本发明涉及文化产品印刷新材料及其制备技术领域,特别涉及一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸。
背景技术
离型纸是一种防止预浸料粘连,又可以保护预浸料不受污染的防粘纸。离型纸由涂有防粘物质的纸制成,其型号要根据材质、厚薄、伸长率、单双面的差别而区分。防粘纸,也被称为硅油纸。由三层结构组成,第一层:底纸;第二层:淋膜: 第三层:硅油。可以用在电子产品,汽车泡沫,印刷、食品、医用等等。在大多数情况下,它是与黏性物料一起使用,特别是胶粘带。
湿法生产预浸料时,在预浸料的上下均放置离型纸,其中下离型纸随着预浸料的收卷存附其中,所以预浸料表面通常有一层离型纸保护。离型纸的作用是防止预浸料被污染,又可为在其表面划线提供方便。离型纸的另一个作用是防止单向预浸料的横向开裂。
离型纸应满足:能粘住预浸料,但又易于使两者分离;不与树脂体系发生化学反应或污染树脂体系;在环境温湿度发生变化时,离型纸的长度、宽度都应保持不变,以免引起离型纸起皱而使预浸料皱折;应具有足够的致密性,能防止水分通过它进入预浸料中;离型纸受牵引后其伸长率应与纤维保持一致,以防止预浸料在制备过程中由于牵伸不同步而引起变形或扭曲;它的厚度、单位面积质量不易精确控制。
但现有的离型纸多由三层结构组成,第一层:底纸;第二层:淋膜:第三层:硅油,功能较为单一;此外,一般离型涂层表面阻抗一般大于 10 14 Ω/sq,容易产生静电,易吸附杂质,危害比较大,因为静电,电子类产品在生产、运输等过程中可能电荷积聚过大,严重的容易引起***或者着火,轻的容易造成人的触电等,给工业建设带来了很大的危害,而且防水效果不是太理想,容易发生浸湿漏电的现象,因此,电子行业所用的离型纸,需要解决抗静电问题。

发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸。
技术方案:为了实现以上目的,本发明公开了一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,包括正面抗静电离型层、离型纸基层、淋膜层、胶黏剂层、反面抗静电离型层,其特征在于:所述离型纸基层的上表面依次设有上淋膜层、第一胶粘剂层、正面抗静电离型层,所述离型纸基层的下表面依次设有下淋膜层、第二胶粘剂层、反面抗静电离型层;所述上淋膜层的表面涂覆第一胶粘剂层,所述第一胶粘剂层的表面涂覆有正面抗静电离型层,所述下淋膜层的表面涂覆有第二胶粘剂层,所述第二胶黏剂层的表面涂覆有反面抗静电离型层。
进一步地,所述正面抗静电离型层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12~15份、聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡2~4份、二甲基硅油10~15份、丙烯酸环氧树脂10~14份、氧化锡5~10份、石墨烯5~10份、硬脂酸盐离型剂6~10份、有机硅消泡剂1~4份、有机溶剂9~12份。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯的混合物。
进一步地,所述上淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:PE和PET树脂35~50份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份。

进一步地,所述正面抗静电离型层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯13份、聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡2份、二甲基硅油15份、丙烯酸环氧树脂14份、氧化锡5份、石墨烯10份、硬脂酸盐离型剂6份、有机硅消泡剂4份、有机溶剂12份。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯的混合物。
进一步地,所述上淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:PE和PET树脂50份、抗氧剂0.8份。
进一步地,所述下淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:PI和PET树脂50份、抗氧剂0.8份。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为1010。
进一步地,所述第一胶粘剂层和第二胶粘剂层的胶粘剂包括以下重量份数的原料:交联型聚丙烯酸树脂30份、聚酰亚胺树脂30份、丙烯酸环氧树脂10份、有机硅消泡剂1份。
进一步地,所述反面抗静电离型层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯13份、聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡2份、二甲基硅油15份、丙烯酸环氧树脂5份、超细金属粉末7份、聚噻吩10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份、异丙醇20份、分散剂0.5份、有机硅消泡剂0.5份。
进一步地,所述超细金属粉末的粒径范围为80nm~200nm;所述超细金属粉末为金属铝;所述分散剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠;所述有机硅消泡剂为聚醚-硅氧烷共聚物。

Claims (10)
1.一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,包括正面抗静电离型层、离型纸基层、淋膜层、胶黏剂层、反面抗静电离型层,其特征在于:所述离型纸基层的上表面依次设有上淋膜层、第一胶粘剂层、正面抗静电离型层,所述离型纸基层的下表面依次设有下淋膜层、第二胶粘剂层、反面抗静电离型层;所述上淋膜层的表面涂覆第一胶粘剂层,所述第一胶粘剂层的表面涂覆有正面抗静电离型层,所述下淋膜层的表面涂覆有第二胶粘剂层,所述第二胶黏剂层的表面涂覆有反面抗静电离型层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述正面抗静电离型层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12~15份、聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡2~4份、二甲基硅油10~15份、丙烯酸环氧树脂10~14份、氧化锡5~10份、石墨烯5~10份、硬脂酸盐离型剂6~10份、有机硅消泡剂1~4份、有机溶剂9~12份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述上淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:PE和PET树脂35~50份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述下淋膜层包括以下重量份数的原料:PI和PET树脂35~50份、抗氧剂0.5~0.8份。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为1010。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘剂层和第二胶粘剂层的胶粘剂包括以下重量份数的原料:交联型聚丙烯酸树脂25~40份、聚酰亚胺树脂25~40份、丙烯酸环氧树脂5~10份、有机硅消泡剂0.5~1份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述反面抗静电离型层包括以下重量份数的原料:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯12~15份、聚四氟乙烯微粉蜡2~4份、二甲基硅油10~15份、丙烯酸环氧树脂5~10份、超细金属粉末5~8份、聚噻吩5~10份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5~8份、异丙醇10~20份、分散剂0.1~0.5份、有机硅消泡剂0.1~0.5份。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述超细金属粉末的粒径范围为80nm~200nm;所述超细金属粉末为金属铝、银中的一种或两种;所述分散剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
10.根据权利要求2、7、8中任意一项所述的一种双面抗静电复合型离型纸,其特征在于:所述有机硅消泡剂为聚醚-硅氧烷共聚物。
