Referring to fig. 7, a garbage disposal apparatus for conveniently distinguishing garbage recycling in different states, wherein a first crushing assembly 36 comprises a transmission screw 361, a limiting ring 362 and a crushing fluted disc 363, the crushing fluted disc 363 is in threaded connection with the transmission screw 361, the limiting ring 362 is in threaded connection with the transmission screw 361, the first crushing assembly 36 is detachable as a whole, so that the first crushing assembly can be replaced conveniently when being damaged locally in a later period, the whole replacement cost is reduced, and the installation, the disassembly and the transportation of the apparatus are convenient, the thread rotation direction of the crushing fluted disc 363 is opposite to the crushing rotation direction of the first crushing assembly 36, the crushing fluted disc 363 is prevented from being loosened when the apparatus works, the garbage crushing effect is greatly reduced, a sealing ring 364 is arranged on one side of the crushing fluted disc 363 and is matched with a sealing groove formed on the other side of the crushing fluted disc 363, so that the gap is minimized when the adjacent crushing fluted disc, the conventional crushing fluted disc 363 is easily corroded, and the service life of the crushing fluted disc 363 is further prolonged.
In order to better show the implementation method of the garbage disposal device, the embodiment of the present invention provides an implementation method of a garbage disposal device, which is convenient for distinguishing garbage recycling in different states, and the implementation method includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: a worker simultaneously starts the first servo motor 26, the second servo motor 31 and the third servo motor 32, the worker pours the recycled garbage into the hopper 11, the first servo motor 26 drives the second transmission disc 27 to drive the belt to rotate, the belt drives the first transmission disc 13 and the pretreatment stirring piece 12 to rotate, and then the stirring blades 14 are driven to convey the garbage to the garbage conveying mechanism 2;
step two: the first servo motor 26 drives the transmission rolling pipe 22 to rotate so that the screening steel wire mesh 24 rotates outside the transmission rolling pipe 22 and the three transmission rollers 23, the garbage with the size of less than 5-15 cm falls into the garbage crushing mechanism 3 from the garbage screening steel wire mesh 24, and the opposite screened steel wire mesh 24 is conveyed out of the device;
step three: the second servo motor 31 and the third servo motor 32 respectively drive the first gear set 34 and the second gear set 35 to rotate and further respectively drive the first crushing assembly 36 and the second crushing assembly 37 to rotate so as to crush the garbage, and the garbage is conveyed to the lower end of the material guide frame 38 with an included angle of 30-60 degrees with the connecting end of the support frame 21;
step four: the garbage falling into the lower end of the material guiding frame 38 flows out along the lower end of the material guiding frame 38, and the garbage treatment of garbage recovery in different states is completed.
The working principle is as follows: a worker simultaneously starts a first servo motor 26, a second servo motor 31 and a third servo motor 32, the first servo motor 26 drives a second transmission disc 27 to drive a belt to rotate, the belt drives a first transmission disc 13 and a pretreatment stirring piece 12 to rotate, and further drives stirring blades 14 to convey garbage to a garbage conveying mechanism 2, the first servo motor 26 drives a transmission rolling pipe 22 to rotate, so that a screening steel wire mesh 24 rotates outside the transmission rolling pipe 22 and three transmission rollers 23 to screen the garbage, the second servo motor 31 and the third servo motor 32 respectively drive a first gear set 34 and a second gear set 35 to rotate, further respectively drive a first crushing assembly 36 and a second crushing assembly 37 to rotate, and send the garbage to the lower end of a material guide frame 38 with an included angle of 30-60 degrees with a connecting end of a support frame 21, and the garbage falling to the lower end of the material guide frame 38 flows out along the lower end of the material guide frame 38, and completing the garbage treatment of garbage recovery in different states.
In summary, the following steps: the invention relates to a garbage disposal device convenient for distinguishing garbage recovery in different states and an implementation method thereof.A stirring blade 14 is welded at the outer side of a pretreatment stirring piece 12, four stirring blades 14 are arranged around the outer side of the pretreatment stirring piece, each side surface of each stirring blade is arc-shaped, the arc-shaped stirring blades 14 are like curved palms, the poured garbage can be slowly and slightly conveyed to a screening steel wire mesh 24, the phenomenon of garbage accumulation caused by direct pouring is avoided, the garbage can be uniformly scattered at the upper side of the screening steel wire mesh 24, more smaller garbage can fall into a garbage crushing mechanism 3 from through holes, the disposal effect of the garbage disposal device is improved, the screening steel wire mesh 24 is sleeved at the outer sides of a transmission rolling pipe 22 and three transmission rollers 23, the diameter of the through holes of the screening steel wire mesh 24 is 5-15 cm, the best distance is 10 cm, the garbage such as plastic bags, small paper boxes and the like can be screened out and, garbage such as peel, paper scraps and the like falls into the garbage crushing mechanism 3, the distinguishing and screening effect is improved, the second servo motor 31 and the third servo motor 32 rotate anticlockwise and correspond to the outer gear direction of the first gear set 34 and the second gear set 35, so that the first gear set 34 and the second gear set 35 are in an extrusion crushing state when rotating relatively, the garbage is crushed, the structural design is reasonable, the extension lines of two sides of the guide frame 38 are tangent to the transmission rolling pipe 22 and the transmission roller 23, the garbage falling from the screening steel wire mesh 24 is prevented from scattering to the outer side of the device, the garbage is thoroughly treated, the periphery of the device is clean and sanitary, the guide frame 38 is arranged on the lower sides of the first crushing assembly 36 and the second crushing assembly 37 of the support frame 21, the lower side of the inner cavity of the guide frame 38 is U-shaped, the included angle between the lower side of the guide frame 38 and the connecting end of the support frame 21 is 30-60 degrees, and, the crushing garbage mixed with the liquid can flow out of the guide frame 38 under the action of gravity, the angle design is reasonable, the discharging of the crushing mixed garbage is convenient, the crushing fluted disc 363 is in threaded connection with the transmission screw 361, the limiting ring 362 is in threaded connection with the transmission screw 361, the first crushing assembly 36 is detachable as a whole, the replacement is convenient when local damage is caused in the later period, the overall replacement cost is reduced, the installation and the disassembly transportation of the device are also convenient, the thread rotating direction of the crushing fluted disc 363 is opposite to the crushing rotating direction of the first crushing assembly 36, the loosening of the crushing fluted disc 363 is avoided when the device works, the garbage crushing effect is greatly reduced, a sealing ring 364 is arranged on one side of the crushing fluted disc 363 and is matched with a sealing groove arranged on the other side of the crushing fluted disc 363, the gap is minimized when the adjacent crushing fluted disc 363 is connected, and the retention and accumulation, the conventional crushing fluted disc 363 is easily corroded, and the service life of the crushing fluted disc 363 is further prolonged.

1. A garbage disposal device convenient for distinguishing garbage recovery in different states is characterized by comprising a garbage pretreatment mechanism (1), a garbage conveying mechanism (2) and a garbage crushing mechanism (3), wherein two sides of the lower end of the garbage pretreatment mechanism (1) are arranged at the upper end of the garbage conveying mechanism (2), the garbage crushing mechanism (3) is arranged in the middle of an inner cavity of the garbage conveying mechanism (2), and the other end of the garbage crushing mechanism penetrates through one side of the garbage conveying mechanism (2);
the garbage pretreatment mechanism (1) comprises a funnel (11) and a pretreatment stirring piece (12), one end of the pretreatment stirring piece (12) is movably connected with one side of an inner cavity of the funnel (11), the other end of the pretreatment stirring piece movably penetrates through the other side of the inner cavity of the funnel (11) and is fixedly connected with a first transmission disc (13), the first transmission disc (13) is in transmission connection with a second transmission disc (27) through a belt, and stirring blades (14) are welded on the outer side of the pretreatment stirring piece (12);
the garbage conveying mechanism (2) comprises a supporting frame (21), a transmission rolling pipe (22) is arranged at the upper end of one side of the inner cavity of the supporting frame (21), one end of the transmission rolling pipe (22) penetrates through the supporting frame (21) to be connected with the output end of a first servo motor (26) on the outer side, the first servo motor (26) is arranged on one side of the upper end of a supporting plate (25) welded on the outer side of the supporting frame (21), and a second driving disc (27) is fixedly sleeved on the outer side of the driving rolling tube (22) positioned between the first servo motor (26) and the supporting frame (21), the other triangular parts corresponding to the transmission rolling pipes (22) are arranged in a rectangular shape and are provided with transmission rollers (23), two ends of each transmission roller (23) are movably connected with the support frame (21), screening steel wire meshes (24) are sleeved on the transmission rolling pipes (22) and the outer sides of the three transmission rollers (23), and the garbage crushing mechanism (3) is positioned between the opposite screening steel wire meshes (24);
the garbage crushing mechanism (3) comprises a second servo motor (31) and a third servo motor (32) which are arranged at the upper end of a supporting plate (25), the output end of the second servo motor (31) penetrates through a protective shell (33) and is fixedly connected with a right gear of a first gear set (34), the output end of the third servo motor (32) penetrates through the protective shell (33) and is fixedly connected with a gear in the middle of a second gear set (35), the first gear set (34) is fixedly connected with a first crushing component (36) with one end penetrating through a supporting frame (21), the second gear set (35) is fixedly connected with a second crushing component (37) with one end penetrating through the supporting frame (21), the other ends of the first crushing component (36) and the second crushing component (37) are movably connected with the supporting frame (21), the supporting frame (21) is arranged at the lower sides of the first crushing component (36) and the second crushing component (37) and is provided with a material guide frame (38), a gear block (39) is arranged on one side of the inner cavity of the guide frame (38) close to the rightmost gear.
2. A waste disposal device as defined in claim 1 wherein the stirring blades (14) are arranged in four surrounding relationship and each side surface is curved.
3. A waste disposal device as defined in claim 1 wherein the diameter of the through holes of the screening wire mesh (24) is 5-15 cm.
4. A waste management device for facilitating the differentiation of waste recycling between different states, according to claim 1, wherein the second servomotor (31) and the third servomotor (32) are both rotated counterclockwise.
5. A refuse treatment installation for facilitating the distinction between refuse collections according to claim 1, characterized in that the extension of the two sides of the chute (38) is tangential to the roller (22) and the roller (23).
6. A refuse treatment facility for facilitating the distinction between refuse collection in different states according to claim 1, wherein the lower side of the inner cavity of the guide frame (38) is U-shaped and forms an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with the connecting end of the support frame (21).
7. The garbage disposal apparatus for differentiating garbage collection according to claim 1, wherein the first crushing assembly (36) comprises a driving screw (361), a limiting ring (362) and a crushing fluted disc (363), the crushing fluted disc (363) is in threaded connection with the driving screw (361), and the limiting ring (362) is in threaded connection with the driving screw (361).
8. A waste disposer to facilitate differentiating between different conditions of waste recovery according to claim 7, wherein the direction of rotation of the screw of the shredder toothed disc (363) is opposite to the direction of rotation of the first shredder assembly (36).
9. The garbage disposal device with garbage collection function in different states as claimed in claim 7, wherein one side of the crushing fluted disc (363) is provided with a sealing ring (364) matching with a sealing groove formed on the other side of the crushing fluted disc (363).
10. A method of implementing a waste management device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, for facilitating the differentiation between different states of waste recovery, comprising the steps of:
s1: a worker simultaneously starts a first servo motor (26), a second servo motor (31) and a third servo motor (32), the worker pours the recycled garbage into the hopper (11), the first servo motor (26) drives a second transmission disc (27) to drive a belt to rotate, the belt drives a first transmission disc (13) and a pretreatment stirring piece (12) to rotate, and then a stirring blade (14) is driven to convey the garbage to the garbage conveying mechanism (2);
s2: the garbage discharged from the garbage pretreatment mechanism (1) is driven by a first servo motor (26) to rotate a transmission rolling pipe (22), so that a screening steel wire mesh (24) rotates outside the transmission rolling pipe (22) and three transmission rollers (23), the garbage with the size of less than 5-15 cm falls into a garbage crushing mechanism (3) from the garbage screening steel wire mesh (24), and the garbage is conveyed out of the device by the screened steel wire mesh (24);
s3: garbage falling from the screening steel wire mesh (24) is respectively driven by a second servo motor (31) and a third servo motor (32) to rotate a first gear set (34) and a second gear set (35) and further respectively drive a first crushing assembly (36) and a second crushing assembly (37) to rotate, so that the garbage is crushed and is sent to the lower end of a material guide frame (38) with an included angle of 30-60 degrees with the connecting end of the support frame (21);
s4: garbage falling into the lower end of the material guiding frame (38) flows out along the lower end of the material guiding frame (38), and garbage treatment of garbage recovery in different states is completed;
aiming at S2 and S3, the diameter of a through hole of the garbage screening steel wire mesh (24) is 10 cm, and the included angle between the lower end of the guide frame (38) and the connecting end of the support frame (21) is 45 degrees.
