Claims (10)

1. Protection island head frame, its characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
the outer cover plate is of a cambered surface structure and is used for being connected with one end part of the first energy absorbing element; and
the inner cover plate is arranged on the inner side of the outer cover plate at intervals, the distance between the inner cover plate and the outer cover plate is equal to the integral multiple of the width of the first energy absorbing element, the inner cover plate is used for being connected to the other end of the first energy absorbing element and connected with the island head foundation, a plurality of through holes are formed in the inner cover plate and are distributed along the length direction of the inner cover plate at intervals.

and the connecting cable is connected to the end part of the outer cover plate and the end part of the inner cover plate corresponding to the end part of the outer cover plate.
3. The protected island head frame of claim 1 or 2, wherein: further comprising:
and the left end and the right end of the mounting seat are respectively connected with the two opposite end parts of the inner cover plate and are used for connecting the island head foundation.

the fixing plate is used for being connected with the inner cover plate and the island head foundation; and
and the supporting plate is fixed on the inner surface, close to the inner cover plate, of the fixing plate and is used for being abutted against the second energy absorbing element.
5. The protected island head frame of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the end part of the inner cover plate is provided with an installation groove.

The protected island head frame of claim 1 or 2, wherein: the energy absorption device also comprises a connecting pin and a first connecting piece, wherein the first connecting piece is used for being connected to the left side and the right side of the end part of the first energy absorption element, and a pin lug for the connecting pin to penetrate through is arranged on the first connecting piece; and the edges of the upper side and the lower side of the outer cover plate are respectively provided with a first mounting flange extending towards the inner cover plate, and the first mounting flange is provided with a plurality of pairs of first mounting holes for the connection pins to penetrate through.

The shielded island head frame of claim 6, wherein: and second mounting flanges extending towards the outer cover plate are respectively formed on the edges of the upper side and the lower side of the inner cover plate, and a plurality of pairs of second mounting holes for the connection pins to penetrate are formed in the second mounting flanges.
8. The shielded island head frame of claim 7 wherein: a plurality of openings are formed in the second mounting flange, and the openings are distributed between the pair of second mounting holes.
9. The shielded island head frame of claim 6, wherein: further comprising:
and the second connecting piece is used for connecting the two first energy absorbing elements.

Protection island head, its characterized in that: the protective island head frame of any one of claims 1 to 9 comprising a plurality of first energy absorbing members and a plurality of said first energy absorbing members are respectively connected between said outer cover plate and said inner cover plate.
