Based on the technical problem that the quality of the finished chicken floss products is affected due to the fact that the chicken material is poor in dehydration effect in the process of making the chicken floss in the prior art, the invention provides a dehydration device for processing the chicken floss by using a bamboo tube.
The invention provides a dehydration device for processing dried chicken floss by using a bamboo tube, which comprises a baking box, wherein a plurality of separating seats are fixed between the inner walls of the two sides of the baking box, a plurality of baking cavities are formed in the baking box through the separating seats, heating elements and steam guide pipes are fixed in the baking cavities, a placing seat is placed at the bottom of each baking cavity, chicken materials are paved at the top of the placing seat, the placing seat is provided with a plurality of bamboo tube plates with semicircular sections, a plurality of spacing strips with arc-shaped structures are arranged on the inner walls of the bamboo tube plates, the bamboo tube plates and the spacing strips are of an integrally formed structure, screen cloth is fixed between the inner walls of the two sides of the bamboo tube plates, the bottom of the screen cloth naturally falls to be attached to the inner walls of the bamboo tube plates, fixing plates which are horizontally arranged are fixed on the two sides of the tops of the bamboo tube plates, a plurality of air flow holes are formed in the middle positions of the inner walls of the bottoms of the bamboo tube plates, the heating elements are fixed at one end of the baking box and positioned below the bamboo tube plates, the steam guide pipe is arranged at the top of one side of the baking cavity, and one end of the baking cavity is fixed with a box door.
Preferably, the middle position of the separation seat is provided with a circulation groove, the bottom of the circulation groove is provided with a plurality of through holes, and the steam guide pipe is fixed on one side of the circulation groove.

the inner wall of the top of the air cavity 13 is set to be an upwards arched structure, and the inner wall of the bottom of the air cavity 13 is set to be a downwards arched structure, so that the heights of the two sides of the air cavity 13 are smaller than the height of the middle position of the air cavity, the air inlet entering from the air inlet 14 is convenient to move towards the two sides, the entering air flow is buffered by the aid of the arc inner walls of the top and the bottom of the air cavity 13, and the laying effect of the chicken material on the screen cloth 6 is prevented from being greatly influenced by the impact of the air flow;
the top of the separating seat 2 is fixed with a plurality of supporting pieces 16 with semicircular sections, the positions of the inner walls of two sides of the baking oven 1 corresponding to the supporting pieces 16 are fixed with limiting pieces 20, the heating pieces 8 are fixed between two adjacent supporting pieces 16, the top end of one side of each limiting piece 20, which is close to the bamboo tube plate 3, is provided with a clamping groove, the bamboo tube plate 3 with the bottom end in an arc structure is placed at the position between the two supporting pieces 16, the fixing plates 4 positioned at two sides are clamped in the clamping grooves at two sides, so that the placing seat formed by the bamboo tube plates 3 and the fixing plates 4 can be conveniently slid into the baking oven 1, and the stability of the placing seat in the baking operation process can be ensured;

Referring to fig. 1-4, a dehydrating device for processing dried chicken floss by using bamboo tubes, on the basis of embodiment 1, a bamboo tube plate 3 is set to be cooked by using a feed liquid, the bamboo tube plate 3 is placed in the feed liquid for cooking before the bamboo tube plate 3 is used, part of the feed liquid is dissolved by the bamboo tube plate 3 itself made of bamboo materials, and the dissolved feed liquid is evaporated and dispersed to each position of the bamboo tube plate 3 in the baking and dehydrating process, so that the taste and quality of actual dried chicken floss production are further enhanced.
