然而现有的洗衣片生产工艺在生产洗衣片时,在洗衣片经油加热烘干筒烘干后需要对洗衣片进行成膜处理-裁剪-冲压三个工艺才能使其成型,工艺繁琐,成本好,且制备得到的洗衣片只能简单地起到洗衣作用。

将成型模具连同原料混合体经油加热烘干筒进行烘干;
将烘干后的原料由成型模具内取出,形成片状的洗衣片。
优选的,所述步骤S1中二次混合通过搅拌机进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的搅拌速度为60-90r/min,搅拌混合时间为5-10min。

本发明通过在洗衣片的原料中添加辛酰羟肟酸,而辛酰羟肟酸本身具备优异的抗菌、抑菌性能,从而使得通过本发明工艺制备得到的洗衣片在进行洗衣时,洗衣片中的辛酰羟肟酸可以渗入衣物中,使衣物具备抗菌、抑菌的效果,同时通过在洗衣片的原料中加入中药粉,中药粉可以在洗衣时吸附在衣物表面,对人体皮肤起到了一定的滋养效果;
通过本发明工艺生产洗衣片时,针对洗衣片制备成型部分,只需要将原料摊铺在成型模具中,再经油加热烘干筒烘干后取出即可成型,这样的工艺方法使得洗衣片制备成型方便,不需要经过裁剪和冲压工序,减少了洗衣片的制备流程,降低了生产成本,且这样可以的生产工艺流程可以通过改变成型模具的形状大小实现改变洗衣片的形状和大小,方便快捷。

结合实施例1-实施例2可知:本发明通过在洗衣片的原料中添加辛酰羟肟酸,而辛酰羟肟酸本身具备优异的抗菌、抑菌性能,从而使得通过本发明工艺制备得到的洗衣片在进行洗衣时,洗衣片中的辛酰羟肟酸可以渗入衣物中,使衣物具备抗菌、抑菌的效果,同时通过在洗衣片的原料中加入中药粉,中药粉可以在洗衣时吸附在衣物表面,对人体皮肤起到了一定的滋养效果;
通过本发明工艺生产洗衣片时,针对洗衣片制备成型部分,只需要将原料摊铺在成型模具中,再经油加热烘干筒烘干后取出即可成型,这样的工艺方法使得洗衣片制备成型方便,不需要经过裁剪和冲压工序,减少了洗衣片的制备流程,降低了生产成本,且这样可以的生产工艺流程可以通过改变成型模具的形状大小实现改变洗衣片的形状和大小,方便快捷。

1.一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片,其特征在于,按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇5-8份、烯烃磺酸钠7-12份、丙二醇5-8份、辛酰羟肟酸3-6份、对羟基苯乙酮2-5份、椰油基甲乙醇酰胺1-1.5份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.2-1.8份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐3-5份、异噻唑啉酮0.1-0.2份、白油0.2-0.8份、甘油0.2-0.3份、香料0.15-0.3份、色素0.1-0.2份、去离子水50-70份、中药粉0.1-0.15份、大豆发酵物0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片,其特征在于:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇6-7份、烯烃磺酸钠8-10份、丙二醇4-7份、辛酰羟肟酸4-5份、对羟基苯乙酮3-4份、椰油基甲乙醇酰胺1.1-1.4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.3-1.7份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐2-4份、异噻唑啉酮0.12-0.18份、白油0.3-0.7份、甘油0.15-0.2份、香料0.17-0.25份、色素0.11-0.18份、去离子水52-65份、中药粉0.12-0.14份、大豆发酵物0.3-0.4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片,其特征在于:按照重量份数,由以下原料制备而成:聚乙烯醇6.5份、烯烃磺酸钠9.5份、丙二醇6.5份、辛酰羟肟酸4.5份、对羟基苯乙酮3.5份、椰油基甲乙醇酰胺1.25份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1.5份、乙二胺四乙酸四钠盐4份、异噻唑啉酮0.15份、白油0.5份、甘油0.25份、香料0.25份、色素0.15份、去离子水60份、中药粉0.12份、大豆发酵物0.35份。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片,其特征在于:所述中药粉采用以下材料混合制备而成:丹参粉末、赤芍粉末、白芍粉末、柴胡粉末、当归粉末、川芎粉末、桃仁粉末,所述大豆发酵物为豆乳。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片制备技术工艺,其特征在于:具体流程如下:
S1、原料处理
过筛初混合:根据原料配比将原料中固体原料进行过筛处理,其中,过筛的筛体为500-800目筛,得到固体粉末原料,并将过筛后的固体粉末进行混合搅拌;
二次混合:将原料中液体原料与混合后的固体粉末原料进行二次混合,形成粘稠的原料混合体;
S2、烘干成型处理
将混合后的原料混合体倒入预先准备的成型模具中;
对成型模具进行震荡,使原料混合体在成型模具内均匀平铺;
将成型模具连同原料混合体经油加热烘干筒进行烘干;
将烘干后的原料由成型模具内取出,形成片状的洗衣片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片制备技术工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中二次混合通过搅拌机进行搅拌混合,搅拌机的搅拌速度为60-90r/min,搅拌混合时间为5-10min。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种大豆发酵技术的洗衣片制备技术工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中油加热烘干筒温度为80-100℃,烘干时间为5-10min。
