s101: and receiving a first identification code sent by the first user terminal.
In the step, the server receives a first identification code sent by a first user, wherein the first user can be an intelligent device with a code scanning function, such as a smart phone, a notebook, a tablet computer, and the like, the identification code can be a bar code, a two-dimensional code, and a screen code, and the sending of the first identification code to the server by the first user is realized by scanning the identification code on a product by the first user and then sending the identification code to the server, and at this time, the server can receive the identification code sent by the first user.
It should be noted that the body, the outer package and the accessory of the product all have identification codes, if the user wants to obtain the relevant description of the product to know the product, the intelligent device can be used to scan the identification codes on the product, after scanning, the intelligent device sends the scanned identification codes to the server, and at this time, the server receives the identification codes sent by the first user.
S102: a first product number of a first product is identified from the first identification code.
In this step, a first product number related to a first product is identified from the first identification code by receiving the first identification code, wherein the product number has uniqueness, each product corresponds to a unique number, and the product number is hidden in the corresponding identification code, so that the product number hidden in the identification code can be identified from the identification code after receiving the identification code.
S103: screening out first video information matched with the first product number from a video information base according to the first product number; the video information base stores a plurality of product numbers and video information corresponding to each product number.
In the step, after the first product number of the first product is identified, the first product number is subjected to character matching with a plurality of product numbers stored in a video information base, a product number consistent with the first product number is screened from the plurality of product numbers, and video information associated with the product number is determined as first video information corresponding to the first product.
The video information base stores product numbers of various products and video information related to each product number.

bar codes, two-dimensional codes and screen codes.
Further, the identification code can be a bar code, a one-dimensional code, a two-dimensional code, a screen code and the like which can store data.
Among them, screen coding is a new coding technology that can embed a large number of different characters or images while printing or printing characters or images on a medium using a printer, or the like. Compared with the two-dimensional code, the watermarking technology and the radio frequency identification technology which are commonly used for article identification at present, the screen coding has obvious advantages.
In one possible embodiment, the first video information includes at least one of the following information:
product production information, product installation information, product use information, and product after-sale service information.
Further, the video information includes production information such as raw materials, production and production places of the product in the production process, installation information such as process demonstration and notice in the installation of the product, use information such as functions, purposes, use demonstration, scene demonstration and feature demonstration of the product, and after-sale service information such as common problems, solutions, contact ways, purchase addresses, purchase prices and preference information of the product in the use process.
In one example, after a user acquires a certain product, the user cannot normally use the product when the product is used, the user can acquire video information of the product by scanning an identification code on a product body, and a solution to the problem can be acquired through the video information.
In a possible implementation, the obtaining method further includes the following steps:
step (1): and receiving second video information corresponding to a second product sent by a second user end.
