Abstract
本发明涉及基于聚三氟乙烯的软护套,这软护套可用于卷绕挠性金属管并被用作海上软管。
Description
本发明涉及由PVF3制造的软护套和其应用于软金属管。
在海洋油和气开发中普遍使用软管。这些软管由软钢管、塑料套和金属套壳组成,塑料套的作用是防止油和气的泄漏。例如欧洲专利EP166385描述了这类软管。
当液体的利用温度不超过80~100℃时,聚酰胺用作为防漏热塑塑料套是合适的。
在高温下,例如高达130℃或140℃时,使用聚(1,2-二氟乙烯)。然而,由于这种聚合物是半晶质的,具有的刚性大,不可能用于这样一种结构,该结构需要盘绕和展开,有时温度很低,没有内部或外部增塑。
上述的EP166385给出了内部增塑的例子:用氟化的单体共聚合1,1-二氟乙烯。由此增加了护套的柔软度,但通常降低了其使用温度,增强了对气体的渗透性,且在急速的降压下观察到对***增强的灵敏度(对于均聚物),使得它在高温和高压操作下使用是危险的。
FR2560884、2592655和2618791提到使用外增塑剂。在加工软管使之柔软时,某些增塑剂可使用均聚的PVDF。但是,在操作中观察到随着与PVDF极其相容的增塑剂的耗尽该护套缓慢地恢复了其原始的刚度。不仅增加了刚度而且还变脆,结果由于增塑剂的耗尽产生了内应力,护套收缩的趋势受到阻止。
人们发现通过使用包含三氟乙烯单元的聚合物克服了由于需要的PVDF内外增塑带来的所有这些缺点。本申请人发现了通过使用包含三氟乙烯单元的聚合物使制造软(挠性)护套(或管)成为可能。
由此获得的护套的使用温度比由PVDF生产的护套高很多。此外,该护套更具柔软性。
本发明护套聚合物除了三氟乙烯(VF3)之外还可包含残余的三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、1,1-二氟乙烯或乙烯单元。
向本发明中添加填料、颜料或者甚至少量的酯或磺酰胺类增塑剂不脱离本发明的范围。
本发明还涉及包覆有本发明的护套的软金属管。
所获得的软管特别适用于高温下输送液态或气态烃。这种软管可再用保护层如橡胶、金属或纺织布等包覆。
对于输送气体,优选护套的聚合物主要是三氟乙烯均聚物。
本发明还涉及包覆有本发明护套的电缆。
无论是电缆还是软性管,可通过挤出法套上该护套。
电缆可以是金属丝或一股或许多股形成的金属电缆。
实施例
有一根用厚为5mm的热塑塑料护套挤出包着的挠性钢管,该钢管的直径为32mm,由多个环组成,在环之间有孔和缝隙使得管子可以活动。
为了比较不同材料构成的护套的卷曲能力,可进行下面的过程:
将加护套的管置于两个固定的支承体上。采用半径为75mm的弯曲轮在与两端支承体等距离点上施加压力。所需使套管变形和得到该轮的曲率半径的压力作用于该轮上。轮的压痕深度表明软管的变形能力。最大深度为170mm:它相当于套管在轮上完全卷绕。如果套管在完全卷绕前破裂,未记录深度。深度越大,软管越能弯曲。
此外,试验是在不同的温度下进行的。

护套I:VF2均聚物-得自Elf Atochem的Foraflon 1000。
护套II:VF2均聚物+7.5%(重量)N-丁苯磺酰胺。
护套III:VF2和六氟丙烯按95/5摩尔比的共聚物。
护套IV:VF3均聚物。
实施例2
将4根加护套的软管在150℃下进行热老化达3个月。然后进行上述的实验。

Claims (5)
1、软护管,基于包含三氟乙烯单元的聚合物。
2、根据权利要求1的产品,其特征在于:该聚合物还包含残余的三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、1,1-二氟乙烯或乙烯单元。
3、用权利要求1和2的护套包覆的软金属管。
4、用权利要求1和2的护套套上的电缆。
5、根据权利要求3和4的产品,其中护套还包含填料、颜料或增塑剂。
