip is used for connecting a signal line. Therefore, pins on each wiring end are not required to be connected with the wiring ends of the audio interface through a signal line, production cost is reduced, processing difficulty is reduced, and the yield of the patch cord is improved.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings. Wherein like elements in different embodiments are numbered with like associated elements. In the following description, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a better understanding of the present application. However, those skilled in the art will readily recognize that some of the features may be omitted or replaced with other elements, materials, methods in different instances. In some instances, certain operations related to the present application have not been shown or described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the core of the present application from excessive description, and it is not necessary for those skilled in the art to describe these operations in detail, so that they may be fully understood from the description in the specification and the general knowledge in the art.

In the embodiment of the invention, at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin on the connector are connected by adopting a conducting plate with a plurality of connectors, so that at least two of the second pin, the third pin, the fourth pin, the sixth pin and the seventh pin are in short circuit connection, and then the other end of the conducting plate and the pin which is not connected with the conducting plate on the connector are respectively connected with the audio interface through signal wires when the patch cord is prepared. Therefore, pins on each wiring end are not required to be connected with the wiring ends of the audio interface through a signal line, production cost is reduced, processing difficulty is reduced, and the yield of the patch cord is improved.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment provides a Lightning audio interface, the Lightning audio interface is used for connecting with a Lightning interface of a terminal device to output an audio signal, the Lightning audio interface includes a connector 1 having a Lightning interface 12, the connector 1 of the embodiment adopts a C101 connector, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a first pin 111, a second pin 112, a third pin 113, a fourth pin 114, a fifth pin 115, a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117 are arranged on a terminal 11 of the connector 1. The first pin 111 is a Left Driver pin, the second pin 112 is a Microphone Bias pin, the third pin 113 is a Tip Sense pin, the fourth pin 114 is a Ground pin, the fifth pin 115 is a Right Driver pin, the sixth pin 116 is a Ground Sense pin, and the seventh pin 117 is a Microphone Sense pin.
The Lightning audio interface of this embodiment further includes a conductive plate 2, the conductive plate 2 is made of a conductive material, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, one end of the conductive plate 2 is provided with at least two connectors, the connectors are respectively connected with at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 on the wiring terminal 11, so that at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are in short-circuit connection, and the other end 20 of the conductive plate 2 is used for connecting a signal line.
The Lightning audio interface of the embodiment combines at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116, and the seventh pin 117 on the terminal 11 of the connector 1 into one by short-circuit connection on the premise of meeting the requirement of audio signal transmission. When the Lightning audio interface of this embodiment is adopted to prepare the audio patch cord, the pin that need not on every wiring end 11 all adopts a signal line to be connected with the wiring end of audio interface, has reduced manufacturing cost, reduces the processing degree of difficulty simultaneously, has improved the yield of patch cord processing.
As shown in fig. 4, one end of the conductive plate 2 of this embodiment is provided with five connectors, and the five connectors are respectively connected to the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117, so that the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are in short-circuit connection. Therefore, the five pins are combined into one short-circuit connection, and can be connected with the audio interface only by one signal wire, so that the production cost is saved, and the production difficulty is reduced.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the first pin 111, the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, and the fifth pin 115 on the terminal 11 of the connector 1 are disposed on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, and the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are disposed on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1. The five terminals of the conductive sheet 2 of the present embodiment are a first terminal 21, a second terminal 22, a third terminal 23, a fourth terminal 24 and a fifth terminal 25, respectively, wherein the second terminal 22, the third terminal 23 and the fourth terminal 24 are disposed on a first plane, the second terminal 22, the third terminal 23 and the fourth terminal 24 are connected to a second pin 112, a third pin 113 and a fourth pin 114 on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively, the first terminal 21 and the fifth terminal 25 at one end of the conductive sheet 2 are disposed on a second plane, and the first terminal 21 and the fifth terminal 25 are connected to a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117 on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively. The first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other, and the first joint 21 and the fifth joint 25 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner with the second joint 22, the third joint 23 and the fourth joint 24. This merges the five pin short-circuit connections together through the conductive plate 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the Lightning audio interface in this embodiment further includes two wire connecting members, the two wire connecting members are a first connecting member 31 and a second connecting member 32, one end of the first connecting member 31 and one end of the second connecting member 32 are welded or clamped with the first pin 111 and the fifth pin 115, respectively, so as to lead out the first pin 111 and the fifth pin 115, which facilitates wire connection, and the other end of the first connecting member 31 and the other end of the second connecting member 32 are used for connecting a signal line. The first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are also made of a conductive material.
Further, in an embodiment, the Lightning audio interface further includes an insulating housing, the insulating housing is disposed on the surfaces of the connector 1, the conductive plate 2, and the first connector 31 and the second connector 32, the insulating housing is configured to wrap the connection between the connector 1 and the conductive plate 2 and the connection between the first connector 31 and the connector 1, and the Lightning interface 12 of the connector 1 is located outside one end of the insulating housing, and meanwhile, the other end 20 of the conductive plate 2 and the other ends of the first connector 31 and the second connector 32 are located outside the other end of the insulating housing, so as to facilitate connection of the signal line.
When the Lightning audio interface of this embodiment is adopted to prepare the audio patch cord, adopt three signal lines to connect the other end 20 of conducting strip 2, the other end and the audio interface of first connecting piece 31 and second connecting piece 32 respectively, practiced thrift manufacturing cost, simplified the production degree of difficulty that has reduced simultaneously.
Example two
The present embodiment provides an audio patch cord for a Lightning interface, as shown in fig. 7, the audio patch cord is used to convert a Lightning interface 12 into an audio interface 4, the audio patch cord includes a connector 1 having the Lightning interface, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, a terminal 11 of the connector 1 is provided with a first pin 111, a second pin 112, a third pin 113, a fourth pin 114, a fifth pin 115, a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117; the audio patch cord further comprises a conductive plate 2, wherein at least two connectors are arranged at one end of the conductive plate 2, and the two connectors are respectively connected with at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117, so that at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are in short circuit connection. The audio patch cord further comprises a plurality of signal lines and a 3.5mm audio interface, and the other end 20 of the conducting strip 2 and the pin which is not connected with the conducting strip 2 on the connector 11 are respectively connected with the audio interface 4 through one signal line. Therefore, the pins of the 11 on each wiring terminal are not required to be connected with the audio interface 4 through a signal wire, so that the production cost is reduced, the processing difficulty is reduced, and the finished product rate of the processing of the patch cord is improved.
The structure of the conductive plate 2 in this embodiment is the same as the conductive plate 2 in the first embodiment, that is, five connectors are arranged at one end of the conductive plate 2, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, and the five connectors are respectively connected with the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117, so that the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are in short-circuit connection. This merges the five pin shorting connections together. The audio patch cord includes three signal lines, wherein one end of one signal line is connected with the other end 20 of the conducting strip 2, one ends of the other two signal lines are respectively connected with the first pin 111 and the fifth pin 115, and the other ends of the three signal lines are all connected with the audio interface 4. Therefore, only three signal wires are needed to be connected with the audio interface, so that the production cost is saved, and the production difficulty is reduced.
The audio interface 4 of this embodiment may be a 3.5mm audio interface or an RCA audio interface (i.e., an analog audio interface), and the number of the audio interfaces 4 may be set to be one or two, as shown in fig. 7, the audio interface 4 is set to be one 3.5mm audio interface, as shown in fig. 8, and the audio interface 4 of the audio patch cord is set to be two RCA audio interfaces.
In the present embodiment, the first pin 111, the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, and the fifth pin 115 on the terminal 11 of the connector 1 are provided on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, and the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are provided on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1. The five terminals of the conductive sheet 2 of the present embodiment are a first terminal 21, a second terminal 22, a third terminal 23, a fourth terminal 24 and a fifth terminal 25, respectively, wherein the second terminal 22, the third terminal 23 and the fourth terminal 24 are disposed on a first plane, the second terminal 22, the third terminal 23 and the fourth terminal 24 are connected to a second pin 112, a third pin 113 and a fourth pin 114 on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively, the first terminal 21 and the fifth terminal 25 at one end of the conductive sheet 2 are disposed on a second plane, and the first terminal 21 and the fifth terminal 25 are connected to a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117 on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively. The first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other, and the first joint 21 and the fifth joint 25 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner with the second joint 22, the third joint 23 and the fourth joint 24. This combines five pin short connections into one through the conductive plate 2.
Further, the audio patch cord in this embodiment further includes two wiring members, the two wiring members are a first connecting member 31 and a second connecting member 32, one end of the first connecting member 31 and one end of the second connecting member 32 are respectively welded to the first pin 111 and the fifth pin 115, and are used for leading out the first pin 111 and the fifth pin 115, so that wiring is facilitated, and the other end of the first connecting member 31 and the other end of the second connecting member 32 are used for connecting a signal line. The first connecting member 31 and the second connecting member 32 are also made of a conductive material.
The audio patch cord in this embodiment further includes an insulating protective layer, and the audio patch cord is manufactured by encapsulating the connector 1, the conductive sheet 2, the first connector 31, the second connector 32, and the 3.5mm audio interface 4 of the patch cord through the insulating protective layer. Wherein, the Lightning interface 12 of this embodiment chooses for use the Lightning public head for the Lightning female head on with the apple equipment is connected, and 3.5mm audio interface 4 chooses for use the female head, is used for connecting with the earphone of 3.5mm audio interface.
The audio patch cord of this embodiment adopts three signal lines to be connected the other end 20 of conducting strip 2, the other end and the audio interface of first connecting piece 31 and second connecting piece 32 respectively, has practiced thrift manufacturing cost, and the while has simply reduced the production degree of difficulty.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment provides a method for preparing an audio patch cord for a Lightning interface, the audio patch cord includes a connector 1 having a Lightning interface 12, and a terminal 11 of the connector 1 is provided with a first pin 111, a second pin 112, a third pin 113, a fourth pin 114, a fifth pin 114, a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117. As shown in fig. 9, the method for manufacturing an audio patch cord of the present embodiment includes:
and 101, connecting at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 by adopting a conductive sheet with a plurality of connectors, so that at least two of the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are in short circuit connection.
Step 102: the other end 20 of the conducting plate 2 and the pin of the connector 11 which is not connected with the conducting plate 2 are respectively connected with the audio interface 4 through signal lines.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the first pin 111, the second pin 112, the third pin 113, the fourth pin 114, and the fifth pin 115 on the terminal 11 of the connector 1 are disposed on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, and the sixth pin 116 and the seventh pin 117 are disposed on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1. The conductive sheet adopted in the present embodiment has five tabs, which are a first tab 21, a second tab 22, a third tab 23, a fourth tab 24 and a fifth tab 25, respectively, wherein the second tab 22, the third tab 23 and the fourth tab 24 are disposed on a first plane, the second tab 22, the third tab 23 and the fourth tab 24 are connected to a second pin 112, a third pin 113 and a fourth pin 114 on one surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively, the first tab 21 and the fifth tab 25 at one end of the conductive sheet 2 are disposed on a second plane, and the first tab 21 and the fifth tab 25 are connected to a sixth pin 116 and a seventh pin 117 on the other surface of the terminal 11 of the connector 1, respectively. The first plane and the second plane are parallel to each other, and the first joint 21 and the fifth joint 25 are arranged in a vertically staggered manner with the second joint 22, the third joint 23 and the fourth joint 24. This combines five pin short connections into one through the conductive plate 2. Then, the other end 20 of the conducting strip 2, the other end of the first connecting piece 31 and the other end of the second connecting piece 32 are respectively connected with the audio interface by adopting three signal wires, so that the production cost is saved, and the production difficulty is reduced.
