Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical cleaning agents, in particular to an acidic cleaning agent and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Food safety is a common concern, and pipeline cleaning and disinfection in the beverage processing industry are key points for controlling product microorganisms. At present, the beverage sterile processing equipment is mainly cleaned and disinfected independently by a CIP cleaning system, the used cleaning agent is mainly a composite acid-base cleaning agent, and the used disinfectant is peracetic acid. At present, most beverage processing plants adopt a seven-step method for cleaning and disinfection, namely water flushing (water flushing), alkali washing, water flushing, acid washing, water flushing, disinfection and water flushing. In the first step, water-soluble dirt and large dirt are taken away in the water flushing process; secondly, removing organic dirt such as fat, protein and the like in an alkali washing process, wherein the washing temperature is more than 80 ℃; thirdly, the alkaline cleaning agent in the pipeline is taken away by water flushing; fourthly, removing some inorganic dirt in the acid washing process, wherein the washing temperature is more than 80 ℃; fifthly, carrying out water flushing to take away the acidic cleaning agent in the pipeline; sixthly, sterilizing the pipeline by adopting peracetic acid; and the seventh step, adopting sterile water to flush the pipeline.
Chinese patent CN106479705A discloses a CIP acidic cleaning agent for food production line, according to the embodiment of which, the effective acid (calculated by nitric acid) is less than 40%, wherein the acid for cleaning comprises nitric acid and phosphoric acid, and is compounded with surfactant, corrosion inhibitor and the like. Patent CN110735144A discloses an acidic cleaning agent for pipelines of food factories, which mainly comprises organic acid, inorganic acid and corrosion inhibitor, wherein nitric acid is used as a main component for cleaning. Therefore, both patents only adopt acid washing and cleaning, and the disinfection part needs to be additionally processed, so that the process is complex, the water quantity of the disinfection part is wasted, the cleaning time is too long, and the phosphoric acid in the formula can cause the phosphorus emission of sewage to exceed the standard.
Therefore, it is very necessary to develop an acidic cleaning agent with disinfection function, which can perform cleaning and disinfection simultaneously, avoid separate disinfection process, realize simple process, save water consumption for cleaning and disinfection, and save time for cleaning pipelines.
Content of application
One of the purposes of the invention is to provide an acidic cleaning agent which has a disinfection function, can realize both cleaning and disinfection of pipelines in an acid washing process, does not need an independent peroxyacetic acid disinfection process, and has the advantages of simple realization process, water consumption for cleaning and disinfection and pipeline cleaning time saving.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an acidic cleaning agent which comprises the following preparation raw materials in percentage by mass:
15% -20% of cleaning component;
22% -30% of a disinfecting component;
2% -5% of an auxiliary agent; and
45 to 61 percent of water.
Wherein the cleaning component is acidic, and the disinfecting component comprises citric acid and at least one of alkyl propyl amino glycine and dioctyl glycinate. Further, the content of the sterilizing component may be 22%, 23%, 24%, 25%, 26%, 27%, 28%, 29%, 30%.
Compared with the prior art, the acidic cleaning agent provided by the invention has the advantages that the cleaning component is acidic, and inorganic dirt and rust in the pipeline after alkaline cleaning are removed by the cleaning component. The citric acid has a cleaning effect at normal temperature, but the compound of the citric acid and the alkyl propylamino glycine, the citric acid and the dioctyl glycinate or the citric acid and the alkyl propylamino glycine and the dioctyl glycinate can effectively kill bacterial spores and achieve high-level disinfection at 80 ℃ in the acid pickling process. Therefore, in the pickling process, the pipeline can be cleaned and disinfected, an independent peracetic acid disinfection process is not needed, a primary disinfection and flushing process is omitted, and the using amount of a disinfectant and the using amount of water are greatly saved; the method has the advantages of simple process, shortened cleaning and sterilizing time, and reduced water consumption and energy consumption. In addition, the product is a phosphorus-free formula, so that the problem of phosphorus exceeding caused by wastewater discharge is avoided, and the problem of environmental protection pressure caused by phosphorus discharge of enterprises is solved.
Further, the content of the cleaning component may be 15%, 16%, 17%, 18%, 19%, 20%. The cleaning component is a compound of methanesulfonic acid and nitric acid. The methanesulfonic acid has strong dissolving and cleaning effects on calcium and magnesium insoluble substances; the nitric acid has strong cleaning and removing capacity to the rust. The compatibility proportion can effectively remove inorganic dirt and iron rust in the pipeline after alkaline cleaning.
Further, the mass percentage of the methanesulfonic acid to the nitric acid is not lower than 3:1, and if the concentration of the nitric acid in the system is too high, the nitric acid can react with the methanesulfonic acid and the citric acid due to strong oxidizing property.
Further, the amount of citric acid used in the pickling cleaning agent cannot be less than 20%, and if the content of citric acid is less than 20%, a high level of disinfection effect cannot be achieved.
Further, the mass percentage of the citric acid and the alkyl propyl amino glycine or the dioctyl glycinate is not lower than 10: 1.
Further, the content of water may be 45%, 50%, 55%, 61%. Pure water is used for water separation, so that impurity pollution is avoided.
Further, the content of the auxiliary agent can be 2%, 3%, 4% and 5%; the auxiliary agent is at least one of tetrasodium glutamate diacetate, trisodium N, N-dicarboxymethylalanine, sodium polyaspartate, methylglycine diacetate and tetrasodium aspartate diacetate. The carboxylic acid branched chain in the assistant is in negative charge in water, so that dirt ions accumulate equivalent charge, the dispersion process is facilitated, the function of dispersion and scale inhibition is realized while the chelating effect is realized, and the dirt is prevented from being redeposited. The assistant contains hydrophilic and hydrophobic groups to reduce surface tension, and through its hydrophilicity, the water-colloid complex is adsorbed onto the particle to form shell to shield the particle from flocculation caused by electrolyte. Because calcium and other metal ions play a very important role in stabilizing cell walls of a plurality of microorganisms, the addition of the auxiliary agent in the system can chelate and remove the metal ions, so that the cell walls become more permeable, and the activity of the bactericide is greatly improved.
