Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种祛痘因子,本发明还涉及还含祛痘因子的祛痘软膜凝胶,以及该祛痘软膜凝胶的制备方法,属于化妆品技术领域。
背景技术
目前,市场上大多数祛痘产品都是采用化学杀菌剂来祛痘的,一般都是先通过水杨酸、果酸等来控油,清洁毛孔;再通过化学杀菌剂来抑菌,起到祛痘的效果。但是这类产品刺激性较大,过敏率高。而且长期使用含果酸类产品,皮肤角质层会受到破坏,会变得脆弱、敏感,长期盲目使用含化学杀菌剂的产品,不仅达不到祛痘的效果,还可能诱发或者加重痤疮,甚至可能引起接触性皮炎或其他皮肤病。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的第一个目的是提供一种用于治疗有炎症的痘痘肌,对皮肤作用温和、刺激性小、安全性高的祛痘因子。
本发明的第二个目的是提供一种采用了凝胶体系,方便使用,不会增加皮肤的油腻感,缓解了痘痘肌肤的油腻感,同时还有保湿的作用的祛痘软膜凝胶。
本发明的第三个目的是提供上述祛痘软膜凝胶的制备方法。
为此,本发明提供的第一个技术方案是这样的:
一种祛痘因子,包括下述重量份的组分:积雪草提取物0.5~3份、卷柏提取物4~20份、马齿苋提取物1~5份、罗汉果提取物2~10份,苦参提取物1~10份,野菊花提取物5~10份,芦荟提取物1~5份,白花蛇舌草提取物1~10份、皂荚棘刺提取物2~8份、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物2~6份。
进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,包括下述重量份的组分:积雪草提取物1~2份、卷柏提取物8~15份、马齿苋提取物2~4份、罗汉果提取物3~8份,苦参提取物2~8份,野菊花提取物6~8份,芦荟提取物2~4份,白花蛇舌草提取物3~7份、皂荚棘刺提取物4~6份、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物3~5份。
更进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,还包括厚朴树皮提取物5-8份。
更进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,还包括4-萜品醇0.5~1份。
更进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,还包括芽孢杆菌发酵产物10-20份。
更进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,所述白花蛇舌草提取物通过下述步骤依次制得的:
1)将复合酶加入100ml容量瓶中,加入去离子水稀释至刻度线,放置在45~55℃水浴锅中恒温1H,在1-5℃冷藏保存;
2)将白花蛇舌草风干,进行筛选,研磨成粉末;与去离子水按照质量比1:50比例加入烧杯中,常温浸泡30min后搅拌成浆。
3)加入2.0wt%复合酶,再加入乳酸或乳酸钠pH调节至4.0~6.0,在45~55℃搅拌40~45min后,快速升温至65~75℃灭酶,再加热至95~100℃,以25~30r/min搅拌4小时,用800目滤布过滤,得到白花蛇舌草取液;
4)再按照体积比1﹕1,向白花蛇舌草取液加入65%乙醇,用吸滤装置过滤脱色;
5)将脱色好的白花蛇舌草提取物放入恒温干燥箱中,在78~83℃烘干3小时后制得白色粉末,即浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末;
6)将步骤5)制得浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末与去离子水用1:10比例溶解,用高速离心机5000r/min速度分离过滤;
7)将步骤6)过滤后的滤渣放置在恒温箱干燥中设置温度在75~78℃,干燥时间2H,干燥后粉末,用300目粉筛器粉筛至白色结晶体,即白花蛇舌草提取物。
更进一步的,上述的祛痘因子,所述复合酶由2.0g10000U/mg纤维酶,1.5g10000U/mg果胶酶,0.5g60000U/mg木瓜蛋白酶,0.5g20000U/mg中性蛋白酶组成。
本发明提供的第二个技术方案是这样的:
上述的祛痘因子的祛痘软膜凝胶,包含如下重量百分比原料:丁二醇1.0~5.0%、双丙甘醇1.0~5.0%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 0.3~2.0%、EDTA二钠0.01~0.05%、聚氨酯-355.0~15.0%、乙醇3.0~10.0%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1~0.8%、1,2-己二醇0.1~1.0%、1,2-戊二醇0.1~1.0%、樟脑0.01~0.2%、祛痘因子3.0~8.0%,余量水。

1)将水、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、EDTA二钠、双丙甘醇和丁二醇依次加入乳化锅内,开始加热搅拌,加热到80-85℃,均质至无颗粒,并恒温搅拌30分钟;
2)将对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇和樟脑加热至80℃溶解待用;
3)将步骤1)的混合物降温到45℃加入步骤2)所得混合物,搅拌至少30分钟至均匀;
4)降温到42℃,加入祛痘因子,搅拌10分钟至均匀。
5)将聚氨酯-35和乙醇加入到步骤4)的混合物中,搅拌10分钟至均匀,得所述祛痘凝胶。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的技术方案具体如下技术优点:

实施例1至实施例10所述的白花蛇舌草提取物通过下述步骤依次制得的:
1)将复合酶加入100ml容量瓶中,加入去离子水稀释至刻度线,放置在45~55℃水浴锅中恒温1H,在1-5℃冷藏保存;
所述复合酶由2.0g10000U/mg纤维酶,1.5g10000U/mg果胶酶,0.5g60000U/mg木瓜蛋白酶、0.5g20000U/mg中性蛋白酶组成。
2)将白花蛇舌草风干,进行筛选,研磨成粉末,与去离子水按照质量比1:50比例加入烧杯中,常温浸泡30min后搅拌成浆。
3)加入2.0wt%复合酶,再加入乳酸或乳酸钠pH调节至4.0~6.0,在45~55℃搅拌40~45min后,快速升温至65~75℃灭酶,再加热至95~100℃,以25~30r/min搅拌4小时,用800目滤布过滤,得到白花蛇舌草取液;
4)再按照体积比1﹕1,向白花蛇舌草取液加入65%乙醇,用吸滤装置过滤脱色;
5)将脱色好的白花蛇舌草提取物放入恒温干燥箱中,在78~83℃烘干3小时后制得白色粉末,即浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末;
6)将步骤5)制得浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末与去离子水用1:10比例溶解,用高速离心机5000r/min速度分离过滤;
7)将步骤6)过滤后的滤渣放置在恒温箱干燥中设置温度在75~78℃,干燥时间2H,干燥后粉末,用300目粉筛器粉筛至白色结晶体,即白花蛇舌草提取物。
其中:白花蛇舌草:产地:广东;
台式高速离心机(型号:TG-16,最高转速:16500rpm,产地:四川蜀科仪器有限公司)。
实施例11至实施例17所述的祛痘软膜凝胶的制备方法,依次包括下述步骤:
1)将水、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、EDTA二钠、双丙甘醇和丁二醇依次加入乳化锅内,开始加热搅拌,加热到80-85℃,均质至无颗粒,并恒温搅拌30分钟;
2)将对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇和樟脑加热至80℃溶解待用;
3)将步骤1)的混合物降温到45℃,将步骤2)所得混合物加入,搅拌至少30分钟至均匀;
4)降温到42℃,加入祛痘因子,搅拌10分钟至均匀。
5)将聚氨酯-35和乙醇加入到步骤4)的混合物中,搅拌10分钟至均匀,得所述祛痘凝胶。
为了证明本发明提供的技术方案的效果,下面给出本申请提供的技术方案的功效实验:
1、将本发明的植物祛痘软膜凝胶和含化学杀菌剂的祛痘软膜凝胶,参照GB15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C4“溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能试验方法”,对两产品进行抑菌性能测定:(1)菌悬液的制备:取金黄色葡萄球菌24h斜面培养物用0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液洗下,制成114~120CFU/mL菌悬液;(2)取被试样品1g,加入上述菌悬液0.1mL均匀涂布混合,开始计时,作用时间2、5、10、20min后加入9mL0.03mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液充分混匀,做适当稀释后,取其中3个稀释度,分别取1mL置于两个平行平皿中,再加入含有2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑显示剂的卵磷脂-吐温80营养琼脂培养基,在36±1℃厌氧条件下培养48小时,作菌落计数。以上试验重复3次,取平均数,设置空白对照组。
抑菌率的计算公式为:X=(A-B)/A×100%,其中X为抑菌率,A为对照样品平均回收菌落,B为试验样品平均回收菌落。
抑菌功效评价标准为:(1)、抑菌率≥90%为显效;(2)、抑菌率为50~90%为有效;(3)、抑菌率<50%为无效。
实施例11中的产品为为样品1;实施例12的产品为为样品2;实施例13的产品为为样品3;实施例14的产品为为样品4;实施例15的产品为为样品5;实施例16的产品为为样品6;含化学杀菌剂的祛痘软膜凝胶为样品7,采用市售的白花蛇舌草提取物制备的祛痘软膜凝胶为样品8。
样品7:化学杀菌剂的祛痘软膜凝胶配方及百分比如下:
水71.55%、丁二醇5.0%、双丙甘醇2.0%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6 1%、EDTA二钠0.05%、乙醇5.0%、对羟基苯乙酮0.5%、1,2-己二醇0.8%、1,2-戊二醇0.5%、己脒定二(羟乙基磺酸)盐0.08%、AES0.54%、10%包裹水杨酸0.2%。
样品8:采用市售的白花蛇舌草提取物制备的祛痘软膜凝胶其它组分与实施例16中的组分及其含量完全相同,不同的在于祛痘因子中的白花蛇舌草提取物为直接采购的(有溶剂提取法提取所得)。

由上表2的数据可以知道,实施例样品和对比例样品都有抑菌效果,但是本发明的实施例样品的抑菌效果更为明显。
2、人体体验测试
2.1.实验材料:实施例11中的产品为为样品1;实施例12的产品为为样品2;实施例13的产品为为样品3;实施例14的产品为为样品4;实施例15的产品为为样品5;实施例16的产品为为样品6;含化学杀菌剂的祛痘软膜凝胶为样品7,采用市售的白花蛇舌草提取物制备的祛痘软膜凝胶为样品8。
2.2.实验对象:选取年龄在18-25岁脸上长有青春痘的志愿者40名,随机分成2组,每组20人。
2.3.实验方法:志愿者每天用清水洗脸,然后分别涂抹实施例制得的植物祛痘软膜凝胶及对比例制得的含杀菌剂祛痘软膜凝胶,早晚各涂抹一次,7天为1个周期。
2.4.结果判断标准
痊愈:涂抹1个周期内,青春痘完全消失,无痘印产生
有效:涂抹1个周期后,青春痘症状明显好转,2个疗程后青春痘完全消失。
无效:涂抹1-2个周期后,青春痘无明显好转。
刺激:涂抹1-2个周期后,有加重趋势。
有效率(%)=痊愈和有效的人数之和/每组测试的总人数。
过敏率(%)=刺激人数/每组测试的总人数。
2.5.实验结果:具体实验结果见下表3。

由表3可知,本发明的植物祛痘软膜凝胶在涂抹1-2个周期后,志愿者脸上的青春痘均可完全消失,不留疤痕,同时温和不刺激,不过敏。对比例在使用过程中,志愿者明显感觉到祛痘效果不佳,同时还存在刺激性。两者对比,本发明是植物祛痘凝胶效果明显高于对比例,而且温和不刺激。
3.成膜隔尘性能试验
实验材料:实施例16的产品为为样品6;含化学杀菌剂的祛痘软膜凝胶为样品7。
3.1.实验对象:两块已经清洗干净,大小为8cmX5cm的猪皮
3.2.实验方法:
3.3.1各取1g样品6和样品7,分别均匀的涂抹在两块猪皮上,并放置在48°烘箱烘干至水分20-23%,分别测试猪皮1和猪皮2的L1a1b1值和L2a2b2值。
3.3.2均匀撒上0.4g炭黑粉,放置1min,用吸尘器吸除炭黑2min,再测试猪皮11和猪皮22的L11a11b11值和L22a22b22值
3.3.结果判断标准:通过猪皮11和猪皮1对比,猪皮22和猪皮2对比,计算两者的△E值,公式如下:
当△E小于1时,人眼无法分辨两点之间的色差;△E越大,两点之间的色差就越大,越容易分辨。
3.4.实验结果
由上表数据可知,猪皮在使用样品6之后的△E值较小,说明两猪皮的表皮颜色差距不大,由此可以说明,样品6有隔绝污染,灰尘等小粒径物质的作用,使小粒径物质在皮肤的残留量少,可以保护皮肤免受环境的二次污染。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明结构的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

1.一种祛痘因子,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:积雪草提取物0.5~3份、卷柏提取物4~20份、马齿苋提取物1~5份、罗汉果提取物2~10份,苦参提取物1~10份,野菊花提取物5~10份,芦荟提取物1~5份,白花蛇舌草提取物1~10份、皂荚棘刺提取物2~8份、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物2~6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的祛痘因子,其特征在于,包括下述重量份的组分:积雪草提取物1~2份、卷柏提取物8~15份、马齿苋提取物2~4份、罗汉果提取物3~8份,苦参提取物2~8份,野菊花提取物6~8份,芦荟提取物2~4份,白花蛇舌草提取物3~7份、皂荚棘刺提取物4~6份、扭刺仙人掌茎提取物3~5份。

6.根据权利要求1或者2所述的祛痘因子及祛痘软膜凝胶,其特征在于,所述白花蛇舌草提取物通过下述步骤依次制得的:
1)将复合酶加入100ml容量瓶中,加入去离子水稀释至刻度线,放置在45~55℃水浴锅中恒温1H,在1-5℃冷藏保存;
2)将白花蛇舌草风干,进行筛选,研磨成粉末,与去离子水按照质量比1:50比例加入烧杯中,常温浸泡30min后搅拌成浆;
3)加入2.0wt%复合酶,再加入乳酸或乳酸钠pH调节至4.0~6.0,在45~55℃搅拌40~45min后,快速升温至65~75℃灭酶,再加热至95~100℃,以25~30r/min搅拌4小时,用800目滤布过滤,得到白花蛇舌草取液;
4)再按照体积比1﹕1,向白花蛇舌草取液加入65%乙醇,用吸滤装置过滤脱色;
5)将脱色好的白花蛇舌草提取物放入恒温干燥箱中,在78~83℃烘干3小时后制得白色粉末,即浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末;
6)将步骤5)制得浓缩白花蛇舌草提取物粉末与去离子水用1:10比例溶解,用高速离心机5000r/min速度分离过滤;

7.根据权利要求6所述的祛痘因子及祛痘软膜凝胶,其特征在于,所述复合酶由2.0g10000U/mg纤维酶,1.5g10000U/mg果胶酶,0.5g60000U/mg木瓜蛋白酶,0.5g20000U/mg中性蛋白酶组成。
8.一种含权利要求1所述的祛痘因子的祛痘软膜凝胶,其特征在于,包含如下重量百分比原料:丁二醇1.0~5.0%、双丙甘醇1.0~5.0%、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-60.3~2.0%、EDTA二钠0.01~0.05%、聚氨酯-355.0~15.0%、乙醇3.0~10.0%、对羟基苯乙酮0.1~0.8%、1,2-己二醇0.1~1.0%、1,2-戊二醇0.1~1.0%、樟脑0.01~0.2%、祛痘因子3.0~8.0%,水余量。
9.制备权利要求8所述的的祛痘因子的祛痘软膜凝胶的方法,其特征在于,所述的祛痘软膜凝胶通过下述方法制得的:
1)将水、聚丙烯酸酯交联聚合物-6、EDTA二钠、双丙甘醇和丁二醇依次加入乳化锅内,开始加热搅拌,加热到80-85℃,均质至无颗粒,并恒温搅拌30分钟;
2)将对羟基苯乙酮、1,2-己二醇、1,2-戊二醇和樟脑加热至80℃溶解待用;
3)将步骤1)的混合物降温到45℃加入步骤2)所得混合物,搅拌至少30分钟至均匀;
4)降温到42℃,加入祛痘因子,搅拌10分钟至均匀。
5)将聚氨酯-35和乙醇加入到步骤4)的混合物中,搅拌10分钟至均匀,得所述祛痘凝胶。
