step two: in the process of natural gas leakage, when natural gas leaks and is discharged from the gas outlet pipe 5, the gas sensor 24 recognizes that the natural gas leaks, the controller controls the motor to be started first, after the motor is started for a period of time, the rack bar 256 is driven to move through the meshing action of the gear 255 and the rack bar 256, the clamping block 252 is moved to seal the gas outlet pipe 5, the motor is started for a period of time and then is closed, finally, the electric control valve 11 is started, the sealing oil 10 flows into the L-shaped feeding pipe 20 under the self gravity, and then flows into the oil storage tank 14, the sealing oil 10 flows into the gas outlet pipe 5 all the time, the space between the valve 6 and the outlet of the gas outlet pipe 5 is filled, when the content of the sealing oil 10 reaches a proper height, the floating ball 16 is driven to move upwards, the lifting rod 21 is moved downwards through the lever principle, so that the sealing plug 19 is driven to block the L-shaped feeding pipe 20, and then the sealing oil 10 is reduced to flow into the oil storage tank 14 all the time, thereby completing the blocking and sealing of the air outlet pipe 5,
the height of the added sealing oil in the first step is 20 cm, and the starting time of the motor in the second step is 5 s.

A leakage-proof natural gas closing device comprises a transport vehicle (1), a vehicle plate (2) and a natural gas storage tank (3), and is characterized in that the vehicle plate (2) is installed on the rear end face of the transport vehicle (1), and the upper surface of the vehicle plate (2) is connected with the natural gas storage tank (3) through a plurality of uniformly arranged shock absorption supports (4); the bottom of the rear side face of the natural gas storage tank (3) is connected with an air outlet pipe (5), a box body (12) is arranged outside the rear side face of the natural gas storage tank (3), the lower end face of the box body (12) is connected with a plurality of supporting rods (8), a baffle plate (7) is arranged below the box body (12), the rear end face of the baffle plate (7) is connected with the adjacent supporting rods (8), and a leakage-proof blocking mechanism (25) is arranged on the baffle plate (7); the sealing oil (10) is filled in the box body (12), the upper surface of the box body (12) is communicated with a feeding hopper (13), one side surface of the bottom of the box body (12) is connected with an L-shaped feeding pipe (20), the air outlet pipe (5) is close to the central position and is communicated with an oil storage tank (14) through a connecting pipe (17), the other end of the L-shaped feeding pipe (20) penetrates through the upper surface of the oil storage tank (14) and extends into the oil storage tank (14), an electric control valve (11) is installed at the horizontal end of the L-shaped feeding pipe (20), a lifting rod (21) is arranged inside the vertical end of the L-shaped feeding pipe (20), the bottom surface of the inside of the oil storage tank (14) is connected with a limiting rod (23), the other end of the limiting rod (23) is rotatably connected with a first swinging rod (15) through a first pin shaft (18), one end of the first swinging rod (15) is connected with a floating ball (16), the other end of the first swinging rod (15) is rotatably connected with the lower end of the lifting rod (21) through a second pin shaft (22), the upper end of the lifting rod (21) is fixedly connected with a sealing plug (19); a gas sensor (24) is arranged in one end of the gas outlet pipe (5) close to the outlet, and a valve (6) is arranged at the other end of the gas outlet pipe (5).

An anti-leakage natural gas closing device according to claim 1, wherein the damping bracket (4) is composed of a clamping plate (40), two arc frames (41), a pin shaft three (42), a swing lever two (44), a slider one (45), a spring one (46), a U-shaped block (47), a slider two (48) and a spring two (49), the two arc frames (41) are symmetrically arranged about the natural gas storage tank (3) and connected with the lower arc surface, the inside of the arc frame (41) is slidably connected with the slider one (45), the lower side surface of the slider one (45) is connected with the lower inner side wall of the arc frame (41) through the spring one (46), the upper surface of the vehicle plate (2) is provided with sliding grooves (43) with the same number as the damping bracket (4), the inside of the sliding grooves (43) is slidably connected with the slider two (48) symmetrically arranged about the natural gas storage tank (3), the upper surface of the second sliding block (48) is connected with a U-shaped block (47), the U-shaped block (47) is rotatably connected with a second swinging rod (44) through a third pin shaft (42), the outer side surface of the first sliding block (45) is connected with two clamping plates (40) which are arranged in parallel, the other end of the second swinging rod (44) is rotatably connected with the two clamping plates (40), and two inner side walls of the sliding groove (43) are respectively connected with the second adjacent sliding block (48) through a second spring (49).

A leakage-proof natural gas closing device according to claim 1, wherein the leakage-proof blocking mechanism (25) is composed of a clamping groove (251), a clamping block (252), a limiting block (253), a gear (255), a rack bar (256) and a motor, the motor is installed on the rear end face of the baffle (7), the output end of the motor penetrates through the baffle (7) and is connected with the gear (255), the limiting block (253) is connected on the front end face of the baffle (7), an empty groove (254) is formed inside the limiting block (253), the rack bar (256) is slidably connected inside the empty groove (254), the rack bar (256) is meshed with the gear (255), the clamping block (252) is connected to the other end of the rack bar (256), and a clamping groove (251) matched with the gas outlet pipe (5) is formed in the other side face of the clamping block (252).

A leak-proof natural gas shut-off device according to claim 3, characterized in that a controller is further installed on the rear end face of the baffle (7), the input end of the controller is electrically connected with the gas sensor (24), and the output end of the controller is electrically connected with the motor and the electrically controlled valve (11), respectively.
5. A leak resistant natural gas closure as claimed in claim 1, wherein a U-shaped transparent tube is connected to the other side of the tank (12).
6. Leak-proof natural gas closure device according to claim 1, characterized in that the top of the feed hopper (13) is fitted with a dust plug and inside the feed hopper (13) is provided with a filter mantle.
7. A leak-proof natural gas shut-off device according to claim 4, characterized in that a first annular rubber gasket is attached to the lower side of the sealing plug (19), and a second annular rubber gasket is attached to the inner side wall of the groove (251).
8. Use of a leak resistant natural gas closure apparatus as in any one of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
the method comprises the following steps: in the natural gas storage process, the power supply of the controller is turned off by opening the valve (6), the height of the internal sealing oil (10) of the box body (12) is observed through the U-shaped transparent pipe (9), a proper amount of sealing oil (10) is added, natural gas is introduced into the natural gas storage tank (3), the natural gas is confirmed to be completely introduced into the natural gas storage tank (3), the valve (6) is closed, and the controller is turned on;
step two: in the natural gas leakage process, when natural gas leaks and is discharged from the gas outlet pipe (5), the gas sensor (24) identifies that the natural gas leaks, the controller controls the motor to be started firstly, after the motor is started for a period of time, the gear (255) and the rack rod (256) are meshed, so that the rack rod (256) is driven to move, the clamping block (252) moves to seal the gas outlet pipe (5), the motor is started for a period of time and then is closed, finally, the electric control valve (11) is started, the sealing oil (10) flows into the L-shaped feeding pipe (20) under the action of self gravity, so that the sealing oil flows into the oil storage tank (14), the sealing oil (10) flows into the gas outlet pipe (5) all the time to fill the space between the valve (6) and the outlet of the gas outlet pipe (5), when the content of the sealing oil (10) reaches a proper height, the floating ball (16) is driven to move upwards, and the floating ball (21) is moved downwards through the lever principle, thereby driving the sealing plug (19) to block the L-shaped feeding pipe (20), reducing the sealing oil (10) to flow into the oil storage tank (14) all the time, and completing the blocking and sealing of the air outlet pipe (5).
9. A method of using a leak resistant natural gas shut off device, as in claim 8, wherein the seal oil added in step one is at a height of 20-25 cm and the motor on time in step two is 5-7 s.
