Abstract
The invention relates to a disassembly and assembly tool of a gearbox, which comprises a bearing frame, a lifting mechanism and two driving mechanisms, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a V-shaped lifting frame consisting of two oppositely arranged lifting plates and two supporting components for respectively supporting the two lifting plates, the lower ends of the two lifting plates are hinged on the bearing frame, each supporting component comprises a sliding block which is linearly movably arranged on the bearing frame and a supporting frame of which one end is hinged with the sliding block, the other end of the supporting frame is hinged with the upper end of the lifting plate, and the two driving mechanisms respectively drive the two sliding blocks to move; the V-shaped lifting frame is used for supporting the gearbox. The disassembly and assembly tool disclosed by the invention can support, bear and transfer the gearbox when the gearbox is disassembled and assembled, is convenient to use and flexible to adjust, can adapt to gearboxes with different sizes, can reduce the labor intensity when the gearbox is disassembled and assembled, reduces the working danger of maintenance personnel and improves the working efficiency.

The disassembly and assembly tool provided by the invention adjusts the actions of the two lifting plates 2 of the V-shaped lifting frame through the two driving mechanisms and the two supporting components and supports the two lifting plates, specifically, the driving mechanism drives the slide block 4 to move linearly, the slide block 4 drives the lifting plates 2 to rotate through the supporting frame 3, so that the upper ends of the lifting plates 2 are lifted up or put down, the two lifting plates 2 can be adjusted to form V shapes with different angles through the two driving mechanisms to support a gearbox, the requirements of gearboxes with different sizes are met, and the included angle range between the two lifting plates 2 can be determined according to requirements, preferably 30-180 degrees. In this embodiment, two lifting plates 2 of the V-shaped lifting frame are arranged front and back oppositely, and two driving mechanisms are respectively arranged at the front and the rear of the vehicle of the loading frame 1 and are respectively used for adjusting the lifting plates 2 at the front side and the rear side. In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 3, rolling wheels are provided under the carriage 1, preferably lockable universal wheels 11, and a hand pushing frame 12 is further provided at the rear side of the carriage 1 to facilitate pushing the carriage 1 to move, and the dismountable working position is fixed and does not move through the lockable universal wheels 11 when in use.
Taking the disassembly tool in this embodiment as an example, the specific use process is as follows:
a. disassembling the gearbox: the disassembling tool is pushed into the lower part of the gearbox through the hand push frame 12 and the lockable universal wheel 11, and is locked by the lockable universal wheel 11; rotating a hand wheel 6 around or at the tail of the vehicle, adjusting the positions of two lifting plates 2 of the V-shaped lifting frame to the position of tightly adhering to a gearbox, and pulling a handle push frame 12 to take the gearbox out of a placing area after disassembling a connecting screw.
b. Installing a gearbox: the gearbox is hoisted to the V-shaped lifting frame, the gearbox is pushed to the lower part of the vehicle bottom mounting position by the traction hand-push frame 12, the hand wheel 6 is rotated, the two lifting plates 2 of the V-shaped lifting frame are adjusted to adjust the position of the gearbox, the bolt hole position of the gearbox is aligned with the mounting hole position, and the mounting of the gearbox is realized.
