Abstract

An auxiliary tunnel structure of an up-and-down separation tunnel and a construction method thereof are provided, which can improve the utilization rate of a single auxiliary tunnel during operation and reduce the number of auxiliary tunnels of a rescue station section, thereby solving the problem of difficult site selection of the auxiliary tunnels in a complex and dangerous mountain area, reducing the engineering scale and lowering the engineering cost. The lining structure of the tunnel auxiliary gallery is composed of an arch wall primary supporting structure, an arch wall molded lining structure and a bottom plate structure, wherein a reinforced concrete partition plate for dividing the section of the tunnel auxiliary gallery into an upper part and a lower part into a personnel evacuation channel and a smoke exhaust channel is arranged in the tunnel auxiliary gallery; the middle-buried rubber waterstop is arranged at the annular construction joint of the arch part of the arch wall molded lining structure, and the upper part of the reinforced concrete partition plate is provided with a waterproof plate and cement mortar.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary tunnel construction of railway tunnels and highway tunnels, in particular to an auxiliary tunnel structure for disaster prevention and rescue during operation and a construction method thereof.
Background
Since twenty-first century, along with the high-speed development of railway construction in China, high-standard double-track railways with the speed of 200km per hour are increasingly constructed, particularly in mountainous areas in the middle and western regions, line extension is limited by various factors such as large curve radius, complex terrain and geological conditions and the like, the scale of the tunnel is rapidly increased, the number of long and large mountain tunnels is increased, and meanwhile, the requirements of the long tunnel on auxiliary tunnels are increased by considering factors such as construction period, operational maintenance, disaster prevention, evacuation and rescue and the like.
In a conventional disaster prevention evacuation rescue project, particularly a repair-combined emergency rescue station in a tunnel, the evacuation requirement of people after a train on fire stops is met, and an independent people evacuation channel and a smoke evacuation channel are required to be arranged according to the principle of separating people from smoke, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. The personnel evacuation channel is connected with the evacuation flat guide and used for evacuating personnel outside the tunnel, and the smoke exhaust channel is connected with the smoke exhaust channel and used for exhausting fire smoke generated by the fire train, namely at least two auxiliary tunnels connected outside the tunnel need to be arranged on the tunnel body rescue station section. Due to the restrictions of terrain and geological conditions and environmental protection, the selection conditions and difficulties of the auxiliary tunnel with proper length and good entrance conditions are difficult to find on the key lines affecting the construction period of a newly built project, especially in the complicated and hard mountainous areas, so that the arrangement of the auxiliary tunnel at the rescue station is very necessary to be simplified.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an auxiliary tunnel structure of an up-and-down separated tunnel, so that the utilization rate of a single auxiliary tunnel in the operation period is improved, and the number of auxiliary tunnels of a rescue station section is reduced, thereby solving the problem of difficult site selection of the auxiliary tunnels in a complex and dangerous mountain area, reducing the engineering scale and reducing the engineering cost.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:
the invention relates to an up-down separation tunnel auxiliary tunnel structure, wherein a lining structure of the tunnel auxiliary tunnel is composed of an arch wall primary supporting structure, an arch wall molded lining structure and a bottom plate structure, and is characterized in that: a reinforced concrete partition board is arranged in the tunnel auxiliary gallery and divides the section of the tunnel auxiliary gallery into a personnel evacuation channel and a smoke exhaust channel from top to bottom, a reinforced concrete beam is fixedly connected with the reinforced concrete partition board along the longitudinal direction of the lower surface of the reinforced concrete partition board, and the transverse ends of the reinforced concrete partition board and the reinforced concrete beam are fixedly connected with the arch wall molded lining structure; the middle-buried rubber waterstop is arranged at the annular construction joint of the arch part of the arch wall molded lining structure, and the upper part of the reinforced concrete partition plate is provided with a waterproof plate and cement mortar.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for constructing the above-mentioned auxiliary tunnel structure for an up-and-down divided tunnel, which includes the steps of:
①, according to the normal process, completing tunnel auxiliary gallery excavation and constructing an arch wall primary supporting structure;
② constructing a bottom plate structure;
③ constructing side wall parts of arch wall mould lining structure, binding reinforced concrete beam reinforcing steel bars, and casting reinforced concrete beam concrete;
④ constructing a reinforced concrete partition board, and arranging a waterproof board and cement mortar on the upper part of the reinforced concrete partition board;
⑤ constructing arch wall to form lining arch, arranging middle-buried rubber water stop belt around the arch to the construction joint;
⑥ constructing drainage cover plate ditches in the people evacuation channel.
The invention has the advantages that the upper and lower partition tunnel auxiliary tunnel structure is provided to replace the traditional auxiliary tunnel structure, on one hand, the principle of separating human and smoke in disaster prevention evacuation rescue is satisfied, so that the human evacuation and the smoke pumping are both in independent space, and the utilization rate of a single auxiliary tunnel during operation is improved; on the other hand, additional auxiliary tunnels are avoided, and the problem that the auxiliary tunnels are difficult to select addresses is effectively solved. Meanwhile, the scale of the auxiliary tunnel project is reduced, and the construction cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 3 and 5, in the auxiliary tunnel structure for a vertically divided tunnel according to the present invention, a lining structure of the auxiliary tunnel 3 for a tunnel is composed of an arch wall preliminary bracing structure 4, an arch wall molding lining structure 5, and a floor structure 8. A reinforced concrete partition board 7 for dividing the section of the tunnel auxiliary gallery 3 into an evacuation passage 1 and a smoke exhaust passage 2 is arranged in the tunnel auxiliary gallery, a reinforced concrete beam 6 fixedly connected with the reinforced concrete partition board 7 is arranged under the surface of the reinforced concrete partition board 7 along the longitudinal direction, and the transverse ends of the reinforced concrete partition board 7 and the reinforced concrete beam 6 are fixedly connected with the arch wall molded lining structure 5; the middle-buried rubber waterstop 5b is arranged at the annular construction joint of the arch part of the arch wall molding lining structure 5, and the upper part of the reinforced concrete partition plate 7 is provided with a waterproof plate and cement mortar 7 a.
According to the invention, through reasonably optimizing the structure of the tunnel auxiliary gallery, the separation of people and smoke is realized by using one auxiliary gallery, and the upper side and the lower side of the auxiliary gallery are divided into a personnel evacuation channel and a smoke exhaust channel through the vertical partition wall. The utilization rate of a single auxiliary tunnel in the operation period is improved, the number of auxiliary tunnels of a rescue station section is reduced, the problem of difficulty in site selection of the auxiliary tunnels is effectively solved, the project scale is reduced, and the project cost is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, the reinforced concrete partition plate 7 is arranged at a height of not less than 2.2 meters above the bottom plate structure 13, the area of the smoke evacuation channel 2 should meet the size requirement of the disaster prevention ventilation section, and the width and height of the personnel evacuation channel 2 meet the minimum size requirement of the personnel evacuation channel. In the people evacuation channel 1, a drainage cover plate ditch 9 is arranged on one side of the bottom plate structure 8 in the transverse direction.

⑥ A drain cover ditch 9 is constructed in the people evacuation passageway 1.
