respectively installing a first sealing ring 16 and a second sealing ring 17 in a first sealing ring placing groove 161 and a second sealing ring placing groove 171 of the valve body 2, coating thread locking glue on the connection part of the connecting shaft 4 and/or the piston body 11, and sequentially passing the connecting shaft 4 through the spring 3 and the valve body 2 to be fixedly connected with the piston body 11; specifically, the connecting shaft 4 is in threaded connection with the piston body 11, and the thread locking torque is 0.5-5 N.m; the use of the thread locking agent can further enhance the strength and durability of the fixed edge joint and prevent the loosening of the threads.
And sleeving the protective cover 5 on the protective cover fixing groove 51 of the valve body 2, and fixing by adopting a dotting, rolling or stamping process to finally obtain the explosion-proof valve.

after the explosion-proof valve is manufactured, the method further comprises the following steps: carrying out a second waterproof test, a second air permeability test, a second explosion-proof pressure test and a second appearance test; the second waterproof test is used for checking whether the sealing of the sealing ring is good, the experimental conditions of the second waterproof test are the same as those of the first waterproof test, and the experimental conditions of the second waterproof test can be adjusted according to actual test requirements; testing the air permeability of the explosion-proof valve by using air permeability testing equipment, wherein the testing pressure is 1-15kPa, and the testing time is 1-60 s; and the explosion-proof pressure test adopts explosion-proof pressure test equipment to test the explosion-proof opening pressure of the explosion-proof valve, and the test beat is 20-300 s.
Further, before appearance detection is performed, a marking process is performed on the explosion-proof valve, specifically, one or two methods of laser marking, code spraying, transfer printing or silk printing are selected to make product marks on the explosion-proof valve, for example: and characters or patterns such as trademarks, specification models, batch numbers, two-dimensional codes and the like.
Particularly, the explosion-proof valve can be continuously operated by a full-automatic production line or can be intermittently operated by a semi-automatic production device in a sectional manner, and the preparation process has no strict sequence relation, so that the steps are only one optimized combination, and the explosion-proof valve can be prepared by a preparation method according to other combination sequences.

The invention has the following advantages:
(1) according to the invention, the protective cover is arranged on the outer side of the spring, so that combustion eruptions are effectively prevented from accumulating and adhering to the spring to shorten the compression stroke of the spring, and the opening effect and the exhaust and pressure relief efficiency of the explosion-proof valve are prevented from being influenced; the protective covers with different shapes and sizes can be flexibly selected according to the requirements of different explosion-proof valve products;
(2) the invention combines the first air vent, the second air vent and the exhaust hole, thereby realizing the timely gas exchange through the internal air leakage path of the explosion-proof valve in the normal state, maintaining good exhaust performance and playing the role of balancing internal and external pressure; continuously, stably and efficiently exhausting and releasing pressure through an external air release path of the explosion-proof valve and an internal air release path of the explosion-proof valve in an explosion-proof state, so that the exhaust capacity and effect are further improved; in addition, the combustion eruption is effectively prevented from accumulating and adhering to the spring after the valve core is opened, so that the valve core cannot be reset and sealed again to prevent water, oxygen and flame after the exhaust and pressure relief are finished.
(3) Under the matching of the protective cover fixing groove and the valve body fixing bulge, the protective cover is prevented from rotating and falling off, so that the short circuit of a battery core in the battery pack or other accidents are avoided, and the mounting firmness is improved;
(4) by installing the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, the air leakage inside the explosion-proof valve and between the explosion-proof valve and the battery pack is effectively prevented;
(5) the preparation method of the invention adopts the aluminum alloy material or the stainless steel material to prepare each part, and reduces the production cost while meeting each tolerance environmental index of the product, and the preparation method has simple operation, convenient and firm assembly and can be produced in large batch;
(6) the explosion-proof valve needs to be subjected to inspection procedures such as a first waterproof test, a second waterproof test, a permeability test, an explosion-proof pressure test, an appearance detection and the like, and the waterproof performance, the sealing performance, the high permeability and the good explosion-proof performance of the explosion-proof valve are strictly controlled, so that the advantage of high quality is achieved.

Claims (10)

1. An anti-blocking explosion-proof valve is characterized by comprising a piston, a valve body, a spring and a connecting shaft, wherein the connecting shaft penetrates through the spring and the valve body in sequence and is connected with the piston;
the valve body comprises a plurality of first air leakage gaps which are arranged corresponding to the protective cover, and a first air hole is formed in a cavity between each first air leakage gap and the protective cover;
the piston comprises a piston body, a breathable membrane and an upper cover, a second through hole is longitudinally arranged through the piston body corresponding to the first through hole, the second through hole is connected with a plurality of through grooves in a surrounding and horizontal through mode, and second air holes are formed in cavities between the through grooves and the upper cover.
2. The anti-clogging explosion valve according to claim 1, wherein the piston body is disposed on the valve body, a center hole for the connection shaft to pass through is disposed longitudinally through the center of the valve body, and a plurality of vent holes are disposed on the valve body around the center hole.

The anti-clogging explosion valve according to claim 2, wherein the piston body is recessed to form a membrane accommodating groove for the breathable membrane to be placed, a membrane pressing ring is arranged in the membrane accommodating groove in an interference fit manner, a valve core opening piece is arranged between the membrane pressing ring and the upper cover and corresponds to the second air vent and is provided with a plurality of second air leakage notches, at least one positioning protrusion is arranged at the edge of any one of the second air leakage notches corresponding to the through groove, the second air leakage notch longitudinally penetrates through the membrane accommodating groove, the through groove horizontally penetrates through the membrane accommodating groove, and the depth of the through groove is smaller than that of the membrane accommodating groove.

The anti-clogging explosion valve according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of first fixing grooves are annularly formed on the piston body around the diaphragm placing groove, a second fixing groove is annularly formed around the outermost first fixing groove, the width of the second fixing groove is larger than that of the first fixing groove, and an adhesive layer for fixing the piston body and the valve body is respectively arranged in the first fixing groove and the second fixing groove.

The anti-clogging explosion-proof valve according to claim 3, wherein a first sealing ring placing groove is formed on the upper end surface of the valve body corresponding to the piston body ring, and a second sealing ring placing groove is formed on the lower end surface of the valve body covering the vent hole ring, and the first sealing ring placing groove and the second sealing ring placing groove are respectively provided with a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring in an interference fit manner.
6. The anti-clogging explosion valve according to claim 5, wherein a shield fixing groove is formed around the central hole in the valve body, and a valve body fixing protrusion is formed around the inner side surface of the shield in a manner of being adapted to the shield fixing groove.
7. The anti-clogging explosion-proof valve according to claim 5, wherein the shield has a flange, and the valve body has a flange fixing protrusion corresponding to the flange.

The anti-clogging explosion valve according to claim 1, wherein the valve body is provided with an installation part for installing the explosion valve, the installation part is provided with a through hole, a countersunk through hole or a threaded hole, and the valve body is annularly provided with an annular airtight tool groove.
9. A method of making an anti-clog explosion valve according to any one of claims 6 to 8, comprising:
processing an aluminum alloy material into a piston body, a diaphragm pressing ring, a valve body and a connecting shaft semi-finished product according to a required structure and size, and performing anodic oxidation surface treatment to obtain the piston body, the diaphragm pressing ring, the valve body and the connecting shaft;
according to actual production needs, the protective cover is manufactured by adopting die stamping, stretch forming or metal pipe welding processing forming;
metal or plastic materials are selected and made into the upper cover and the valve core opening sheet through stamping or laser cutting, sand blasting and anodic oxidation treatment; or the upper cover and the valve core opening sheet are made of metal materials subjected to sand blasting and anodic oxidation by stamping or laser cutting;
selecting a waterproof breathable membrane, manufacturing the breathable membrane by adopting die cutting or laser cutting, placing the breathable membrane in a membrane placing groove of the piston body, and pressing the breathable membrane into the membrane pressing ring;
bonding the upper cover on the piston body pressed into the diaphragm pressure ring by using an adhesive to manufacture a piston;
respectively installing a first sealing ring and a second sealing ring in a first sealing ring placing groove and a second sealing ring placing groove of the valve body, coating thread locking glue on the connecting shaft and/or the joint of the piston body, and sequentially enabling the connecting shaft to pass through the spring and the valve body to be fixedly connected with the piston body;
and sleeving the protective cover on the protective cover fixing groove of the valve body, and fixing by adopting dotting, rolling or stamping processes to finally obtain the explosion-proof valve.
10. The method for manufacturing an anti-clogging explosion-proof valve according to claim 9, wherein after the pressing of the diaphragm pressing ring, the method further comprises: carrying out a first waterproof test on the piston body pressed into the diaphragm compression ring;
after the explosion-proof valve is manufactured, the method further comprises the following steps: and carrying out a second waterproof test, a ventilation test, an explosion-proof pressure test and an appearance test.
