The display screen 10 includes a display panel and a touch layer (neither shown); in one embodiment, the touch layer is disposed on the display panel. In other embodiments, the touch layer may be embedded within the display panel.
The first flexible circuit board 20 is arranged on a first side of the display screen 10, and the first flexible circuit board 20 is electrically connected with the display panel; wherein the first flexible circuit board 20 is used to drive the display panel, thereby enabling the display panel to display a picture.
The second flexible circuit board 30 is arranged on the second side of the display screen 10, and the second flexible circuit board 30 is connected with the touch layer; the second flexible circuit board 30 is used for driving the touch layer, so that the touch layer can realize a touch function. Referring to fig. 4, when the first flexible circuit board 20 and the second flexible circuit board 30 are both bent to the back of the display screen 10, the orthographic projection of the first flexible circuit board 20 on the display screen 10 covers the orthographic projection of the second flexible circuit board 30 on the display screen 10.
In an embodiment, the first side is adjacent to the second side. For example, the first side is the left side and the second side is the lower side. That is, the first flexible circuit board 20 and the second flexible circuit board 30 are located at two adjacent sides of the display screen 10, so that the manufacturing process is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved. In another embodiment, the first side and the second side may also be oppositely disposed, wherein the first side and the second side are different sides.
In one embodiment, the second flexible circuit board 30 is connected to a predetermined end portion of the touch layer, the predetermined end portion being an end portion close to the first flexible circuit board 20 side. For example, when the first flexible circuit board 20 is located at the right side of the display screen, the second flexible circuit board 30 is connected to the right end portion of the lower side of the touch layer, so that the distance between the first flexible circuit board 20 and the second flexible circuit board 30 is reduced.
In one embodiment, to further improve the connection stability, an area of an orthogonal projection of the first flexible circuit board 20 on the display screen 10 is larger than an area of an orthogonal projection of the second flexible circuit board 30 on the display screen 10.
In one embodiment, the display device further includes a main board (not shown), the first flexible circuit board 20 includes a first sub-portion 21 and a second sub-portion 22, a portion of the first sub-portion 21 is connected to the second flexible circuit board 30, and the second sub-portion 22 is connected to the main board; wherein the orthographic projection of the first sub-portion 21 on the display screen 10 covers the orthographic projection of the second flexible circuit board 30 on the display screen 10.
In one embodiment, the first sub-portion 21 includes a plurality of first touch terminals (not shown), and the second flexible circuit board 30 includes a plurality of second touch terminals, and the first touch terminals are connected to the second touch terminals. The first touch terminal and the second touch terminal can be golden fingers.
In one embodiment, in order to further improve the connection stability, the orthographic projection position of the first touch terminal on the display screen 10 is overlapped with the orthographic projection position of the second touch terminal on the display screen 10.
The first sub-portion 21 further includes a plurality of first connection terminals (not shown), and the first connection terminals are connected to input terminals of the display panel. The display panel is provided with a plurality of input terminals for receiving signals on the main board.
In one embodiment, to reduce voltage drop and avoid signal attenuation, the area of the first sub-portion 21 is larger than that of the second sub-portion 22.
In the bending process, the first flexible circuit board 20 is bent to the back of the display screen 10, and then the second flexible circuit board 30 is bent to the back of the display screen 10. The second flexible circuit board 30 can be located above the first flexible circuit board 20 after bending, and then the first flexible circuit board 20 and the second flexible circuit board 30 are electrically connected.
Because the first flexible circuit board and the second flexible circuit board are arranged at different sides, the second flexible circuit board does not need to be avoided in the pressing process, namely, a groove does not need to be arranged on the bearing platform, and in addition, the avoiding design is not needed on the pressing equipment, so that the flexible circuit boards can be effectively pressed, and the connection stability and the product yield are improved. In addition, because general processing equipment can be adopted, the bearing platform does not need to be switched, the production efficiency can be improved, the replacement flow is simplified, the processing time is shortened, and the production cost is reduced. In addition, the bearing platform does not need to be provided with a groove, so that the adsorption effect of the display screen can be improved, the bearing platform is prevented from leaking vacuum, and the product yield is improved.
The invention also provides electronic equipment which comprises any one of the display devices, wherein the electronic equipment can be equipment such as a mobile phone and a tablet personal computer.
The display device and the electronic equipment comprise a display screen, a touch screen and a touch control layer, wherein the display screen comprises a display panel and a touch control layer; the first flexible circuit board is arranged on the first side of the display screen and is electrically connected with the display panel; the second flexible circuit board is arranged on the second side of the display screen and is connected with the touch layer; when the first flexible circuit board and the second flexible circuit board are both bent to the back of the display screen, the orthographic projection of the first flexible circuit board on the display screen covers the orthographic projection of the second flexible circuit board on the display screen; because in the laminating process, the second flexible circuit board does not need to be avoided, namely, the grooves do not need to be arranged on the bearing platform and the laminating equipment, the flexible circuit board can be effectively laminated, and the connection stability and the product yield are improved.
