the embodiment provides a method for managing inventory of medicines of a subpackaging machine, which is suitable for the system for managing inventory of medicines of the subpackaging machine in the first embodiment, and as shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following steps:

s5, when dosing operation is carried out, according to the information obtained after scanning the medicine stripping bar code, the medicine box code and the base bar code, the approval of medicine box and falling position is carried out, the dosing operation is carried out if approval is passed, and the alarm is given if approval is not passed;
and S6, generating a working record of the whole process after the dosing is finished, and evaluating the working quality of workers in each working link.
In this embodiment, the quantity of requested medicines (i.e., the quantity requested to be received) is calculated first, a medicine request receipt is generated according to the quantity requested to be received, the medicine request receipt is sent to a medicine supplier, the medicine supplier delivers the medicines according to the medicine request receipt, the goods are delivered to a post-worker for checking and warehousing, medicine stripping and centralized medicine charging are performed, and medicines (of the same kind) in a plurality of packaging boxes are loaded into a medicine storage tank and/or a medicine bag for storage. When medicine adding operation is needed, the medicine box is placed into the medicine subpackaging machine, then the medicine of the medicine storage tank and/or the medicine bag is poured into the medicine box, the medicine subpackaging machine carries out medicine adding operation according to medicine adding information, one medicine in the medicine box is output one by one, and the medicine is subpackaged in other devices, so that subpackaging of the medicine is completed.
In this embodiment, before generating the requisition form, a requisition setting is required, and drug characteristic information is set, where the drug characteristic information includes, but is not limited to, whether the drug is half-piece, whether the requisition amount needs to be automatically calculated, an influence coefficient of a wet season on drug storage, an influence coefficient of moisture absorption of the drug on storage, a weight occupied by inventory, a weight occupied by consumption, whether temporary storage is required, the number of temporary storage days, the number of single dosing, a drug packaging specification, a drug external packaging barcode, and a drug default requisition amount. After the request for the drug is set, a request for the drug supplier is provided when the drug supplier is to request the drug for the drug. After receiving the drug requisition, the drug supplier delivers the drug out of the warehouse, when receiving the drug, the staff checks the requisition and the delivery order of the supplier according to the requisition and the delivery order, detects whether the drug type and the drug quantity are correct, and can put the drug in the warehouse after checking the drug, the staff inputs the drug checking information into the system by scanning or/and inputting, and the database stores the drug checking information. The drug inventory information includes drug name, lot number, date of manufacture, expiration date, size, manufacturer, quantity, etc. When checking and warehousing are carried out, the system can identify the medicines approaching the effective period or overdue according to the medicine checking information and give an alarm. And when checking and warehousing, evaluating the supply quality and satisfaction degree of a medicine supplier according to the checking result. For drugs approaching expiration or expiration, the staff may negotiate with the supplier, return the goods or make up.
After warehousing, the staff unpacks the medicines of the packaging box to form bare chips, packs the medicines into plastic medicine bags which can be self-sealed one by one according to a fixed quantity, assembles a plurality of medicine bags of the same medicine into a temporary medicine storage tank (each medicine has a corresponding medicine storage tank), pastes a medicine stripping bar code label on the surface of the medicine bags or the medicine storage tanks, and then puts the medicine storage tanks into a goods shelf for temporary storage. When the subpackaging machine needs to add medicine, a worker takes out one or more medicine bags from the medicine storage tank and then pours the medicines in the medicine bags into the medicine box of the subpackaging machine, so that the subsequent subpackaging work of the medicine subpackaging machine is facilitated. The existing subpackaging mode is that in the subpackaging process of the subpackaging machine, a worker directly supplements medicines in a packaging box into a medicine box of the subpackaging machine for multiple times, so that the operation is troublesome, a medicine adding table net needs to be filled manually in the operation process, and the medicine adding process and the medicines need to be checked by two persons. In the embodiment, in the medicine peeling and charging process, a worker inputs medicine peeling information into a system in a scanning or/and input mode, and the database stores the medicine peeling information. And after the medicines in the medicine bags are poured into the medicine boxes of the medicine bag dividing and packing machine, medicine adding operation is carried out. The PDA dosing method comprises the following specific steps:
scanning a medicine peeling bar code on a medicine storage tank and/or a medicine bag to obtain medicine adding information, wherein the medicine adding information comprises a medicine box number A to be placed;
scanning a medicine box code on the medicine box to obtain a medicine box number B;
the medicine box number A and the medicine box number B are approved, the next step is carried out after the approval, and if the approval fails, the wrong alarm is given to the medicine box;
scanning a base bar code of a medicine box waiting position on the subpackaging machine to obtain a base number;
and (4) authorizing the base number and the medicine box number B, authorizing to pass the medicine adding operation, and if not, giving an alarm when the medicine box number B is in a wrong position.
The medicine divides chartered plane of this embodiment needs to carry out medicine box and the approval that falls to the position before adding medicine. Scanning a medicine peeling bar code on the medicine storage tank and/or the medicine bag to obtain medicine adding information, wherein the medicine adding information comprises a medicine name, a medicine box number A to be placed and the like. The medicine box sorting machine is characterized in that a plurality of bases used for placing medicine boxes are arranged on the bag sorting machine, a corresponding base bar code is printed on each base, the base bar codes are scanned to obtain base numbers, whether the medicine box numbers B are the medicine box numbers associated with the base numbers or not is judged, if not, the alarm that the medicine boxes are mistakenly located is sent out through voice or characters, and if yes, the medicine boxes are placed on the corresponding bases. After the medicine box approval and the position approval, the medicines in the medicine storage tank and/or the medicine bag are poured into the medicine box of the medicine dividing and packing machine, and the subsequent medicine adding operation is carried out.
The method for managing the drug inventory of the subpackaging machine further comprises a drug quality screening step; the medicine quality screening steps are as follows: screening the late-selling medicines close to the effective period within the appointed date range or the late-selling medicines within the warning period range, and displaying the medicine information of the late-selling medicines to a worker for checking through a display screen; after the staff check the medicine, obtain medicine quality inspection information, and store medicine quality inspection information in the database for follow-up inquiry analysis.

1. A dispensing machine drug inventory management system, comprising:
the request form generation unit is used for calculating the request quantity of the medicines according to the consumption quantity, the stock quantity and the medicine characteristics of the medicines and generating a medicine request form;
the system comprises a requisition acceptance unit, a checking unit and a checking unit, wherein the requisition acceptance unit is used for acquiring and storing the drug checking information when the staff checks the drug in a warehouse according to the requisition; the system is used for acquiring and storing medicine stripping information when workers carry out medicine stripping and centralized medicine collection processing; the medicine peeling bar code is generated according to the medicine peeling information, and is printed, so that a worker can conveniently paste the medicine peeling bar code label on a medicine storage tank and/or a medicine bag for centralized medicine charging;
the PDA dosing unit is used for authorizing the medicine box and the falling position according to the information obtained after scanning the medicine stripping bar code, the medicine box code and the base bar code when dosing operation is carried out, carrying out dosing operation if authorization is passed, and giving an alarm if authorization is not passed;
and the work evaluation unit is used for generating a work record of the whole process after the dosing is finished and evaluating the work quality of workers in each work link.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the requisition form generating unit is specifically configured to:
and sorting the medicines according to the contribution rate of the consumption, and calculating by combining the contribution rate, the consumption, the inventory and the medicine characteristics to obtain the requested quantity of each medicine and generate a medicine request form.

The system for managing the drug inventory of the packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the requisition acceptance unit is further configured to identify drugs approaching to an expiration date or expiration date according to the acquired drug inventory information and perform prompt alarm when the drugs are checked in storage; and the method is also used for evaluating the supply quality and the satisfaction degree of a medicine supplier according to the check result when the medicine is checked in a warehouse.

and (4) authorizing the base number and the medicine box number B, authorizing to pass the medicine adding operation, and if not, giving an alarm when the medicine box number B is in a wrong position.
5. The packaging machine drug inventory management system of claim 1, further comprising a please-lead setting unit;
the drug characteristic information comprises but is not limited to whether the drug is half-piece or not, whether the drug quantity is required to be automatically calculated, the influence coefficient of the drug storage in wet seasons, the influence coefficient of the drug storage due to moisture absorption, the weight occupied by inventory, the weight occupied by consumption, whether the temporary storage is required or not, the number of temporary storage days, the single dosing quantity, the drug packaging specification, the drug external packaging bar code and the drug default quantity required.

The packaging machine drug inventory management system according to claim 1, further comprising a drug quality screening unit for screening late-selling drugs approaching the expiration date within a specified date range or late-selling drugs within an alarm period range, and displaying drug information of the late-selling drugs to a worker for viewing.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein the drug quality screening unit is further configured to obtain drug quality inspection information after a worker views a drug, and store the drug quality inspection information in a database for subsequent query and analysis.
8. The system for managing drug inventory of a bale splitter as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a query requisition unit;
and the inquiry requisition unit is used for inquiring the requisition according to the appointed date range and/or the medicine supplier and/or the medicine name and printing the requisition or exporting the data file according to the printing instruction.
9. The system for managing the drug inventory of the subpackaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a subpackaging report management unit;
and the sub-package report management unit is used for managing the requisition sheet, the medicine checking information, the medicine stripping information and the medicine quality inspection information and generating various reports according to the categories.
10. A subpackaging machine drug inventory management method applied to the subpackaging machine drug inventory management system according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the following steps:
calculating the quantity of the requested medicines and generating a medicine request form according to the consumption, the inventory and the characteristics of the medicines;
when the staff checks and times the medicine is put in a warehouse according to the requisition, acquiring and storing the medicine checking information;
when workers carry out drug stripping and drug collection processing, drug stripping information is obtained and stored;
generating and printing a medicine stripping bar code according to the medicine stripping information so that a worker can paste the medicine stripping bar code label on a medicine storage tank and/or a medicine bag for centralized medicine charging;
when the medicine adding operation is carried out, medicine box and position approval is carried out according to information obtained after scanning the medicine stripping bar code, the medicine box code and the base bar code, the medicine adding operation is carried out if approval is passed, and an alarm is given if approval is not passed;
