本发明属于空气净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种空气净化杀菌消毒机,包括壳体,壳体底面设有进风口,壳体顶部设有出风口,壳体内从下至上依次设有高效HEPA过滤组件、静电除尘组件、UV杀菌灯和风机,壳体上设有门板,高效HEPA过滤组件、静电除尘组件可拆卸设置在壳体内,可从门板处取出。本发明通过三重过滤,能有效过滤室内空气中的颗粒物高达99.99%、杀菌效果达到99.99%、杀毒效果达到99.99%。另外,负氧离子发生器,释放负氧离子进入室内,起到长久杀菌消毒效果。本发明可以为易感人群创造健康环境,充分满足家庭、银行、学校、酒店、幼儿园、医院等空间的杀菌消毒空气净化需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化杀菌消毒机,属于空气净化设备技术领域。
背景技术
根据国家正式颁布的GB 21551.3-2010家用和类似用途电器的抗菌、除菌、净化功能空气净化器提出的特殊要求。所谓抗菌消毒空气净化器是指采用某些技术或方法(如过滤、吸附、降解等)使通过容器空气中的颗粒物、气态污染物、微生物细菌病毒浓度明显降低的装置。GB 21551.3-2010中明确规定抗菌除菌率大于或等于50%。因此空气净化器对杀菌消毒效果要求十分严格。众多的企业和投资人进入到了对杀菌消毒空气净化器的开发生产中来,在短短的几年中,国内的杀菌消毒空气净化器制造厂家象雨后春笋般多了起来,市场上良莠不齐地充满了各种品牌的各类杀菌消毒空气净化器,但是大部分产品的杀菌消毒效果不理想,达不到国家标准要求,且过滤组件饱和后不便于维护清理更换。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术中的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种除尘杀菌消毒效果好,过滤组件饱和后便于维护清理更换的空气净化杀菌消毒机。
本发明所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,包括壳体,壳体底面设有进风口,壳体顶部设有出风口,壳体内从下至上依次设有高效HEPA过滤组件、静电除尘组件、UV杀菌灯和风机,壳体上设有门板,高效HEPA过滤组件、静电除尘组件可拆卸设置在壳体内,可从门板处取出。
高效HEPA过滤组件和壳体底面的进风口相连通,风机与壳体顶部的出风口相连通。空气净化杀菌消毒机将室内污染空气从机器下端进风口吸入,首先经过第一过滤组件——高效HEPA过滤组件,在高效HEPA过滤组件的作用下对大颗粒进行滤除,并起到过滤颗粒物以及气态污染物的作用,然后通过静电除尘组件再次去除空气中的颗粒物以及细菌病毒等,然后通过波长240-280nmUV杀菌灯进行杀菌消毒,杀死空气中的细菌和病毒,最后通过机器上端的出风口将新鲜的空气送入室内。
其中,高效HEPA过滤组件可以用H13级别材料制作的HEPA滤网,可以有效除去室内空气中的颗粒物。
静电除尘组件的通电板两端分别连接电源正极和负极,吸收空气中的颗粒物以及杀灭细菌病毒,起到进一步除去颗粒物以及细菌病毒的作用。
UV杀菌灯波长为240-280nm,两端分别连接电源正极和负极,再次有效的杀灭空气中的细菌和病毒。
过滤组件(高效HEPA过滤组件、静电除尘组件)饱和后,打开门板,将过滤组件取出,可以维护清理或者更换。
优选的,所述的静电除尘组件由支撑架支撑,滑动设置在壳体内,便于取放和固定。
优选的,所述的高效HEPA过滤组件由壳体底面支撑,滑动设置在壳体内,便于取放和固定。
优选的,所述的风机与出风口之间设有负氧离子发生器,释放负氧离子进入室内,增加氧含量。负氧离子由于其带负电荷在结构上与超氧化物自由基相似,其氧化还原作用强,能够破坏细菌病毒电荷的屏障及细菌细胞活性酶的活性;另外,负氧离子可以沉降空气中的悬浮颗粒物,起到长久杀菌消毒效果。
优选的,所述的壳体上设有手动电源开关。
优选的,所述的壳体底部设有万向轮,方便移动。
优选的,所述的壳体上设有门板磁吸。门板可以转动设置在壳体上,也可通过门板磁吸固定吸附,本发明优选后者。
优选的,所述的壳体顶面设有控制面板。
本发明与现有技术相比所具有的有益效果是:
本发明所述空气净化杀菌消毒机,结构简单,设计合理。室内污染空气首先通过第一过滤组件高效HEPA过滤组件,清除室内空气中的颗粒物,然后进入第二过滤组件静电除尘组件对气体进行进一步除尘杀菌消毒,最后通过波长在240-280nm光谱UV杀菌灯再次杀菌消毒净化室内的空气。UV灯紫外线波长在240-280nm范围内最具破坏细菌病毒中的DNA(脱氧核糖核酸)或RNA(核糖核酸)的分子结构,造成生长性细胞的死亡或再生性细胞死亡,达到杀菌消毒的效果。尤其在波长为253.7时紫外线杀菌消毒作用最强。通过三重过滤,能有效过滤室内空气中的颗粒物高达99.99%、杀菌效果达到99.99%、杀毒效果达到99.99%。另外,负氧离子发生器,释放负氧离子进入室内,起到长久杀菌消毒效果。
本发明可以为易感人群创造健康环境,充分满足家庭、银行、学校、酒店、幼儿园、医院等空间的杀菌消毒空气净化需求。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,包括壳体1,壳体1底面设有进风口,壳体1顶部设有出风口2,壳体1内从下至上依次设有高效HEPA过滤组件8、静电除尘组件7、UV杀菌灯6和风机,风机固定在壳体1内,壳体1上设有门板12,高效HEPA过滤组件8、静电除尘组件7可拆卸设置在壳体1内,可从门板12处取出。
其中,壳体1为方形,四个边棱为圆角。UV杀菌灯6设有若干条,间隔5~8cm并行排列。壳体1下部设有手动电源开关10,壳体1底部设有四支万向轮11,壳体1上设有门板磁吸4,用来吸附固定门板12,门板12上设有门把手13,壳体1顶面设有控制面板3。
其中,高效HEPA过滤组件8可以用H13级别材料制作的HEPA滤网,可以有效除去室内空气中的颗粒物。
静电除尘组件7的通电板两端分别连接电源正极和负极,吸收空气中的颗粒物以及杀灭细菌病毒,起到进一步除去颗粒物以及细菌病毒的作用。
UV杀菌灯6波长为240-280nm,两端分别连接电源正极和负极,再次有效的杀灭空气中的细菌和病毒。
本实施例的静电除尘组件7由支撑架9支撑,滑动设置在壳体1内。高效HEPA过滤组件8由壳体1底面支撑,滑动设置在壳体1内。
本实施例的风机与出风口2之间设有负氧离子发生器5。
高效HEPA过滤组件8和壳体1底面的进风口相连通,风机与壳体1顶部的出风口2相连通。空气净化杀菌消毒机将室内污染空气从机器下端进风口吸入,首先经过第一过滤组件——高效HEPA过滤组件8,在高效HEPA过滤组件8的作用下对大颗粒进行滤除,并起到过滤颗粒物以及气态污染物的作用,然后通过静电除尘组件7再次去除空气中的颗粒物以及细菌病毒等,然后通过波长240-280nmUV杀菌灯6进行杀菌消毒,杀死空气中的细菌和病毒,最后通过机器上端的出风口2将新鲜的空气送入室内。氧离子发生器,释放负氧离子进入室内,起到长久杀菌消毒效果。

1.一种空气净化杀菌消毒机,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),壳体(1)底面设有进风口,壳体(1)顶部设有出风口(2),壳体(1)内从下至上依次设有高效HEPA过滤组件(8)、静电除尘组件(7)、UV杀菌灯(6)和风机,壳体(1)上设有门板(12),高效HEPA过滤组件(8)、静电除尘组件(7)可拆卸设置在壳体(1)内,可从门板(12)处取出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,其特征在于:所述的静电除尘组件(7)由支撑架(9)支撑,滑动设置在壳体(1)内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,其特征在于:所述的高效HEPA过滤组件(8)由壳体(1)底面支撑,滑动设置在壳体(1)内。
4.根据权利要求所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,其特征在于:所述的风机与出风口(2)之间设有负氧离子发生器(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化杀菌消毒机,其特征在于:所述的壳体(1)上设有手动电源开关(10)。
