Abstract
本发明属于清洁用品的技术领域,涉及一种洗手泡腾片,所述泡腾片以质量计包括以下组份:三氯生1‑5份,月桂酰肌氨酸钠20‑40份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5‑10份,***聚乙烯醇3‑8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3‑8份,十二烷基硫酸钠5‑15份,碳酸氢钠5‑15份,柠檬酸5‑15份。本发明还进一步提供了上述洗手泡腾片的制备方法。本发明提供的洗手泡腾片,携带和使用方便,清洁和除菌效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于清洁用品的技术领域,涉及一种洗手泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗手液是一种清洁手部为主的护肤清洁液,通过以机械摩擦和表面活性剂的作用,配合水流来清除手上的污垢和附着的细菌。洗手液的不足之处在于,液体形态使用及携带均不方便。
为了解决这一技术问题,技术人员将洗手液制作成了洗手液泡腾片,泡腾片利用有机酸和碱式碳酸(氢)盐反应做泡腾崩解剂,置入水中,即刻发生泡腾反应,生成并释放大量的二氧化碳气体。中国发明专利申请CN110755271A公开了一种洗手液泡腾片及其制作方法,泡腾片由以下组分组成:富马酸10~30份、碳酸氢铵25~75份、聚乙二醇5~15份、十二烷基硫酸钠4~12份、脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠3~9份、月桂酰基谷氨基酸2.5~7.5份和精油0.5~1.5份。S1:首先将混合小苏打,聚乙二醇,椰子油放入转速500~3000转高速造粒机中均匀20~40min;S2:然后在同时加入:富马酸,碳酸氢铵,十二烷基硫酸钠,脂肪醇聚乙烯醚硫酸钠,月桂酰基谷氨基酸,精油搅拌5~10分钟,制作成20~60目的颗粒;S3:之后用模具压成直径2cm,厚度1cm的圆片;S4:最后再调整40~60摄氏度烘干;S5:干燥包装成品。
上述专利申请的不足之处在于,使用时对皮肤刺激强烈,不仅舒适性差,而且对皮肤的健康有一定损伤。另外,随着人民日益增长的美好生活需要,洗手液除了清洁功能外对除菌功能也提出了更高的要求。仅仅通过水流冲洗来清除附着的细菌已经不能满足人民的需求。而上述专利申请在除菌功能上也有着严重不足。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种洗手泡腾片及其制备方法,携带和使用方便,清洁和除菌效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的通过下述技术方案得以实现:
洗手泡腾片,所述泡腾片以质量计包括以下组份:三氯生1-5份,月桂酰肌氨酸钠20-40份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-10份,***聚乙烯醇3-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-8份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-15份,碳酸氢钠5-15份,柠檬酸5-15份。
优选的,上述泡腾片以质量计包括以下组份:三氯生3份,月桂酰肌氨酸钠30份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份,***聚乙烯醇5份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,碳酸氢钠10份,柠檬酸10份。
除了上述组份以外,上述泡腾片还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种,所述烯基磺酸钠5-15份,纯碱3-8份,香精3-8份。
优选的,上述烯基磺酸钠10份,纯碱5份,香精5份。
本发明还提供了一种洗手泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取相应质量的三氯生,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,***聚乙烯醇,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,十二烷基硫酸钠,碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸;
S2、混料机中投入三氯生,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌10分钟;
S3、混料机中再投入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,***聚乙烯醇,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,十二烷基硫酸钠硫酸氢钠,搅拌10分钟;
S4、混料机中再投入碳酸氢钠,柠檬酸,搅拌10分钟;
S5、将搅拌好的原材料放入旋转式压片机中进行压片。
上述混料机采用本领域的通用混料机,如K200型混料机。
进一步的,步骤S1中称取的组份还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种;步骤S4投入的组份还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种。
进一步的,上述步骤还包括:
S6、取样检测三氯生含量,判断三氯生含量是否合格,如果不合格,重新进行混合搅拌,直至合格。所述三氯生含量的检测方法是GB/T35830-2018,合格标准以检出量相对于加入量的回收率判断,要求回收率为90%-110%。
本发明和现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明提供了一种固态的洗手泡腾片,改变了传统液态洗手液的形态。使用时将泡腾片直接放置到水中,泡腾片在水中能快速的溶解,随时产生可供使用的洗手液。解决了传统洗手液需要存放在密封的容器里,运输或携带时容易发生泄漏,占用空间过大,使用也不方便的技术问题。
2、本发明采用温和无刺激的食品级原料,使用时对手部的刺激性小,去污能力高,揉搓时更加舒适,更有利于皮肤健康。
3、本发明采用了独特的除菌配方,除菌效果更好,避免了由手部沾染的病原体如细菌病毒等对人体造成感染。

下面通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或者改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例中使用的原料均为市售购买,具体如下表所示:

实施例中氯含量的检测方法是:GB/T35830-2018。
实施例中使用设备为:K200型混料机。
一种洗手泡腾片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、打开电源控制柜,将断路器闭合。
S2、准确称取三氯生3kg,月桂酰肌氨酸钠30kg,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7kg,***聚乙烯醇5kg,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5kg,十二烷基硫酸钠10kg,碳酸氢钠10kg和柠檬酸10kg,烯基磺酸钠10kg,纯碱5kg和香精5kg。
S3、混料机中投入三氯生,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌10分钟。
S4、混料机中再投入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,***聚乙烯醇,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,十二烷基硫酸钠硫酸氢钠,搅拌10分钟。
S5、混料机中再投入碳酸氢钠,柠檬酸,烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精,搅拌10分钟。
S6、将搅拌好的原材料放入旋转式压片机中进行压片。
S7、取样检测,检测得三氯生含量的回收率为102%。
S8、产品进行包装、封袋、贴标签、装箱、入库。
S9、停机,关闭整流电源、控制柜电源。
取样对抑菌性进行检测,检测方法为GB15979-2002,作用时间为10分钟。
检测结果如下表所示:
由此可见,本发明提供的洗手泡腾片对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率均在99.9%以上。

1.洗手泡腾片,其特征在于,所述泡腾片以质量计包括以下组份:三氯生1-5份,月桂酰肌氨酸钠20-40份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5-10份,***聚乙烯醇3-8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-8份,十二烷基硫酸钠5-15份,碳酸氢钠5-15份,柠檬酸5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗手泡腾片,其特征在于,所述泡腾片还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种,所述烯基磺酸钠5-15份,纯碱3-8份,香精3-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗手泡腾片,其特征在于,所述泡腾片以质量计包括以下组份:三氯生3份,月桂酰肌氨酸钠30份,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7份,***聚乙烯醇5份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠5份,十二烷基硫酸钠10份,碳酸氢钠10份,柠檬酸10份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗手泡腾片,其特征在于,所述泡腾片还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种,所述烯基磺酸钠10份,纯碱5份,香精5份。
5.一种如权利要求1所述的洗手泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取相应质量的三氯生,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,***聚乙烯醇,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,十二烷基硫酸钠,碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸;
S2、混料机中投入三氯生,月桂酰肌氨酸钠,搅拌10分钟;
S3、混料机中再投入椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,***聚乙烯醇,乙二胺四乙酸二钠,十二烷基硫酸钠硫酸氢钠,搅拌10分钟;
S4、混料机中再投入碳酸氢钠,柠檬酸,搅拌10分钟;
S5、将搅拌好的原材料放入旋转式压片机中进行压片。
6.根据权利要求5所述的洗手泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中称取的组份还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种;步骤S4投入的组份还包括烯基磺酸钠,纯碱和香精中的一种或多种。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的洗手泡腾片的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤还包括:
S6、取样检测三氯生含量,判断三氯生含量是否合格,如果不合格,重新进行混合搅拌,直至合格。
