The audio/video decompression system 90 is disposed in the supervision department of the committee and is used for decompressing each bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation video compressed in the storage system 50, so as to obtain the completed bid evaluation audio and bid evaluation video, and facilitate the checking of the staff.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 3, an audio-video decryption system 100; the audio and video decryption system 100 is connected with the audio and video decompression system 100; the audio and video decryption system 100 is configured to decrypt each decompressed bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation audio.
Specifically, the audio/video decryption system 100 is disposed in a commission and commission supervision department, and is configured to decrypt each decompressed bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation audio, and can only check the decompressed bid evaluation audio through decryption.
In one embodiment, please refer to fig. 3, which further includes: the audio and video watermarking system 110, the audio and video watermarking system 110 connects the audio and video decryption system 100; the audio/video watermarking system 110 is configured to perform watermarking operation on each decrypted bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation audio.
Specifically, the audio/video watermarking removing system 110 is disposed in the commission supervision department, and is configured to remove watermarks from each decrypted bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation audio, and through a watermarking removing process, determine whether each bid evaluation audio and each bid evaluation audio are audio/video recorded in a certain bidding site, and determine whether the audio/video is tampered and illegally copied.
Based on the bid evaluation monitoring system, the embodiment of the invention also provides a bid evaluation monitoring method.
As shown in fig. 4, a bid evaluation monitoring method using the bid evaluation monitoring system includes:
step S402, each camera takes a bid evaluation video of a bid evaluation expert;
step S404, each sound recorder takes the bid evaluation audio of one bid evaluation expert;
step S406, the identification system identifies each bid evaluation video and each bid evaluation audio to obtain an identification result;
step S408, when the identification result is abnormal, the alarm system sends out alarm information; the audio and video input system transmits each bid evaluation video and each bid evaluation audio to the storage system through the data transmission system; and each bid evaluation video and each bid evaluation audio are used for staff of the commission and supervision department to check and determine the abnormal condition of the evaluation site.
The bid evaluation monitoring method in the embodiment adopts the bid evaluation monitoring system, so that the bid evaluation monitoring method can monitor the bid evaluation process in real time and quickly and accurately determine illegal operation in bid evaluation. And moreover, a committee worker is not required to check monitoring information on the bid evaluation site or in real time, so that resources such as manpower are greatly saved.
In one embodiment, the video identification system identifies each bid evaluation video, and identifies the identity of each bid evaluation expert, whether illegal articles are carried, and whether communication equipment is illegally used; and when the identities of the judging experts are not matched, illegal articles are carried and the communication equipment is illegally used, the alarm system sends out alarm information.
In one embodiment, the language text system converts each evaluation audio into each voice text and sends each voice text to the keyword recognition system; the keyword recognition system recognizes each voice text, and when illegal words are recognized, the warning system sends warning information.
In one embodiment, the audio and video watermarking system performs watermarking operation on each evaluation video and each evaluation audio.
In one embodiment, the audio and video encryption system encrypts each evaluation video and each evaluation audio after watermarking.
In one embodiment, the audio and video compression system compresses each encrypted evaluation video and each encrypted evaluation audio, and transmits each compressed evaluation video and each compressed evaluation audio to the storage system through the data transmission system.
In one embodiment, the audio and video decompression system decompresses the compressed bid evaluation videos and bid evaluation audios to obtain decompressed bid evaluation audios and bid evaluation audios.
In one embodiment, the audio and video decryption system decrypts the decompressed evaluation audio and the decompressed evaluation audio.
In one embodiment, the audio and video watermarking system performs watermarking operation on each decrypted evaluation audio and each evaluation audio.
For the specific process of the bid evaluation monitoring method in the above embodiment, please refer to the content of the related embodiment in the bid evaluation monitoring system, which is not described herein again.
The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other. The device disclosed by the embodiment corresponds to the method disclosed by the embodiment, so that the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the method part for description.
The steps of a method or algorithm described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be embodied directly in hardware, in a software module executed by a processor, or in a combination of the two. A software module may reside in Random Access Memory (RAM), memory, Read Only Memory (ROM), electrically programmable ROM, electrically erasable programmable ROM, registers, hard disk, a removable disk, a CD-ROM, or any other form of storage medium known in the art.

Claims (10)

1. The bid evaluation monitoring system is characterized by comprising an audio and video input system, an identification system, an alarm system, a data transmission system and a storage system which are sequentially connected, wherein the audio and video input system is connected with the storage system through the data transmission system; the system comprises an audio and video input system, an identification system, an alarm system and a data transmission system, wherein the audio and video input system, the identification system, the alarm system and the data transmission system are arranged on a bid evaluation site, the storage system is arranged in a committee supervision department, the audio and video input system comprises a plurality of cameras and a plurality of sound recorders, and the number of the cameras and the number of the sound recorders are greater than that of bid evaluation experts;
each camera is used for recording the bid evaluation video of one bid evaluation expert;
each recorder is used for recording the bid evaluation audio of one bid evaluation expert;
the identification system is used for identifying each evaluation video and each evaluation audio to obtain an identification result;
when the recognition result is abnormal, the alarm system is used for sending alarm information; the audio and video input system is used for transmitting each evaluation video and each evaluation audio to the storage system through the data transmission system; and each evaluation video and each evaluation audio are used for being checked by staff of the committee supervision department to determine abnormal conditions of an evaluation site.
2. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 1, wherein the recognition system comprises a video recognition system, and the video recognition system is respectively connected with the alarm system and each camera;
the video identification system is used for identifying each bid evaluation video, and identifying the identity of each bid evaluation expert, whether illegal articles are carried, and whether communication equipment is illegally used; and when the identities of the judging experts are not matched, illegal articles are carried and communication equipment is illegally used, the alarm system sends out alarm information.

The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 2, wherein the recognition system comprises a voice text system and a keyword recognition system which are connected in sequence, the voice text system is connected with each sound recorder, and the keyword recognition system is connected with the alarm system;
the language text system is used for converting each evaluation audio into each voice text and sending each voice text to the keyword recognition system;
the keyword recognition system is used for recognizing each voice text, and when illegal vocabularies are recognized, the warning system sends warning information.
4. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by further comprising: an audio and video watermarking system; the audio and video watermarking system is respectively connected with the audio and video input system and the data transmission system;
the audio and video watermarking system is used for performing watermarking operation on each evaluation video and each evaluation audio.
5. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 4, further comprising: the audio and video encryption system is respectively connected with the audio and video watermarking system and the data transmission system;
the audio and video encryption system is used for encrypting each evaluation mark video and each evaluation mark audio which are watermarked.
6. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 5, further comprising: the audio and video compression system is respectively connected with the audio and video encryption system and the data transmission system;
the audio and video compression system is used for compressing each encrypted comment video and each encrypted comment audio and transmitting each compressed comment video and each compressed comment audio to the storage system through the data transmission system.
7. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 6, further comprising an audio/video decompression system, wherein the audio/video decompression system is connected with the storage system;
the audio and video decompression system is used for decompressing the compressed evaluation videos and the evaluation audios to obtain decompressed evaluation audios and evaluation audios.
8. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 7, further comprising: an audio/video decryption system; the audio and video decryption system is connected with the audio and video decompression system;
the audio and video decryption system is used for decrypting each decompressed comment audio and each comment audio.
9. The bid evaluation monitoring system according to claim 8, further comprising: the audio and video watermarking removing system is connected with the audio and video decryption system;
the audio and video watermarking removing system is used for carrying out watermarking removing operation on each decrypted comment audio and each comment audio.
10. An evaluation monitoring method using the evaluation monitoring system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising:
each camera takes a bid evaluation video of a bid evaluation expert;
each recorder takes the bid evaluation audio of a bid evaluation expert;
the identification system identifies each evaluation video and each evaluation audio to obtain an identification result;
when the recognition result is abnormal, the alarm system sends out alarm information; the audio and video input system transmits each evaluation video and each evaluation audio to the storage system through the data transmission system; and each evaluation video and each evaluation audio are used for being checked by staff of the committee supervision department to determine abnormal conditions of an evaluation site.
