本发明公开了一种多层海绵面料,属于纺织技术领域。所述多层海绵面料包括底层,所述底层的上方设置海绵层,所述海绵层的上方设置有外层,所述外层的表面设置有一层防护涂层,所述多层海绵面料中竖直穿插有S型弹簧状的纳米碳膜管,所述底层为纯棉纤维,所述纯棉纤维的下方设置有一层防滑材料,所述海绵层由第一、第二、第三海绵层制成,所述第二海绵层位于第一和第三海绵层中间,所述第一海绵层中设置有玻璃纤维管,所述第二海绵层中设置有银纤维制成的网筛,所述第三海绵层中设置有纳米活性炭,所述外层为块状的绒毛,所述防护涂层为耐磨涂料。该面料具有良好的弹力及较高的抗拉强度,且在长时间使用中海绵体不会变形,不易损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别涉及一种多层海绵面料。
背景技术
随着我国经济的飞速发展,我国纺织工业也面临着新的机遇和挑战。一方面棉纺织工业面临着传统的产品品种因缺乏新面貌、新功能而正在不断地逐渐退出国际市场的新形势;另一方面我国传统的纺织设备因效率低、用工多、适应性差、成本高而难以继续。虽然我国纺织工业的用工成本从国际市场上来看仍然占有一定的优势,但这一优势正在丧失之中。海绵具有网孔细、弹力强及较强的防静电功能,现被广泛应用于家居用品的制造领域。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中,发现现有技术中至少存在以下缺陷:现有技术下的家居用品制造领域所用的海绵弹力及抗拉强度不够,时间一长便会导致海绵体变形,使得很容易损坏,同时制造成本较高,且现有的家居海绵不仅不能用在潮湿的地方,而且柔软性也不能够满足现代人们追求舒适度的要求,使得适用范围受到限制。
发明内容
为了解决的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种多层海绵面料。所述技术方案如下:
本发明实施例提供了一种多层海绵面料,所述多层海绵面料包括底层(1),所述底层(1)的上方设置海绵层,所述海绵层的上方设置有外层(5),所述外层(5)的表面设置有一层防护涂层(6),所述多层海绵面料中竖直穿插有S型弹簧状的纳米碳膜管(8),所述底层(1)为纯棉纤维,所述纯棉纤维的下方设置有一层防滑材料(7),所述海绵层由第一、第二、第三海绵层(4)制成,所述第二海绵层(3)位于第一和第三海绵层(4)中间,所述第一海绵层(2)中设置有玻璃纤维管(9),所述第二海绵层(3)中设置有银纤维制成的网筛(10),所述第三海绵层(4)中设置有纳米活性炭,所述外层(5)为块状的绒毛(10),所述防护涂层(6)为耐磨涂料。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述玻璃纤维管(9)为长条形,均匀平行排列,所述银纤维网筛(10)的网眼为60目,所述纳米活性炭采用胶水粘在所述第三海绵层(4)中。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述第一海绵层(2)的密度为所述第二海绵层(3)的二倍,所述第二海绵层(3)的密度为所述第三海绵层(4)的三倍,所述第一、第二、第三海绵层(4)的厚度相同。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述绒毛(10)以菱形散布,紧密排列在一起。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述S型弹簧状的纳米碳膜管(8)竖直穿插在底层(1)、海绵层、外层(5)中。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述底层(1)、海绵层和外层(5)使用粘胶剂连接在一起。
在一个优选的实施例中,所述底层(1)纯棉纤维中设置有贮水体(12)。

本发明提供的一种多层海绵面料,通过设置第一、第二、第三海绵层,并在所述第一海绵层中设置有玻璃纤维管,所述第二海绵层中设置有银纤维制成的网筛,所述第三海绵层中设置有纳米活性炭,使得海绵具有良好的弹力及较高的抗拉强度,且在长时间使用中海绵体不会变形,不易损坏。通过设置纳米碳膜管、绒毛和底层,根据其相对位置的结构,使得面料能够在潮湿的环境中使用,且功能性不会受到影响。

综上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种多层海绵面料,通过设置第一、第二、第三海绵层,并在所述第一海绵层中设置有玻璃纤维管,所述第二海绵层中设置有银纤维制成的网筛,所述第三海绵层中设置有纳米活性炭,使得海绵具有良好的弹力及较高的抗拉强度,且在长时间使用中海绵体不会变形,不易损坏。通过设置纳米碳膜管、绒毛和底层,根据其的结构,使得面料能够在潮湿的环境中使用,且功能性不会受到影响。

1.一种多层海绵面料,其特征在于:所述多层海绵面料包括底层(1),所述底层(1)的上方设置海绵层,所述海绵层的上方设置有外层(5),所述外层(5)的表面设置有一层防护涂层(6),所述多层海绵面料中竖直穿插有S型弹簧状的纳米碳膜管(8),所述底层(1)为纯棉纤维,所述纯棉纤维的下方设置有一层防滑材料(7),所述海绵层由第一、第二、第三海绵层(4)制成,所述第二海绵层(3)位于第一和第三海绵层(4)中间,所述第一海绵层(2)中设置有玻璃纤维管(9),所述第二海绵层(3)中设置有银纤维制成的网筛(10),所述第三海绵层(4)中设置有纳米活性炭,所述外层(5)为块状的绒毛(10),所述防护涂层(6)为耐磨涂料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层海绵面料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维管(9)为长条形,均匀平行排列,所述银纤维网筛(10)的网眼为60目,所述纳米活性炭采用胶水粘在所述第三海绵层(4)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层海绵面料,其特征在于:所述第一海绵层(2)的密度为所述第二海绵层(3)的二倍,所述第二海绵层(3)的密度为所述第三海绵层(4)的三倍,所述第一、第二、第三海绵层(4)的厚度相同。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层海绵面料,其特征在于:所述绒毛(10)以菱形散布,紧密排列在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种多层海绵面料,其特征在于:所述S型弹簧状的纳米碳膜管(8)竖直穿插在底层(1)、海绵层、外层(5)中。
