The household appliance 100 includes a cavity 10, a door 20, and a door opening mechanism 30. The door body 20 is rotatably coupled to the front portion 11 of the cavity 10 by a rotation shaft 40. The chamber 10 is opened with a chamber 12. The chamber 12 is formed with an opening 14 at the front 11 of the chamber 10. The door opening mechanism 30 is installed at the chamber 10. The door opening mechanism 30 and the rotating shaft 40 are located on the upper side 144 and the lower side 142 of the opening 14, respectively. The door opening mechanism 30 includes a pusher 32. The door opening mechanism 30 is used for driving the pushing piece 32 to move so as to push the door body 20 open.
In the household appliance 100, the pushing member 32 applies a force to the door 20 on the upper side 144 of the opening 14 to push the door 20, so that the difficulty in opening the door can be reduced, and the implementation cost can be reduced. In addition, the door opening mechanism 30 is installed at the upper side 144 of the opening 14 of the chamber 10, and there is a sufficient installation space.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the chamber 12 is provided with an opening 14 at the front 11 of the chamber 10, an upper side 144 of the opening 14 may be provided with the door opening mechanism 30, and a lower side 142 of the opening 14 may be provided with the rotating shaft 40. The chamber 10 is rotatably connected to the bottom of the door 20 by a rotating shaft 40. In the embodiment of the present invention, the door body 20 is not provided with a handle, that is, the door body 20 without a handle. The control box 13 is provided with a touch screen 132. The home appliance 100 includes a controller (not shown). The controller is connected to the touch screen 132 and the door opening mechanism 30. The controller is used for controlling the door opening mechanism 30 to drive the pushing piece 32 to move so as to push the door body 20 according to the control instruction output by the touch screen 132. Thus, the door opening mechanism 30 is controlled to drive the pushing piece 32 to push the door body 20 open under the control of the controller, so that the automatic door opening of the household appliance 100 can be realized.
Specifically, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 9, the control box 13 is fixedly disposed at the front portion 11 of the cavity 10, and a touch screen 132 is disposed on a surface of the control box 13. The controller is connected to the touch screen 132 and the door opening mechanism 30. The controller can drive the pushing member 32 of the door opening mechanism 30 through a control instruction output by the touch screen 132, and the pushing member 32 can push the door body 20 open. In one example, when the door 20 of the electric home appliance 100 is automatically opened, the user may touch the interface of the touch screen 132 to input a related control command in the interface of the touch screen 132. The controller can receive the control instruction output by the touch screen 132, and control the door opening mechanism 30 according to the control instruction, so as to control the pushing member 32 of the door opening mechanism 30 to move, thereby realizing the automatic door opening operation of the household appliance 100 and saving certain manpower.
In addition, the interface of the touch screen 132 may be provided with a plurality of keys with different functions, such as a standby touch key, an open door touch key, a main switch key, and the like. The type of the key can be a virtual key or a physical key, and the physical key comprises a knob, a button, a sliding key, a roller wheel and the like. And is not particularly limited herein.
In addition, the control command output by the touch screen 132 can be from at least one of an input component of the household appliance 100 and a terminal of the household appliance 100 in wireless communication, and the controller can control different functions of the door opening mechanism 30, such as controlling the door opening mechanism 30 to drive the pushing member 32 to move, according to the received control command related to the touch screen 132. In the present embodiment, the input component of the household appliance 100 may include a voice input component, a physical key or a touch screen 132, and the like. And is not particularly limited herein.
The voice input component may include a microphone, and a user may be used to input specific voice information, which may be used as a control command for the door opening mechanism 30, so that the controller controls the state of the door opening mechanism 30 according to the voice information. In one example, the user inputs "open the door" to the voice input assembly, and at this time, the voice input assembly converts "open the door" into an electrical signal and performs analog-to-digital conversion, converts voice information into digital information, and transmits a control instruction to the controller, so that the controller opens the control door 20.
The terminal in wireless communication with the household appliance 100 may include, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a personal computer, a tablet computer, a smart wearable device, other household appliances 100, and the like, installed with a corresponding operation APP. The wireless communication can be realized through modes such as WIFI, Bluetooth, infrared and wireless mobile communication (such as 4G, 5G and the like). In this embodiment, the household appliance 100 can perform wireless communication with the terminal through WIFI, so that the touch screen 132 outputs a control instruction to the controller, and the door opening mechanism 30 can drive the pushing member 32 to push the door body 20 open.
In some embodiments, a first air duct 22 is provided in the door 20. The household appliance 100 comprises an air duct member 16 provided at the top of the cavity 10. A fan 162 is provided in the air duct member 16. The air duct member 16 is opened with a second air duct 164. An inlet 1642 of the second air duct 164 is communicated with the first air duct 22, and an outlet 1644 of the second air duct 164 is communicated with a gap between the top of the door body 20 and the control box 13. Thus, the second air duct 164 can effectively reduce the temperature in the door 20 and the cavity 10 by the flowing of the air flow, thereby prolonging the service life of the household appliance 100 and improving the stability and safety of the household appliance 100 during operation.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the first air duct 22 may be disposed in the door 20, and the second air duct 164 may be disposed in the air duct 16. A fan 162 may be disposed within the air duct member 16. In this embodiment, the first duct 22 may be an air inlet duct, and the external cold air may enter the first duct 22 from the bottom of the door 20. The fan 162 rotates rapidly, so that negative pressure is formed in the first air duct 22, and cold air at the bottom of the door 20 is sucked into the first air duct 22. Since the air flow at the first air duct 22 is a cool air flow from the outside, the first air duct 22 can also be a cool air channel. When the external cold air flows through the first air duct 22, the cold air in the first air duct 22 can effectively reduce the temperature of the door body 20, so that the temperature rise of the glass door of the door body 20 can be greatly reduced by the cold air in the first air duct 22, and the damage caused when a user touches the door body 20 with an excessively high temperature is avoided.
The second air duct 164 may be an air outlet duct. The air duct member 16 with the second air duct 164 can be connected to the top of the cavity 10, and during the operation of the household electrical appliance 100, the hot air flow emitted around the cavity 10 can flow into the second air duct 164, at this time, since the first air duct 22 is communicated with the inlet 1642 of the second air duct 164, the cold air in the first air duct 22 can flow to the second air duct 164, and both the cold air flow and the hot air flow in the second air duct 164, so that the cold air flow can effectively reduce the temperature of the hot air flow. Moreover, since the outlet 1644 of the second air duct 164 is connected to the gap between the top of the door 20 and the control box 13, the air flow can be discharged out of the household appliance 100 through the gap between the top of the door 20 and the control box 13. Thus, the second air duct 164 can be used for dissipating heat of the household appliance 100, and therefore the second air duct 164 can also be a heat dissipating channel. The second air duct 164 can effectively reduce the temperature inside the household appliance 100 and take away heat, so that the environmental temperature of the electric device and the electric control is at a proper temperature, thereby prolonging the service life of the household appliance 100 and improving the stability and safety of the household appliance 100 during operation.
In certain embodiments, the second air plenum 164 includes spaced upper and lower air passages 1646, 1648. The air duct member 16 includes a connecting space 1647 communicating the upper air duct 1646 and the lower air duct 1648. The fan 162 is located in the connecting space 1647. The lower air duct 1648 communicates with the first air duct 22. The upper duct 1646 communicates with a gap between the top of the door body 20 and the control box 13. So, because second wind channel 164 separates into two wind channels, avoid the interact of air inlet and air-out, guarantee the stable flow of air current.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, the arrows in the figure may be the flow direction of the airflow. The second air duct 164 may be a bidirectional air duct, which is an upper air duct 1646 and a lower air duct 1648, the upper air duct 1646 and the lower air duct 1648 are spaced apart from each other, a connecting space 1647 is provided to connect the upper air duct 1646 and the lower air duct 1648, a fan 162 may be provided in the connecting space 1647, in this embodiment, the fan 162 may be a vortex fan 162, and during the operation of the household appliance 100, the first air duct 22 is communicated with the lower air duct 1648, the air flow of the first air duct 22 may flow into the lower air duct 1648, pass through the fan 162 at the connecting space 1647, and be driven to flow by the rotation of the fan 162, the air flow can then enter the uptake 1646, the air flow can flow in the uptake 1646, because the upper air duct 1646 is communicated with the gap between the top of the door body 20 and the control box 13, the air flow at the upper air duct 1646 can flow to the gap, and then discharged to the outside of the home appliance 100 from the gap, thereby realizing circulation of air flow in the home appliance 100 and improving the heat dissipation effect of the home appliance 100.
