The invention has the advantages that: the invention combines the characteristics of the drum of the sedimentation centrifuge and the drum of the filtering centrifuge together, so that the solid-liquid mixed liquid to be separated is concentrated and thickened in a sedimentation region and dewatered and dried in a filtering region in the separation process, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the water content of solid materials.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the characteristics of the drum of the sedimentation centrifuge and the characteristics of the drum of the filtering centrifuge are combined together, so that the solid-liquid mixed solution to be separated firstly passes through a sedimentation region for concentration and thickening and then passes through a filtering region for dehydration and spin-drying in the separation process, and the purpose of reducing the water content of the solid material is achieved; meanwhile, for some materials with low solid content and more fine particles, the fine particles after preconcentration flow back to mother liquor through overflow liquid, so that the purposes of thickening and removing the fine particles are achieved, and the materials reaching the filtering part are easier to dewater and spin-dry. The device has the advantages of large treatment capacity, low energy consumption, stable performance and good separation effect, can continuously feed, concentrate, wash, dewater and unload suspension liquid when running at full speed, and is widely applied to the industries of chemical industry, food, salt, mining, pharmacy and the like.
The invention directly fixes the supporting seat on the casing and adopts the hydraulic differential to drive the concentrating drum and the filtering drum, thereby not only saving materials, but also ensuring that the whole centrifuge has very simple structure and very convenient installation and control, and also greatly facilitating the maintenance in the future.

The support base 2 and the machine shell 5 are installed on the machine base 1, the shaft sleeve 3 is movably connected in the support base 2, the main shaft 4 is movably connected in the shaft sleeve 3, the outer rotating drum 6 is arranged in the machine shell 5, the outer rotating drum 6 is of a cylinder structure with openings at two sides, the diameter of the opening at one side of the outer rotating drum 6 is larger than that of the opening at the other side, and the outer rotating drum 6 is of a cone structure arranged from the middle to two sides.
The outer rotating drum 6 is one of key parts of the centrifuge, one end of the outer rotating drum 6 is connected with the supporting seat 2 through a fixing plate, 6 evenly distributed overflow ports are arranged on the fixing plate, and the fixing plate is connected with the shaft sleeve 3. The outer rotating drum 6 has a high linear velocity, so the drum body of the outer rotating drum 6 adopts a steel plate structure. The middle to the big end of the outer rotating drum 6 is a sedimentation concentration area 6.1, the other side is a filtering area 6.2, liquid discharge ports 6.3 are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the barrel body of the filtering area 6.2, and the liquid discharge ports 6.3 are elliptical holes so as to ensure the filtering area of the centrifugal machine and discharge liquid phase in a short time. An overflow drain pipe 5.1 is arranged on the machine shell 5 below the sedimentation concentration zone 6.1, a filtration drain pipe 5.2 is arranged on the machine shell 5 below the filtration zone 6.2, and a solid outlet 5.3 is also arranged on the outer rotary drum 6. The first helical blade 11 is placed in the sedimentation concentration zone 6.1 and its main function is the feed distribution and the acceleration of the suspension. The spiral function is mainly to push the sediment in the sedimentation concentration area 6.1 to the filtering area 6.2 for filtering.
A concentrating rotary drum 7 and a filtering rotary drum 8 which are connected with each other are arranged in the outer rotary drum 6, the concentrating rotary drum 7 and the filtering rotary drum 8 are both conical, and the bottom of the concentrating rotary drum 7 is connected with the bottom of the filtering rotary drum 8. A group of material blocking rings 20 and a group of liquid blocking rings 21 are arranged in the filter rotary drum 8. One end of the shaft sleeve 3 is connected with the concentrating rotary drum 7, the other end of the shaft sleeve 3 is connected with a driving wheel 9, the driving wheel 9 is a belt pulley, the driving wheel 9 is connected with a hydraulic differential mechanism 10, the hydraulic differential mechanism 10 is in the prior art, the hydraulic differential mechanism 10 is connected with the main shaft 4, the servo motor 22 is connected with the driving wheel 9 through a transmission device in a driving mode, and the transmission device adopts a belt and a belt pulley which are matched with each other. The concentrating drum 7 is provided with a first helical blade 11 and a liquid outlet 7.1, the filtering drum 8 is provided with a second helical blade 12, the filtering drum 8 is arranged at the inner side of the liquid outlet 6.3, and the inner wall of the external rotating drum 6 at the inner side of the liquid outlet 6.3 is provided with a filter screen 13. The liquid outlet 7.1 is communicated with the overflow liquid discharge pipe 5.1, the liquid discharge port 6.3 is communicated with the filtration liquid discharge pipe 5.2, the end part of the filtration rotary drum 8 is provided with a discharge port 8.1, and the discharge port 8.1 is communicated with the solid outlet 5.3.
A feeding pipe 14 is connected in the machine shell 5, a discharge hole of the feeding pipe 14 is arranged in the concentrating drum 7, and the discharge hole of the feeding pipe 14 is matched and connected with a feeding horn 19. A flushing pipe 17 and a washing pipe 18 are respectively arranged on the machine shell 5, the water outlet of the flushing pipe 17 is arranged on the outer side of the liquid outlet 7.2, and the water outlet of the washing pipe 18 is arranged in the filter drum 8.
When the device works, the solid-liquid mixed liquid flows into the concentration rotary drum 7 rotating at a high speed through the feeding pipe 14, is distributed to the inner wall of the sedimentation concentration area 6.1 of the outer rotary drum 6 through the liquid outlet 7.1 of the concentration rotary drum 7, and most of water is discharged through the overflow discharge pipe 5.1 after sedimentation. The solid-liquid mixture which is driven into a fluid state by the concentrator drum 7 is transmitted to the filter drum 8, the water is separated by the centrifugal action of the filter drum 8 and is discharged through the filter liquid discharge pipe 5.2, and the solid is discharged through the solid outlet 5.3 after passing through the discharge hole 8.1, thereby playing a role of separation.
