2. the wind energy generated by the advancing transport vehicle is utilized to drive the first fan blade to rotate through the arranged first fan blade, the vertical shaft and the gear, so that the gear is driven to rotate, the fluted disc water tank is driven to rotate under the meshing action of the gear and the fluted disc water tank, the sprinkler head rotates when the seafood is sprinkled, the energy is saved, the emission is reduced, and the stored seafood is evenly sprinkled;

In the invention, the water spraying mechanism comprises a fluted disc water tank 9, the outer wall of the top of the fluted disc water tank 9 is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the sliding rod 18 through a bolt, and uniformly distributed spraying heads 22 are fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the top of the fluted disc water tank 9.

The working principle is as follows: the caliber flow rate of the water delivery pipe 3 of the device is less than the flow rate obtained by adding two U-shaped pipes 17, when in use, the outer shell 6 and the whole device are installed on a transport vehicle, the first fan blade 16 and the second fan blade 19 are kept exposed, seawater refrigerated at low temperature in advance is injected into the water storage tank 1 for storage, so that the water level of the water storage tank 1 is increased to the height which is not contacted with the air delivery pipe 23, seafood to be transported is placed at the top of the crushed ice 5, the vehicle drives the seafood to be transported, the circulating air drives the first fan blade 16 and the second fan blade 19 to rotate, the second fan blade 19 rotates to drive the fixed shaft 24 to rotate, so as to drive the third fan blade 20 to rotate, the air with relatively constant temperature in the outer shell 6 enters the air inlet box 10 through the air inlet pipe 11, the second one-way valve 13 avoids air overflow, the air downwards pushes the air through the third one-way valve 21 and enters the water storage tank 1 through the air delivery pipe 23, the air pipes 23 symmetrically arranged on two sides act together, so that seawater in the water storage tank 1 is extruded to flow upwards through the water pipe 3 to the top water tank 14 for storage, the water level in the top water tank 14 slowly rises to drive the liquid level in the U-shaped pipe 17 to rise, the seawater in the top water tank 14 is pumped out by using a siphon principle after the liquid level of the U-shaped pipe exceeds the position of the elbow, the seawater flows into the fluted disc water tank 9 from one end of the U-shaped pipe 17 and is finally sprayed out through the spraying head 22, the seafood placed at the top of the crushed ice 5 is sprayed, and when the liquid level of the seawater in the top water tank 14 is lower than one end of the U-shaped pipe 17, the siphon phenomenon disappears, and the water spraying is stopped. Similarly, the traveling outer shell 6 drives the first fan blade 16 to rotate under the condition of air convection, the first fan blade 16 drives the vertical shaft 15 to rotate, so as to drive the gear 26 to rotate, and under the meshing action of the gear 26 and the fluted disc water tank 9, the fluted disc water tank 9 rotates together with the sprinkler head 22, so that the seafood placed on the top of the crushed ice 5 is uniformly sprinkled with water.
