The invention clarifies sewage by utilizing a mechanical structure through diversion, overflow, filtration and adsorption, does not need expensive equipment, consumes part of active carbon, does not have expensive materials, has low operation cost and particularly avoids high energy consumption. The invention has convenient use, can be used immediately after being opened, does not relate to biological reaction, has no influence on the treatment process by hydraulic load, and even has no influence on the treatment effect after being stopped for a long time. The invention has reliable operation, and compared with the biomembrane method, the operation and the treatment effect of the sewage treatment device can not be influenced because corrosive chemical substances in the sewage kill and kill reactive strains.
