Abstract
The invention relates to a wind protection cover which comprises a wind protection cover body made of PP materials, wherein the wind protection cover body adopts the integral injection molding one-step forming technology and comprises a wind protection ring, the wind protection ring comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, the length of the inner ring is shorter than that of the outer ring, the inner ring and the outer ring are combined to form a C-shaped groove, and an engine fan ring is arranged in the middle of the C-shaped groove. According to the wind protection cover provided by the invention, the whole wind protection cover is formed in one step through injection molding, secondary processing is not needed, the production efficiency is high, the product consistency is good, the dimensional precision is high, and the structure is reliable; the matching part of the air protection cover and the engine fan is designed into a C-shaped structure, so that the air quantity loss is reduced; the problems of large air quantity loss and poor assembly manufacturability of the traditional air protection cover are solved, and the effective air inlet quantity and the production efficiency are improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of heavy-duty automobile part manufacturing, in particular to a plastic wind shield with a novel mounting structure, which is mainly used between a commercial automobile radiator and an engine fan.
Background
With the upgrade of global automobile emission standards, the demands of domestic markets for heavy automobile horsepower and torque are continuously improved, and compared with national V and VI high-efficiency SCR engines, the heat transferred to the coolant by the national VI EGR engine is increased by 20-25%, so that severe requirements are provided for a vehicle cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is mainly determined by factors such as the good and bad performance of the radiator, the flow of the cooling liquid, the effective air quantity provided by the fan of the engine and the like. The performance of the fan protecting cover directly determines the air quantity passing through the radiator, and has important influence on the heat dissipation capacity of the cooling system.
Nowadays, more and more users pay attention to the driving comfort of the vehicle and pay attention to the noise index, and under the condition, the matched ring fan becomes the mainstream. However, the air quantity loss of the traditional air protection cover structure is large, meanwhile, the assembly manufacturability is poor, the assembly labor intensity is large, and the production efficiency is influenced. Therefore, it is a problem to be solved to design a wind shield with a new structure and a small air loss and good assembly manufacturability.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art, and provides a wind protection cover to achieve the purpose of improving the effective air intake and the production efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a wind protection cover which is used for connecting a radiator and an engine fan and comprises a wind protection cover body, wherein the wind protection cover body is of an integral structure and is made of PP materials, the integral injection molding one-step forming technology is adopted, the wind protection cover body comprises a wind protection ring, the wind protection ring comprises an inner ring and an outer ring, the length of the inner ring is shorter than that of the outer ring, the inner ring and the outer ring are combined to form a C-shaped groove, and the engine fan is annularly arranged in the middle of the C-shaped groove.
Preferably, 2-5 bolt mounting holes are respectively formed in two side faces of the wind protection cover body, the wind protection cover body is connected with the radiator through bolts, and metal bushings are embedded in the bolt mounting holes so as to ensure that the wind protection cover body is reliably connected with the radiator and cannot be damaged or loosened due to improper tightening torque.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the fan guard provided by the invention is used for connecting a radiator and an engine fan, and comprises a fan guard body 12, wherein the fan guard body 12 is of an integral structure and is made of a PP material, an integral injection molding one-step forming technology is adopted, the fan guard body 12 comprises a fan guard ring 13, the fan guard ring 13 is used for being matched and connected with the engine fan, the fan guard ring 13 comprises an inner ring 8 and an outer ring 9, the length of the inner ring 8 is 20-25 mm shorter than that of the outer ring 9, the inner ring 8 and the outer ring 9 are combined to form a C-shaped groove, the engine fan ring is installed in the middle of the C-shaped groove, and the matching part of the fan guard ring 13 and the engine fan is designed into a C-shaped groove structure.
The two side faces of the fan housing body 12 are respectively provided with 2-5 bolt mounting holes 2, the fan housing body 12 is fixed on the protective plate of the radiator through bolts, as shown in a diagram A in figure 2, metal bushings 3 are pre-embedded in the bolt mounting holes 2 to ensure that the fan housing body 12 is reliably connected with the radiator, and the fan housing body 12 cannot be damaged or loosened due to improper tightening torque.

The outer side surface of the air protection ring 13 is provided with 2-3 water pipe fixing pipe clamps 7, so that the water replenishing rubber pipes of the engine can be conveniently installed and fixed, and as shown in E, F in figure 3, the water pipe fixing pipe clamps 7 are of an unclosed annular structure.
An upper opening 11 and a lower opening 10 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the wind protection cover body, as shown in I, H in fig. 4, the upper opening 11 and the lower opening 10 reserve an installation space for the wind protection cover body 12, and it is ensured that the wind protection cover body 12 does not interfere with the pipe orifice of the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe of the radiator.
Reinforcing ribs 1 are additionally arranged on the back of the contact surface of the periphery of the fan housing body 12 and the radiator, so that the strength of the fan housing body 12 is improved.
Hereinafter, an assembling method of the wind guard according to the present invention will be described.
During assembly, the fan protection cover is arranged on the upper portion of the radiator, the card 51 is inserted into the clamping groove in the radiator, the fan protection cover is adjusted to a proper position according to the limiting structure 4, then the fan protection cover is fixed on the radiator through bolts, the clamping piece mounting structure 6 on the upper portion of the fan protection cover and the water feeding chamber are reliably fixed through the clamping pieces, and the fan protection cover is hoisted to the whole vehicle along with the cooling module after being subpackaged and is fixedly installed. The wind protection cover is made of PP materials, is integrally formed in one step by injection molding, and is high in production efficiency and good in product consistency; the metal bushing is embedded in the bolt mounting hole in the wind protection cover, the limiting structure and the card type structure are arranged at the lower part of the wind protection cover, the clamping piece mounting structure and the like are arranged at the upper part of the wind protection cover, and the reliability and the assembly manufacturability of the wind protection cover are improved; the outer side surface of the air protecting ring is provided with a water pipe fixing pipe clamp, so that the installation and the fixation of the water replenishing rubber pipe of the engine are facilitated; the matching part of the fan guard and the engine fan is designed into a C-shaped structure, so that the air quantity loss is reduced; compared with the traditional wind protection cover, the wind protection cover has small air quantity loss and reliable structure, and improves the production efficiency and the assembly efficiency.

9. A wind guard according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the upper and lower edges of the wind guard body are respectively provided with openings to reserve an installation space for the wind guard body.
10. The wind guard according to claim 1 or 2, wherein a reinforcing rib is added on the circumferential surface of the wind guard body to improve the strength of the wind guard body.
