When the key shaft 2 is in the locked state, magnetic block a412 is arranged opposite to magnetic block A422, magnetic block B413 is arranged opposite to magnetic block B423, magnetic block C414 is arranged opposite to magnetic block C424, and magnetic block D415 is arranged opposite to magnetic block D425.
