In the processes of product assembly and production and the like, detection equipment (such as solder paste detection SPI equipment, automatic optical inspection AOI equipment, dispensing detection equipment, auxiliary material detection equipment and the like) is an extremely important part.
In order to ensure the accuracy of detection, in the actual production process, the detection result of the detection device is often subjected to re-judgment, and the distribution processing and the like of the detected related products are performed. One common method is to perform equipment layout according to a flow of detection equipment, manual re-judgment and next procedure, namely, qualified products can flow to the next procedure directly without re-judgment, unqualified products need to wait for manual re-judgment, part of the unqualified products can be accepted and then released to the next procedure, and the other part of the unqualified products still needs to be maintained; however, this solution requires a labor force to be allocated to each production line, resulting in high labor cost. Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a product detection method, a product detection device, a computer readable storage medium and a detection system, which can reduce the cost of production processing flows such as re-judgment of detection results of the detection device and allocation processing of related products.

and if the detection equipment receives feedback information sent by the information processing equipment, instructing the cache equipment to process the products which are unqualified for prejudgment according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information comprises judgment information of the products which are unqualified for prejudgment.

The specific detection mode and setting mode of the detection device can be various. For example, in some embodiments, the detection device may be located in a production line through which the product passes, that is, the product may pass through the interior of the detection device, pass through the detection device, and be transported to another device or location via a conveyor or the like. In some examples, the cache device may classify the predetermined unqualified product and the predetermined qualified product, so as to perform different treatments on the classified products, for example, different transmission paths may be respectively adopted, the classified products are transmitted to different nodes, and the like. For example, the predetermined unqualified product may be indicated by an NG signal, and the predetermined qualified product may be indicated by an OK signal. The detection device may also perform information transmission with the cache device in a wired transmission manner or a wireless transmission manner. For example, in some examples, the detection device and the cache device may be in a production line, and thus, serial communication may be performed according to a communication standard between production line devices, so as to achieve information transmission. Alternatively, the detection device may transmit information through a local area network, a wide area network, or the like.
Step S104, if the detection device receives feedback information sent by the information processing device, instructing the cache device to process the pre-determined unqualified product according to the feedback information, where the feedback information includes determination information for the pre-determined unqualified product.
In this embodiment, the feedback information may include feedback for the detection information. Each detection device is connected with the same information processing device through a local area network. According to the embodiment of the application, the detection information of the detection equipment can be processed through the information processing equipment, and the number of the detection equipment connected with the information processing equipment can be unlimited, so that the labor cost, the hardware cost and the like are reduced, and the automation degree is improved; and after the detection information is generated, the detection information can be sent to the information processing equipment through the detection equipment, so that the prejudged unqualified products can be timely and efficiently re-judged and feedback information can be obtained, the cache equipment can be more efficiently indicated to further process the prejudged unqualified products, the retention time of the prejudged unqualified products in the cache equipment is shortened, the cache equipment does not need to re-judge after the products reach the cache equipment manually, the processing efficiency of a product detection flow is improved, and the processing time is shortened.
It should be understood that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not imply an execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.

According to the embodiment of the application, the detection information of the detection equipment can be processed through the information processing equipment, and the number of the detection equipment connected with the information processing equipment can be unlimited, so that the labor cost, the hardware cost and the like are reduced, and the automation degree is improved; and after the detection information is generated, the detection information can be sent to the information processing equipment through the detection equipment, so that the prejudged unqualified products can be timely and efficiently re-judged and feedback information can be obtained, the cache equipment can be more efficiently indicated to further process the prejudged unqualified products, the retention time of the prejudged unqualified products in the cache equipment is shortened, the cache equipment does not need to re-judge after the products reach the cache equipment manually, the processing efficiency of a product detection flow is improved, and the processing time is shortened.
It should be noted that, for the information interaction, execution process, and other contents between the above-mentioned devices/units, the specific functions and technical effects thereof are based on the same concept as those of the embodiment of the method of the present application, and specific reference may be made to the part of the embodiment of the method, which is not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned functions may be distributed as different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus may be divided into different functional units or modules to implement all or part of the above-mentioned functions. As shown in fig. 5, the detection apparatus 500 of this embodiment includes: at least one processor 50 (only one is shown in fig. 5), a memory 51, and a computer program 52 stored in the memory 51 and executable on the at least one processor 50, wherein the processor 50 implements the steps of any of the above-mentioned respective product inspection method embodiments when executing the computer program 52.
For example, the detection device may include a Solder Paste Inspection (SPI) device, an Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) device, a dispensing detection device, an auxiliary material detection device, and the like. The detection device may include, but is not limited to, a processor 50, a memory 51. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 5 is merely an example of the detection device 500, and does not constitute a limitation of the detection device 500, and may include more or less components than those shown, or combine certain components, or different components, such as may also include input devices, output devices, network access devices, etc. The input device may include a keyboard, a touch pad, a fingerprint sensor (for collecting fingerprint information of a user and direction information of a fingerprint), a microphone, a camera, and the like, and the output device may include a display, a speaker, and the like.
The Processor 50 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 50 may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field-Programmable Gate arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The memory 51 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the detection device 500, such as a hard disk or a memory of the detection device 500, the memory 51 may in other embodiments also be an external storage device of the detection device 500, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. the memory 51 may further include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the detection device 500, the memory 51 may be used to store an operating system, applications, Boot loader (Boot L loader), data, other programs, etc., such as program codes of the computer program, etc., the memory 51 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been or will be output.
In addition, although not shown, the detection device 500 may further include a network connection module, such as a bluetooth module Wi-Fi module, a cellular network module, and the like, which is not described herein again.
In this embodiment, when the processor 50 executes the computer program 52 to implement the steps in any of the product detection method embodiments, the detection information of the detection device may be processed by an information processing device, and the number of the detection devices connected to the information processing device may not be limited, so that the labor cost and the hardware cost are reduced, and the automation degree is improved; and after the detection information is generated, the detection information can be sent to the information processing equipment through the detection equipment, so that the prejudged unqualified products can be timely and efficiently re-judged and feedback information can be obtained, the cache equipment can be more efficiently indicated to further process the prejudged unqualified products, the retention time of the prejudged unqualified products in the cache equipment is shortened, the cache equipment does not need to re-judge after the products reach the cache equipment manually, the processing efficiency of a product detection flow is improved, and the processing time is shortened.
The embodiments of the present application further provide a computer-readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the computer program implements the steps in the above method embodiments.
The embodiments of the present application provide a computer program product, which when running on a detection device, enables the detection device to implement the steps in the above method embodiments when executed.
The embodiment of the application provides a detection system. Fig. 6 shows a schematic structural diagram of a detection system provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the detection system 8 includes an information processing device 600, at least one detection device 500, and at least one cache device 700, wherein the information processing device 600 is connected to each detection device 500, and any detection device 500 is connected to one cache device 700;
any of the above detection devices 500, configured to obtain detection information of a product set, where the product set includes at least one product; if the detection information indicates that the product set has a prejudged unqualified product, generating a first operation signal, wherein the first operation signal is used for indicating the cache device to suspend downstream transmission of the prejudged unqualified product; sending the detection information to an information processing device, and sending the first operation signal to a cache device; if the detection equipment receives feedback information sent by the information processing equipment, the cache equipment is instructed to process the products which are unqualified for prejudgment according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information comprises judgment information of the products which are unqualified for prejudgment;
the information processing device 600 is configured to, if the detection information sent by the detection device is received, generate feedback information according to the detection information and send the feedback information to the detection device, where the feedback information includes determination information for the pre-determined unqualified product;
any one of the cache devices 700, configured to suspend the downstream transmission of the pre-determined unqualified product if the first operation signal is received; and processing the prejudged unqualified product according to the indication obtained by the detection equipment based on the feedback information.
In some embodiments, the detection device 500 and the information processing device 600 perform data transmission via a local area network, and the detection device 500 and the cache device 700 perform data transmission via serial communication.
The integrated unit may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium if it is implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a separate product. Based on such understanding, all or part of the processes in the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium and can implement the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above when the computer program is executed by a processor. Claims (10)

1. A method of product inspection, comprising:
acquiring detection information of a product set through detection equipment, wherein the product set comprises at least one product;
if the detection information indicates that the product set has the products which are not qualified in advance, generating a first operation signal, wherein the first operation signal is used for indicating the cache device to suspend to convey the products which are not qualified in advance to the downstream;
sending the detection information to information processing equipment through the detection equipment, and sending the first operation signal to cache equipment;
and if the detection equipment receives feedback information sent by the information processing equipment, indicating the cache equipment to process the products which are unqualified for prejudgment according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information comprises judgment information of the products which are unqualified for prejudgment.
2. The product detection method according to claim 1, wherein the instructing, if the detection device receives feedback information sent by the information processing device, the cache device to process the pre-determined unqualified product according to the feedback information comprises:
and if the detection equipment receives feedback information sent by the information processing equipment, generating a second operation signal according to the feedback information and sending the second operation signal to the cache equipment, wherein the second operation signal is used for indicating the cache equipment to determine whether to continue to convey the unqualified products to the downstream according to the judgment information.
3. The product detection method according to claim 2, wherein if the determination information in the feedback information determines that the pre-determined unqualified product is unqualified, the second operation signal is used for instructing the cache device to convey the pre-determined unqualified product to a preset outlet;
and if the judgment information in the feedback information judges that the products which are not qualified in advance are qualified, the second operation signal is used for indicating to continuously convey the products which are not qualified in advance to the downstream.
4. The product inspection method according to claim 1, wherein the first operation signal is used for instructing a buffer device to suspend downstream conveying of the unqualified products, and to remove the unqualified products from a conveying path and store the unqualified products in a target space in the buffer device, wherein the conveying path is a path for conveying the products in the product collection from the buffer device to the downstream.
5. The product detection method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the detection information indicates that the product set comprises pre-judged qualified products, generating a third operation signal, wherein the third operation signal is used for indicating a cache device to transmit the pre-judged qualified products downstream.
6. The product detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein data transmission is performed between the detection device and the information processing device through a local area network, and data transmission is performed between the detection device and the cache device through serial port communication.
7. A product testing device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a detection module and a processing module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring detection information of a product set, and the product set comprises at least one product;
a first generating module, configured to generate a first operation signal if the detection information indicates that a pre-determined unqualified product exists in the product set, where the first operation signal is used to instruct a cache device to suspend downstream transmission of the pre-determined unqualified product;
the sending module is used for sending the detection information to information processing equipment and sending the first operation signal to cache equipment;
and the indicating module is used for indicating the cache device to process the prejudged unqualified product according to the feedback information if the detection device receives the feedback information sent by the information processing device, wherein the feedback information comprises judgment information of the prejudged unqualified product.
8. An inspection apparatus comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the product inspection method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a product detection method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.

A detection system is characterized by comprising information processing equipment, at least one detection device and at least one cache device, wherein the information processing equipment is respectively connected with the detection devices, and any detection device is connected with one cache device;
any one of the detection devices is used for acquiring detection information of a product set, wherein the product set comprises at least one product; if the detection information indicates that the product set has the products which are not qualified in advance, generating a first operation signal, wherein the first operation signal is used for indicating the cache device to suspend to convey the products which are not qualified in advance to the downstream; sending the detection information to information processing equipment, and sending the first operation signal to cache equipment; if the detection equipment receives feedback information sent by the information processing equipment, the cache equipment is instructed to process the products which are unqualified for prejudgment according to the feedback information, wherein the feedback information comprises judgment information of the products which are unqualified for prejudgment;
the information processing device is configured to generate feedback information according to the detection information and send the feedback information to the detection device if the detection information sent by the detection device is received, where the feedback information includes determination information for the pre-determined unqualified product;
any one of the cache devices is used for suspending downstream transmission of the prejudged unqualified product if the first operation signal is received; and processing the prejudged unqualified product according to the indication obtained by the detection equipment based on the feedback information.
