comparing the patrol track of the patrol worker with a set patrol route, judging whether the patrol has missed detection, if so, prompting the missed detection, displaying the patrol track, patrol time information and patrol worker identity information, otherwise, storing the patrol track, the patrol time and the patrol worker identity information, and prompting the completion of the patrol;
meanwhile, sending the reference fingerprint information and the corresponding staff information to the patrol operation monitoring unit S2;
the database 1 is used for storing worker information for opening the cabinet door, time for opening the cabinet, worker information for operation, operation time, name or number of the operated cabinet, and movement track information and identity information of patrol workers each time.
According to the embodiment, the information management platform 2 is adopted to display and manage the patrol personnel and the operating personnel, and the database is adopted to store the information, so that manual management and card punching are not needed, and the management efficiency is improved.
Further, in this embodiment, the information management platform 2 is further configured to provide a port for the staff to access the database, set the information of the operator, and enter the fingerprint of the operator.

the patrol operation monitoring unit (S2) collects identity information of staff who open and operate the cabinet by adopting a mode of setting fingerprint identification equipment and two-dimensional code scanning equipment, and sends the collected information of the staff who open the cabinet, the time for opening the cabinet, the information of the staff who operate the cabinet, the operation time and the name or number of the operated cabinet to the information management unit (S1);
the information management unit (S1) is used for receiving the movement track and the patrol time information of the patrol worker, comparing the patrol track with the set patrol route, judging whether the patrol has missed detection, if so, prompting the missed detection, displaying the patrol track, the patrol time information and the identity information of the patrol worker, otherwise, storing the patrol track, the patrol time and the identity information of the patrol worker, and prompting the completion of the patrol;
simultaneously displaying and storing the received information of the staff opening the cabinet door, the time for opening the cabinet, the information of the staff operating the cabinet, the operating time and the name or the number of the operated cabinet;
the patrol route monitoring unit (S3) comprises a beacon information management platform (8), a Bluetooth gateway device (12), a plurality of first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (13), and a plurality of second Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (15);
the multiple first low-power-consumption Bluetooth beacon devices (13) are respectively arranged at different information acquisition points, acquire ID information of a second low-power-consumption Bluetooth beacon device (15) entering a self broadcasting range, establish wireless connection, establish connection with the second low-power-consumption Bluetooth beacon device entering the self signal broadcasting range, acquire a motion track of the second low-power-consumption Bluetooth beacon device, and send the self ID information and the motion track of the second low-power-consumption Bluetooth beacon device entering the self broadcasting range to the beacon information management platform (8) through the Bluetooth gateway device (12);
the beacon information management platform (8) is used for receiving the ID information of the first Bluetooth low energy beacon device (13), the ID information of the second Bluetooth low energy beacon device (15) and the motion track in the broadcast signal range of different first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (13), arranging the motion tracks of the second Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (15) with the same ID, which are sent by different first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (13), according to the time sequence of the received information, acquiring the motion track of the patrol staff corresponding to each second Bluetooth low energy beacon device (15) in the substation, and sending the motion track, the identity information and the patrol time of the patrol staff to the information management unit (S1);
the Bluetooth gateway device (12) is used for receiving the information sent by the first Bluetooth low energy beacon device (13) and uploading the received information to the beacon information management platform (8) through a wireless network;
the plurality of second Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (15) are used for being configured for different patrol personnel, the second Bluetooth low energy beacon devices (15) are used for broadcasting ID information of the second Bluetooth low energy beacon devices in real time, establishing communication connection with the first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices after receiving broadcast signals of the first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices, and giving an alarm when the first Bluetooth low energy beacon devices are connected to a new Bluetooth terminal.

The substation patrol supervision system according to claim 1, further comprising a mobile terminal device (14), wherein the first bluetooth low energy beacon device (13) sends the entry time and the information collection point number information to the mobile terminal device (14) entering into its broadcast range.
3. Substation patrol supervision system according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the patrol operation monitoring unit (S2) comprises a first wireless communication circuit (4), a first sub-controller (5), a fingerprint identification device (6) and a plurality of electronic locks (7);
the electronic locks (7) are respectively arranged on the door of the operation cabinet, and the switch control signal input end of each electronic lock (7) is connected with the trigger signal output end of one fingerprint identification device (6);
the fingerprint identification equipment (6) is used for identifying fingerprints, matching the identified fingerprint information with preset reference fingerprint information, successfully sending an unlocking trigger signal to an electronic lock (7) connected with the fingerprint identification equipment, and opening the cabinet; meanwhile, sending the label of the fingerprint information successfully identified to the first sub-controller (5);
the first sub-controller (5) is used for receiving the staff information and the corresponding fingerprint information sent by the information management unit (S1);
meanwhile, reference fingerprint information is preset for the fingerprint identification device (6), the preset fingerprints are labeled, and staff information corresponding to each fingerprint label is stored; receiving the label of the fingerprint information successfully identified, acquiring the information of the staff who opens the cabinet, and sending the information of the staff who opens the cabinet and the time for opening the cabinet to the information management unit (S1) through the first wireless communication circuit (4);
the first wireless communication circuit (4) is used for receiving the information of the staff opening the cabinet and the time for opening the cabinet sent by the first sub-controller (5) and sending the information to the information management unit (S1) through a wireless network; and transmits the received reference fingerprint information and the corresponding worker information transmitted from the information management unit (S1) to the first sub-controller (5).

The substation patrol supervision system according to claim 3, wherein the patrol operation monitoring unit (S2) further comprises n subunits, each subunit comprising a second sub wireless communication circuit (9), a second sub controller (10), a two-dimensional code identification suite (11) and insulating gloves;
the insulating gloves are used for being worn by workers during operation, and two-dimensional codes for identifying the identities of the workers are printed on positions, corresponding to palm centers, of the insulating gloves;
the two-dimensional code identification suite (11) is respectively sleeved on an operating handle in the operating cabinet and used for identifying two-dimensional code information on the insulating gloves and identifying the identity of an operator; and sending the identity information of the identified operator to the second sub-controller (10);
the second sub-controller (10) is used for receiving the identity information of the operator sent by the two-dimensional code identification suite (11), and sending the received identity information of the operator, the received operation time and the received operation cabinet name to the information management unit (S1) through the second sub-wireless communication circuit (9).

the database (1) is used for storing the information of the staff who opens the cabinet door each time, the time for opening the cabinet, the information of the staff who operates, the operation time, the name or the number of the operated cabinet, the motion track information of the patrol staff and the identity information.
