Abstract
本发明公开了高强度防静电架空瓷砖,它由以下重量份的原料配方制成:钠石粉1500克、原矿泥1500克、砂膏500克、混合泥2500克、白泥500克、水洗泥500克、钾钠石粉2500克、混合料1500克、钾纳砂1500克、3号砂500克、高强砂1000克、滑石1500克、膨润土500克、坭屎500克。它的制备流程为:原料放浆除铁→浆料陈腐→过筛除铁→喷雾干燥→料仓陈腐→压制成型→干燥→表面清理→导电面釉→喷墨印花→烧成→抛光→选级→包装→入库。本发明节约了材料,又满足了工程的需要,还达到了环保要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防静电材料技术领域,尤其是一种防静电瓷砖,具体涉及一种高强度防静电架空瓷砖。
背景技术
静电现象在电子信息产业、纺织产业、航天航空、国防军事、石油化工、精密仪器制造等行业的生产加工和使用过程中,是非常普遍的。静电电荷的积累与产生,不但给人类平安健康造成巨大的危害,而且给国家财产带来重大经济损失。
在防静电材料中,目前最多的是:高分子聚合物中添加金属和炭黑等导电物质组成的产品,如环氧树脂、三聚氰胺、PVC防静电地板等,这类防静电材料普遍存在易老化、不耐磨、易污染、耐火性和防火性欠佳的缺点。高强度防静电架空瓷砖不但克服了以上防静电材料的缺点,而且兼容了陶瓷地砖的优点,具有美观耐用、防火、防滑、防水、防污染、抗压、耐磨、耐腐蚀、防渗透、绿色环保卫生,是防静电PVC、水磨石、花岗岩等材料的优良替代品。
目前市面上的地板是瓷砖和钢板、复合板和板基之类的产品二次加工,加工过程中有费水处理以水泥和胶作为主要的复材料,存在生产过程中既不环保又对人体造成了伤害,加工时间久运输不方便等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节约了材料,又满足了工程的需要,还达到了环保要求的高强度防静电架空瓷砖。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:高强度防静电架空瓷砖,它由以下重量份的原料配方制成:钠石粉1000-2000克、原矿泥1000-2000克、砂膏200-800克、混合泥2000-3000克、白泥200-800克、水洗泥200-800克、钾钠石粉2000-3000克、混合料1000-2000克、钾纳砂1000-2000克、3号砂200-800克、高强砂500-1500克、滑石1000-2000克、膨润土200-800克和坭屎200-800克。
本发明的制备流程为:原料放浆除铁→浆料陈腐→过筛除铁→喷雾干燥→料仓陈腐→压制成型→干燥→表面清理→导电面釉→喷墨印花→烧成→抛光→选级→包装→入库。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明不用胶和水泥,既节约了材料,又满足了工程的需要,还达到了环保的要求。普通瓷砖的抗折强度在1800par,而本发明的高强瓷砖可以达到5000parpar以上。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:高强度防静电架空瓷砖,它由以下重量份的原料配方制成:钠石粉1500克、原矿泥1500克、砂膏500克、混合泥2500克、白泥500克、水洗泥500克、钾钠石粉2500克、混合料1500克、钾纳砂1500克、3号砂500克、高强砂1000克、滑石1500克、膨润土500克、坭屎500克。
本具体实施方式的制备流程为:
1、将各配料入磨研磨制成泥浆,然后烘干制成粉状颗粒;
2、将粉状颗粒的进行原料依次进行放浆除铁→浆料陈腐→过筛除铁→喷雾干燥→料仓陈腐处理;
3、处理后的原料经压力机压制成型,烘干后得坯体半成品;
4、将坯体半成品的表面清理干净;
5、将各配料入磨研磨制成釉浆,在坯体上施釉后烘干;
6、需要施加印花釉时,同釉料制备一样制备印花釉,施加印花釉;
7、将施加印花釉之后的坯体一次性高温烧成,烧成周期90~120分钟,烧成温度1050~1260℃,烧成后得产品;
8、烧成后的产品抛光、选级、包装、入库即可。
本发明具有以下特征:
1、耐热性能优良,耐高温达1200℃导电性不变;
2、重量比现有的防静电地板轻,解决了老建筑的承重问题;
3、高强度防静电架空瓷砖自身轻,作为架空瓷砖它的自身抗压力极强,超越了现有防静电地板的抗压力。架空后可以在瓷砖上开小汽车;
4、高强度防静电架空瓷砖不怕水,可以做花池喷泉的面层使用,取代了大理石;
5、可以当做外挂墙强用,弥补了大理石颜色不够丰富的问题;
6、直接作为防静电架空地板使用;不用再做任何加工,价格低美观与建筑同寿命;
7、高耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱、耐油污、阻燃性、防渗透是其它材料无法比拟的;
8、陶瓷质地,不易老化;
9、无毒、无味、无辐射、是绿环保产品;
10、花品种可以任意选择;
11、发尘量极小,与嵌缝剂配合使用可满足较高级别的洁静环境要求;
12、施工方便,适合在各种新老建筑物中采用。

Claims (3)
1.高强度防静电架空瓷砖,其特征在于,它由以下重量份的原料配方制成:钠石粉1000-2000克、原矿泥1000-2000克、砂膏200-800克、混合泥2000-3000克、白泥200-800克、水洗泥200-800克、钾钠石粉2000-3000克、混合料1000-2000克、钾纳砂1000-2000克、3号砂200-800克、高强砂500-1500克、滑石1000-2000克、膨润土200-800克和坭屎200-800克。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度防静电架空瓷砖,其特征在于,它的制备流程为:原料放浆除铁→浆料陈腐→过筛除铁→喷雾干燥→料仓陈腐→压制成型→干燥→表面清理→导电面釉→喷墨印花→烧成→抛光→选级→包装→入库。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度防静电架空瓷砖,其特征在于,它由以下重量份的原料配方制成:钠石粉1500克、原矿泥1500克、砂膏500克、混合泥2500克、白泥500克、水洗泥500克、钾钠石粉2500克、混合料1500克、钾纳砂1500克、3号砂500克、高强砂1000克、滑石1500克、膨润土500克,以及坭屎500克。
