Abstract

Background
The T-shaped section is the most basic component in the ship structure and mainly comprises a panel and a web.
The T-shaped material production and processing process needs a plurality of working procedures from raw materials to finished product structures, and the working procedures are complex; in the existing factory, the production management process of the T-shaped section is mostly planned by manpower, the efficiency is low, and the overall processing process of the ship is influenced; meanwhile, in the working process of manpower, errors exist, and the processing of the T-shaped material is influenced to a certain extent.

Preferably, the production management module comprises an operation planning unit, an operation coordination unit and a state analysis unit, the production management module formulates a production plan through the operation planning unit according to the information of the platform server, the state analysis unit analyzes the state of the production equipment, and the operation coordination unit adjusts the production plan according to the state of the equipment and sends the adjusted production plan to the execution module.

the order management module 3 sorts and distributes the product orders;
the equipment management module 4 collects the parameter state of the processing production equipment;
the execution module 5 issues a production instruction to control the equipment to work;
the database unit 6 stores platform operation information.
Further, the production management module 2 includes an operation planning unit 21, an operation coordination unit 22, and a state analysis unit 23, the production management module 2 makes a production plan through the operation planning unit 21 according to the information of the platform server 1, the state analysis unit 23 analyzes the state of the production equipment, and the operation coordination unit 22 adjusts the production plan according to the state of the equipment and sends the adjusted production plan to the execution module 5.

The order management module 3 sends the type, the quantity and the construction period of the required products to the production management module 2, so that the operation planning unit 21 can conveniently preliminarily make a production plan; the equipment management module 4 sends the type, the number, the daily production amount, and the fault maintenance record of the processing equipment to the production management module 2, so that the state analysis unit 23 can analyze the actual production amount of each machine, provide a reference for the operation coordination unit 22, and adjust and modify the production plan preliminarily formulated by the operation planning unit 21. The database unit 6 stores data in the operation process of the platform, and is convenient for managers to look up and look up in the later period.
