As shown in fig. 5, the wood panels 1 are assembled in a staggered manner, i.e. the wood panels 1 are in the same direction, but the head of one wood panel 1 is aligned with the middle of another wood panel 1 at a certain position. The locking member 6 is used to lock the mounting portions 51 of the corners of two planks and the mounting portion 52 of the middle of the other plank. In this embodiment, too, the first slots 31,34, the third slot 32 and the fourth slot 33 can be tightly fitted to the wall of the locking member 6, and the second slots 21,22 can be loosely fitted to the wall of the locking member 6.
With continued reference to fig. 6 and 7, the second slots 21,22 of the wood panel block extend the entire length of the wood panel block 1. The plank block 1 further comprises a third slot 32, a fourth slot 33, a fifth slot 36 and a sixth slot 35 in the middle of the plank block in the width direction of the plank block, wherein the second slot 21, the third slot 32, the fourth slot 33 and the edge of the plank block enclose a first middle mounting part 52, and the second slot 21, the fifth slot 36, the sixth slot 35 and the edge of the plank block enclose a second middle mounting part 52. The wood blocks are assembled in a herringbone mode, namely the wood blocks are arranged in a herringbone mode along the direction perpendicular to each other. The locking member 6 is used to lock the mounting portions 51 of the corners of two planks and the mounting portion 52 of the middle of the other plank. In this embodiment, too, the first slots 31,34, the third slot 32, the fourth slot 33, the fifth slot 36 and the sixth slot 35 can be tightly fitted to the wall of the lock member 6, and the second slots 21,22 can be loosely fitted to the wall of the lock member 6. In this embodiment, the wall thickness of the lock member 6 may be set to be the same and the width of each slit may be set to be different. In figure 7 a herringbone pattern of destination panel assemblies is shown, in some embodiments each panel is retained by six locking members 6, in some embodiments some locking members 6 may optionally be omitted, for example each panel may be retained by three, four or five locking members 6, for example.
As can be seen from the above embodiments, the wood block assembly according to the embodiments of the present invention may allow the wood blocks to be assembled positively, dislocated or herringbone and may effectively limit the relative positions between the wood blocks. In some embodiments, the plank blocks can also be allowed to expand and contract in the width direction.
