Abstract
The invention discloses a chlorine dioxide gel air disinfection device capable of adjusting release amount, which comprises a barrel and a funnel, wherein the funnel is arranged above the barrel, cavities are arranged in the barrel on two sides of the funnel, an air isolating agent is arranged in each cavity, an elastic connecting mechanism is arranged in each cavity, the inner wall of the barrel is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the funnel through the elastic connecting mechanism, a release hole is formed in the outer wall of the funnel, an annular plate is arranged above the funnel, gear scales are arranged on the annular plate, and an indicating arrow is arranged on the upper surface of the barrel; according to the invention, the funnel is in threaded connection with the cylinder body, the height of the funnel in the cylinder body can be conveniently adjusted, and the air separation agent volatilization area can be adjusted by matching the cavity, the first release hole, the second release hole, the third release hole, the first gear scale, the second gear scale, the third gear scale and the indicating arrow, so that the release amount of chlorine dioxide gel can be accurately controlled.

Background
ClO2Is a gas from yellow green to orange yellow, and is a safe and nontoxic green disinfectant which is internationally recognized. In the case of oxidizing biocides, chlorine dioxide is a highly selective oxidizing agent. Ozone and chlorine have higher reactivity than chlorine dioxide and can oxidize most organic substances. However, chlorine dioxide only reacts with reducing sulfides, secondary amines, tertiary amines, and other strongly reducing and reactive organic species. Thus, chlorine dioxide, at much lower levels, gives a more stable reaction product than chlorine and ozone. In the case of a large amount of organic matter, an appropriate amount of dioxide is used due to its selectivityChlorine is more effective than ozone and chlorine. From the comprehensive comparison of disinfection effect and side effect, chlorine dioxide is the most excellent disinfectant in the existing chemical disinfectants, but cannot be said to be a nontoxic green disinfectant, has an academic term called actual nontoxicity, is the toxicity classification under a certain using amount of the disinfectant or additive, and is divided into the following parts according to the toxicity weight: the chlorine dioxide can be divided into actual non-toxic grades according to the mode.

the release holes comprise a first release hole, a second release hole and a third release hole, and the setting heights of the first release hole, the second release hole and the third release hole are sequentially higher;
the first release holes, the second release holes and the third release holes are arranged in a staggered mode;
the upper surface of the cylinder body is provided with a feeding hole matched with the position of the cavity, and the feeding hole is provided with a threaded cap;
the elastic connecting mechanism comprises a sliding chute, a sliding block and a spring, the sliding chute is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, the spring is arranged on the sliding chute through the sliding block, a connecting plate is arranged at one end of the spring, and the connecting plate is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the funnel;

According to the drawings of fig. 1, 2 and 3, the embodiment provides a chlorine dioxide gel air disinfection device with adjustable release amount, which comprises a cylinder body 1 and a funnel 2, wherein the funnel 2 is arranged above the inside of the cylinder body 1, cavities 3 are arranged in the cylinder body 1 at two sides of the funnel 2, an air isolating agent is arranged in the cavities 3, an elastic connecting mechanism 6 is arranged in the cavities 3, the inner wall of the cylinder body 1 is in threaded connection with the outer wall of the funnel 2 through the elastic connecting mechanism 6, release holes are formed in the outer wall of the funnel 2, a ring-shaped plate 4 is arranged above the funnel 2, gear scales are arranged on the ring-shaped plate 4, and an indication arrow 5 is arranged on the upper surface of the cylinder body 1;
the release holes comprise a first release hole 7, a second release hole 8 and a third release hole 9, and the arrangement heights of the first release hole 7, the second release hole 8 and the third release hole 9 become higher in sequence. The first release holes 7, the second release holes 8 and the third release holes 9 are arranged in a staggered manner;
the upper surface of the cylinder body 1 is provided with a feeding hole 10 matched with the position of the cavity 3, the feeding hole 10 is provided with a screw cap 11, and an air isolating agent can be added through the feeding hole 10. When the release amount of the chlorine dioxide gel is adjusted and controlled, the chlorine dioxide gel is prepared by the components of 60-70 parts of gel matrix, 10-20 parts of sodium chlorite, 5-10 parts of acidic activator and 10-20 parts of stabilizer according to the mass ratio, then the selection of the release holes is carried out according to the gear selection standard of the table 1, when the release holes are selected, the funnel 2 connected with the connecting plate 15 is rotated, the height of the funnel 2 is adjusted to select any one hole of the first release hole 7, the second release hole 8 or the third release hole 9 to be aligned with the cavity 3, the air isolating agent in the cavity 3 is contacted with the chlorine dioxide gel in the cylinder 1 through any one hole of the first release hole 7, the second release hole 8 or the third release hole 9, therefore, the control of the air disinfection release amount of the chlorine dioxide gel is realized, and the selection of the ventilation amount can be obtained according to the gear scale indicated by the indication arrow 5 in the process.

the release holes comprise a first release hole (7), a second release hole (8) and a third release hole (9), and the arrangement heights of the first release hole (7), the second release hole (8) and the third release hole (9) are higher in sequence;
the first release holes (7), the second release holes (8) and the third release holes (9) are arranged in a staggered manner;
the feeding hole (10) matched with the cavity (3) in position is formed in the upper surface of the barrel body (1), and a threaded cap (11) is arranged on the feeding hole (10);
