In some embodiments, a protective net 41 is covered outside the infrared light source 40 to prevent the medical device from touching and falling down to damage the infrared light source 40. In addition, in order to make the temperature of the drying chamber more uniform, the side wall of the drying chamber is also provided with an infrared light source 40. In some embodiments, the side wall and the bottom of the drying chamber are uniformly distributed with a plurality of infrared light sources 40, and in this embodiment, the side wall and the bottom of the drying chamber are uniformly distributed with 3 infrared light sources 40. In order to maintain the temperature uniformly within a certain range, the infrared light source 40 at a specific position may be turned on or off according to the real-time temperature and the temperature field.
The driving circuit module is arranged in the cabinet body 10 and is connected with the ultraviolet disinfection light source 30 and the infrared light source 40; the control panel is arranged outside the cabinet body 10, for example, at a place which is easy to contact with people, such as the outer side surface or the top of the cabinet body 10, and the control panel is connected with the driving circuit module; the power supply is electrically connected with the driving circuit module and the control panel.
In addition, in some embodiments, the inner walls of the sterilizing compartment 11 and the drying compartment 12 are provided with a reflective layer. The reflection stratum can improve ultraviolet ray radiation flux, avoids shining the dead angle, and of course, cabinet door 20 also can set up the reflection stratum towards the one side in disinfection storehouse 11 and stoving storehouse 12. When the movable door 13 is provided, the side of the movable door 13 facing the sterilizing chamber 11 and the drying chamber 12 can also be provided with a reflecting layer. Preferably, the reflective layer is an aluminum film, but of course, a suitable reflective layer can be selected according to the actually used disinfection light source, which can further improve the radiation flux of ultraviolet rays and infrared rays.
In addition, in some embodiments, a hanging rod 60 is disposed on the top of the sterilizing chamber 11, and the hanging rod 60 is disposed horizontally. When the lifting device is arranged, in order to ensure that the clothes on the clothes hanging rod 60 can be automatically transferred to the drying bin 12, the clothes hanging rod 60 can be arranged to be a downward rotating clothes hanging rod 60, after the ultraviolet irradiation disinfection is completed, the clothes hanging rod 60 rotates downward, the clothes on the clothes hanging rod 60 automatically slide onto the first storage rack 111, specifically, a rotating shaft can be arranged on the side wall of the disinfection bin 11, and the tail end of the clothes hanging rod 60 is arranged on the rotating shaft and is controlled to rotate by a motor. Referring to fig. 2, it is understood that, in order to avoid the clothes hanging rod 60 from colliding with the first rack 111 after rotating, two clothes hanging rods 60 may be oppositely disposed, two rotating shafts are disposed on opposite side walls of the sterilizing compartment 11, the two clothes hanging rods 60 are respectively connected to the two rotating shafts, two ends of the two clothes hanging rods 60 are abutted against each other, after the ultraviolet irradiation sterilization is completed, the two clothes hanging rods 60 rotate downward, and the clothes on the clothes hanging rods 60 automatically slide onto the first rack 111. In addition, in order to ensure that the clothes can be unfolded naturally, the height of the sterilizing compartment 11 is preferably 1.5 to 2.5 times the height of the drying compartment 12, and in this embodiment, the height of the sterilizing compartment 11 is preferably 2 times the height of the drying compartment 12.
In addition, in order to accelerate the drying speed, the medical appliance disinfection dryer also comprises a hot air blower; the hot air blower is arranged in the cabinet body 10, the drying bin 12 is provided with a hot air input port 70 and an air outlet, and the hot air blower is communicated with the drying bin 12 through the hot air input port 70 and accelerates the drying speed by blowing air towards the inside of the drying bin 12. Compared with the prior art, the medical appliance disinfection dryer provided by the invention can be used for irradiating and disinfecting medical appliances by using the ultraviolet lamp, can quickly and effectively kill germs and microorganisms, improves the ultraviolet irradiation intensity by designing the ultraviolet light source and the reflecting layer, and can realize omnibearing irradiation and disinfection even when clothes are disinfected; meanwhile, after irradiation and disinfection, the medical appliance can be moved to a drying bin below the drying bin for drying, so that the cleanness of the medical appliance is ensured, and the pollution of external germs and microorganisms is avoided. Of course, the drying chamber can be only provided with a heater, and the heater can increase the temperature of the drying chamber, so that the medical appliance can be dried quickly within a certain temperature range.
The actual structure of the drying chamber can be designed according to the required function. In some embodiments, the drying chamber can also perform a high temperature sterilization method to sterilize the medical devices during the drying process, for example, a dry heat sterilization method is adopted, so that the temperature in the drying chamber is kept above 150 ℃, preferably 180 ℃. In the dry heat sterilization, a medical product made of glass or metal, which is heat-resistant and moisture-proof, or a product provided with oil powder is sterilized, and if high-pressure steam sterilization is used, a cabinet door needs to be further sealed to some extent and a high-pressure steam device needs to be added. In order to better realize the high-temperature disinfection effect and improve the heat preservation efficiency in the drying bin, a heat preservation material is arranged outside the drying bin, and the heat preservation material reduces the heat diffusion of the drying bin; in addition, when the movable door is arranged, the interior of the movable door can also be provided with a heat insulation material.
Compared with the prior art, the medical appliance disinfection dryer can realize four disinfection modes to disinfect medical appliances by the operation of the lifting device under the condition that the cabinet door is not opened:
1. sterilizing by single ultraviolet irradiation;
2. drying and sterilizing by single infrared rays;
3. sterilizing by ultraviolet irradiation and then sterilizing by infrared rays;
4. firstly, infrared drying and sterilizing are carried out, and then ultraviolet irradiation sterilization is carried out.
Utilize ultraviolet lamp to shine the disinfection to medical appliances, can effectively kill germ and microorganism rapidly to, medical appliances are also dried in infrared ray high temperature disinfection, guarantee medical appliances's cleanness.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.

Claims (10)

1. A medical instrument disinfecting and drying machine is characterized by comprising: the cabinet comprises a cabinet body, a cabinet door, an ultraviolet disinfection light source, an infrared light source, a driving circuit module, a control panel and a power supply;
a disinfection bin and a drying bin are sequentially arranged in the cabinet body from top to bottom, a disinfection bin inlet is formed in one side of the disinfection bin, a first storage rack is arranged in the disinfection bin, and a drying bin inlet is formed in one side of the drying bin;
the cabinet doors comprise a first cabinet door and a second cabinet door which are independent from each other, the first cabinet door seals the disinfection chamber, and the second cabinet door seals the drying chamber;
the ultraviolet disinfection light source is arranged in the disinfection bin, and the infrared light source is arranged in the drying bin;
the driving circuit module is arranged in the cabinet body and connected with the ultraviolet disinfection light source and the infrared light source;
the control panel is arranged outside the cabinet body and is connected with the driving circuit module;
the power supply is electrically connected with the driving circuit module and the control panel.
2. The medical instrument sterilizing dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the disinfection bin is communicated with the top of the drying bin, and a split movable door is arranged at the communication position of the disinfection bin and the top of the drying bin;
the medical appliance sterilizing dryer also comprises a lifting device, wherein the lifting device comprises a guide rail, a lifting table and a driving module;
the guide rail is arranged on the inner side wall of the disinfection bin, and the tail end of the guide rail extends into the drying bin;
the lifting platform is movably arranged on the guide rail and moves between the disinfection bin and the drying bin through the guide rail;
the driving module is arranged in the cabinet body, is connected with the control panel and drives the lifting platform to move along the guide rail;
the first article shelf is arranged on the lifting platform.

and after the lifting platform moves to the drying bin, the bottom of the lifting platform is abutted to the supporting block.

7. The medical instrument sterilizing dryer as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the height of the disinfection cabin is 1.5-2.5 times of the height of the drying cabin.
8. The medical instrument sterilizing dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: and a heat insulation material is arranged outside the drying bin.
9. The medical instrument disinfecting dryer of claim 1, further comprising: a hot air blower;
the hot air blower is arranged in the cabinet body,
the drying bin is provided with a hot air input port and an air outlet, and the air heater is communicated with the drying bin through the hot air input port.
