The preset time can be set according to actual conditions, and can be 1 minute, 5 minutes and the like.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the monitored person mobile phone confirms that the monitored person mobile phone is associated with the guardian mobile phone in the preset time, S15 is continuously executed, and the second party communication terminal starts a communication program to obtain the authority of the preset type of data.
The communication program according to the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a dial-up program, an instant messaging program, and the like. The permission for acquiring the preset type data may include, but is not limited to, permission for acquiring GPS position data from a GPS module, permission for acquiring audio/video data from a camera module, permission for acquiring operation behavior data of the second party communication terminal by the user from an operation recording module, and the like.
Further, after the monitored person mobile phone confirms that the monitored person is associated with the monitoring person mobile phone within the preset time, S16 can be executed to record the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal, and inform the first party communication terminal that the establishment of the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal is successful; and S17, sending the security monitoring relation between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal to a monitoring server.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the monitored person mobile phone does not confirm that the monitored person mobile phone is associated with the monitoring person mobile phone within the preset time, S18 is executed to notify the first party communication terminal that the establishment of the security monitoring relationship with the second party communication terminal fails.
Further, referring to fig. 3, it is a flowchart of an implementation of the personal safety monitoring method according to a third embodiment of the present invention. The preferred embodiment of the personal safety monitoring method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention shown in fig. 3 is still applied to the data exchange server 3 shown in fig. 1, and specifically includes:
s20, when a call connection request sent by a first party communication terminal and a second party communication terminal is received, whether a safety monitoring relation exists between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal is judged.
As described above, the data exchange server 3 records the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first-party communication terminal and the second-party communication terminal, and therefore, it can be determined whether the safety monitoring relationship exists between the first-party communication terminal and the second-party communication terminal according to the record.
When the security monitoring relationship does not exist between the first-party communication terminal and the second-party communication terminal, S21 is executed, and the call connection request is normally executed, for example, a communication channel between the first-party communication terminal 1 and the second-party communication terminal 2 is established.
And when the safety monitoring relation exists between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal, executing S22 and sending the call connection request to a monitoring server.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the monitoring server and the data exchange server are integrated, the step S22 is not required to be executed, but is executed continuously to execute the method steps in fig. 4 described below.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a personal safety monitoring method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. The order of the steps in the flow chart may be changed and some steps may be omitted according to different needs.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method shown in fig. 4 can be applied to the monitoring server 4 shown in fig. 1. In other embodiments of the present invention, the method shown in fig. 4 may also be applied to the data exchange server 3 shown in fig. 1.
In detail, the personal safety monitoring method according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s30, when a call connection request initiated by the first party communication terminal to the second party communication terminal is received, acquiring the trigger condition of the corresponding personal safety monitoring mode.
S31, monitoring the execution parameter of the call connection request according to the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, and judging whether the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode.
As described above, the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode may include: a waiting duration threshold for the call connection request, a supervision time period threshold, or a combination of one or more of the usual range of activity of the second party communications terminal. In this embodiment of the present invention, the execution parameters of the call connection request include: the waiting time of the call connection request, and/or the current time point, and/or whether the position information transmitted by the second party communication terminal is within a preset moving range.
For example, in one application scenario of the present invention, the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode is set as: the waiting time threshold of the call connection request is 40 seconds, the monitoring time period threshold is from 21 pm to 6 am, and the current positions of the second party communication terminal are place 1, place 2 and place 3, and the embodiment of the invention monitors that the execution parameters of the call connection request are as follows: when the alarm signal reaches '22 points, the alarm rings for more than 40 seconds and the current position of the mobile phone of the person to be monitored is the position 4', the execution parameters meet the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode.
And executing S32, sending an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal, and executing S33, receiving monitoring data of a preset type sent by the second party communication terminal, and transmitting the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal under the condition that the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal includes:
and transmitting the video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal according to the monitoring data of the preset type. Wherein, the content of the video color ring corresponding to the call connection request comprises: information carried by the preset type of monitoring data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the preset type data may include, but is not limited to, current geographic location data of the second party communication terminal, surrounding audio/video data, operation behavior data of the second party communication terminal by a user, and the like.
The embodiment of the invention can set the second party communication terminal to start the silent mode when acquiring the preset type data. In the silent mode, the second communication terminal cannot sense (such as black screen and no sound) visually and acoustically, and the like, and collects data such as geographic positions, audio and video data, operation behaviors and the like in a background working mode so as to ensure the personal safety of the person under guardianship under the extreme conditions of hijacking and the like by gangsters.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the execution parameter satisfies the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, the method may further include: sending information to the first party communication terminal to inquire whether a personal safety monitoring mode for the second party communication terminal needs to be started or not; when receiving a reply confirming the activation of the personal safety monitoring mode fed back by the first party communication terminal, the above steps S32 and S33 are executed.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the execution parameter does not satisfy the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, if the waiting time of the call connection request does not reach the preset waiting time threshold, the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal have successfully established a communication connection, and/or the current time point is not within the preset monitoring time threshold, and/or the location information transmitted by the second party communication terminal is within the preset activity range, the monitoring process is ended.
Further, the embodiment of the present invention may further include: s34, receiving the request of the first party communication terminal, and transmitting the request to the second party communication terminal or the third party server according to the type of the request.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the preset type of data is transmitted to the first party communication terminal, the data may be displayed on the screen of the first party communication terminal according to the interface shown in fig. 5. The current geographic position data of the second party communication terminal is displayed above the screen of the first party communication terminal in a map positioning mode, and the user of the first party communication terminal can refresh the positioning of the second party communication terminal in a manual mode by clicking a 'refreshing positioning' key. Meanwhile, the user of the first party communication terminal can also output the audio and video information sent by the second party communication terminal through the switching of the screen through the key of the switching camera.
The user of the first party communication terminal can also transmit a request of voice data to the monitoring server by clicking a 'send voice' key in the interface, the monitoring server transmits the voice data to the second party communication terminal, and the second party communication terminal plays the voice data in a loudspeaker playing mode after receiving the voice data.
In addition, the user of the first party communication terminal can also submit an alarm request to the monitoring server through the one-key alarm key of the interface, and the monitoring server sends the preset type data sent by the second party communication terminal to a third party server, such as a police service platform, after receiving the alarm request, so as to realize the one-key alarm function.
Further, the user of the first-party communication terminal may turn on/off the silent mode of the second-party communication terminal by clicking a "silent acquisition" button.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the monitoring information of the position, the audio and the video and the operation behavior sent by the second party communication terminal is automatically stored to the cloud end every time the personal safety monitoring mode is triggered, so that a guardian and a police officer can conveniently check and analyze problems and help rescue. Therefore, the user of the first-party communication terminal can call the historical monitoring information of the second-party communication terminal by clicking a 'history record' key.
Fig. 6 is a functional block diagram of a personal safety monitoring device according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. According to the implemented functions, the personal safety monitoring device 100 may include a monitoring relationship association module 101, a data acquisition module 102, a trigger determination module 103, and a monitoring module 104. The module of the present invention, which may also be referred to as a unit, refers to a series of computer program segments that can be executed by a processor of an electronic device and can perform a fixed function, and is stored in a memory of the electronic device, such as a smart speaker.
In detail, in the present embodiment, the functions regarding the respective modules/units are as follows:
the monitoring relationship association module 101 is configured to associate a personal safety monitoring relationship between a first-party communication terminal and one or more first-party communication terminals.
In detail, the monitoring relationship association module 101 may associate the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first-party communication terminal and one or more first-party communication terminals by:
the monitoring relationship association module 101 sends an authentication message to the first party communication terminal when receiving a request for activating the security monitoring mode sent by the first party communication terminal.
The first party communication terminal may be a guardian's handset.
In one application scenario of the embodiment of the invention, the guardian mobile phone logs in the data exchange server through the mobile phone number and selects to activate the safety monitoring mode.
In actual use, the guardian mobile phone can select to activate a safety monitoring mode in a browser, WeChat public numbers, small programs or a mode of dialing a customer service telephone of a data exchange server.
In order to avoid that other users impersonate and open the security monitoring mode, in the embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring relationship association module 101 may require the monitoring mobile phone to input a security verification code, so as to verify the identity of the user.
The monitoring relationship association module 101 determines whether the authentication passes.
When the identity authentication does not pass, the monitoring relationship association module 101 notifies the first party communication terminal that the security monitoring mode is failed to be opened.
When the identity authentication is passed, the monitoring relationship association module 101 receives the guardian information sent by the first party communication terminal, the monitored information of the second party communication terminal, and the triggering condition of the security monitoring mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the guardian information may include a guardian name, a guardian telephone, and the like, the monitored second-party communication terminal may be a mobile phone of the monitored person, and the information of the second-party communication terminal may include a mobile phone number, an instant messaging account number, and the like of the second-party communication terminal. The triggering condition of the safety monitoring mode can comprise one or a combination of several of a waiting time threshold of a call connection request, a monitoring time period threshold and a common activity range of the second-party communication terminal.
In one application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring relationship association module 101 may set the triggering conditions of the safety monitoring mode as follows: and after 21 points, the ringing exceeds 40 seconds and no one answers, or after 21 points, the ringing exceeds 40 seconds and no one answers, and the current position of the mobile phone of the person under guardianship is not the regular station, and the like.
The monitoring relationship association module 101 sends the information of the guardian sent by the first party communication terminal and the triggering condition of the safety monitoring mode to the second party communication terminal through the information of the monitored second party communication terminal.
Specifically, in one application scenario of the embodiment of the present invention, after the identity authentication of the guardian is passed, the monitoring relationship association module 101 sends monitoring relationship confirmation information to the monitored person mobile phone, where the confirmation information may include: the guardian information, the triggering condition of the safety monitoring mode, the service consultation website and the confirmation mode, for example, the guardian can determine whether to associate the personal safety monitoring relationship with the guardian by directly replying a short message, or can log in the data exchange server through the service consultation website to determine whether to associate the personal safety monitoring relationship with the guardian.
The monitoring relationship association module 101 determines whether agreement information replied by the second party communication terminal is received within a preset time.
The preset time can be set according to actual conditions, and can be 1 minute, 5 minutes and the like.
In one embodiment of the present invention, after the monitored person mobile phone confirms that the monitored person mobile phone associates with the monitoring person mobile phone within the preset time, the monitoring relationship association module 101 starts a communication program in the second party communication terminal to obtain the authority of the preset type of data.
The communication program according to the embodiment of the present invention may include, but is not limited to, a dial-up program, an instant messaging program, and the like. Further, after the monitored person mobile phone confirms that the monitored person mobile phone associates with the monitoring person mobile phone within the preset time, the monitoring relationship association module 101 may further record the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal, notify the first party communication terminal that the establishment of the personal safety monitoring relationship between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal is successful, and send the safety monitoring relationship between the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal to the monitoring server.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the monitored person mobile phone does not confirm that the monitored person mobile phone associates with the monitoring person mobile phone within the preset time, the monitoring relationship association module 101 notifies the first party communication terminal and the second party communication terminal that the establishment of the security monitoring relationship fails.
The data obtaining module 102 is configured to obtain a trigger condition of a corresponding personal safety monitoring mode when receiving a call connection request initiated by a first-party communication terminal to a second-party communication terminal.
The triggering judgment module 103 is configured to monitor an execution parameter of the call connection request according to the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, and judge whether the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode.
As described above, the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode may include: a waiting duration threshold for the call connection request, a supervision time period threshold, or a combination of one or more of the usual range of activity of the second party communications terminal. The monitoring module 104 is configured to send an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal, receive monitoring data of a preset type sent by the second party communication terminal, and transmit the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal when the execution parameter satisfies a trigger condition of the personal safety monitoring mode.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, the transmitting the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal includes:

According to the monitoring data of the preset type, the embodiment of the invention transmits the video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal. Wherein the content of the video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the call connection request comprises: information carried by the preset type of monitoring data.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the monitoring module 104 may set the second party communication terminal to start a silent mode when acquiring the preset type data. In the silent mode, the second communication terminal cannot sense visually or acoustically (such as a black screen and no sound), and the like, and collects data such as a geographical position, audio and video data and an operation behavior in a background working mode, so that the personal safety of a person under guardianship is ensured under the extreme conditions of hijacking and the like by ruffians.
In another embodiment of the present invention, when the execution parameter satisfies the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, the monitoring module 104 further sends a message to the first party communication terminal to inquire whether the personal safety monitoring mode for the second party communication terminal needs to be started; and when receiving a reply confirming that the personal safety monitoring mode is started from the first party communication terminal, sending a starting instruction of the personal safety monitoring mode to the second party communication terminal.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device capable of implementing a personal safety monitoring method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
The electronic device 10 may comprise a processor 11, a memory 12 and a bus, and may further comprise a computer program, such as a personal safety monitoring program, stored in the memory 12 and executable on the processor 11.
The memory 12 includes at least one type of readable storage medium, which includes flash memory, removable hard disks, multimedia cards, card-type memories (e.g., SD or DX memories, etc.), magnetic memories, magnetic disks, optical disks, etc. The memory 12 may in some embodiments be an internal storage unit of the electronic device 10, such as a removable hard disk of the electronic device 10. The memory 12 may also be an external storage device of the electronic device 10 in other embodiments, such as a plug-in removable hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and so on, provided on the electronic device 10. Further, the memory 12 may also include both internal storage units and external storage devices of the electronic device 10. The memory 12 may be used not only for storing application software installed in the electronic device 10 and various types of data, such as codes of personal safety monitoring programs, etc., but also for temporarily storing data that has been output or will be output.
The processor 11 may be composed of an integrated circuit in some embodiments, for example, a single packaged integrated circuit, or may be composed of a plurality of integrated circuits packaged with the same or different functions, including one or more Central Processing Units (CPUs), microprocessors, digital Processing chips, graphics processors, and combinations of various control chips. The processor 11 is a Control Unit (Control Unit) of the electronic device 10, connects various components of the electronic device 10 by using various interfaces and lines, and executes various functions and processes data of the electronic device 10 by running or executing programs or modules (e.g., executing personal safety monitoring programs, etc.) stored in the memory 12 and calling data stored in the memory 12.

Fig. 7 shows only an electronic device 10 having components 11-12, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 7 does not constitute a limitation of the electronic device 10, and may include fewer or more components than shown, or some components in combination, or a different arrangement of components.
For example, although not shown, the electronic device 10 may further include a power supply (such as a battery) for supplying power to each component, and preferably, the power supply may be logically connected to the at least one processor 11 through a power management device, so that functions of charge management, discharge management, power consumption management and the like are realized through the power management device. The power supply may also include any component of one or more dc or ac power sources, recharging devices, power failure detection circuitry, power converters or inverters, power status indicators, and the like. The electronic device 10 may further include various sensors, a bluetooth module, a Wi-Fi module, and the like, which are not described herein again.
Further, the electronic device 10 may further include a network interface, and optionally, the network interface may include a wired interface and/or a wireless interface (e.g., a WI-FI interface, a bluetooth interface, etc.), which are generally used to establish a communication connection between the electronic device 10 and other electronic devices.
Optionally, the electronic device 10 may further comprise a user interface, which may be a Display (Display), an input unit (such as a Keyboard), and optionally a standard wired interface, a wireless interface. monitoring an execution parameter of the call connection request according to a triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, and sending an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal when the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode;
and receiving preset type monitoring data sent by the second party communication terminal, and transmitting the preset type monitoring data to the first party communication terminal.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the processor 11 for the instruction may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 to fig. 5, which is not repeated herein.
Further, the integrated modules/units of the electronic device 10, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as separate products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The computer-readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying said computer program code, recording medium, U-disk, removable hard disk, magnetic disk, optical disk, computer Memory, Read-Only Memory (ROM).
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus, device and method can be implemented in other ways. 1. A personal safety monitoring method, comprising:
when a call connection request initiated by a first party communication terminal to a second party communication terminal is received, acquiring a trigger condition of a corresponding personal safety monitoring mode;
monitoring an execution parameter of the call connection request according to the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, and sending an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal when the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode;
receiving preset type monitoring data sent by the second party communication terminal, and transmitting the preset type monitoring data to the first party communication terminal, wherein the transmitting the preset type monitoring data to the first party communication terminal includes: transmitting a video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal according to the preset type of monitoring data;
wherein the content of the video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the call connection request comprises: information carried by the preset type of monitoring data.
2. The personal safety monitoring method of claim 1, wherein the sending an instruction to the second-party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second-party communication terminal when the execution parameter satisfies a trigger condition of the personal safety monitoring mode comprises:
when the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, sending information to the first party communication terminal to inquire whether the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal needs to be started or not;
and when receiving a reply of confirming to start the personal safety monitoring mode fed back by the first party communication terminal, sending an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start the personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal.
3. A personal safety monitoring method according to any of claims 1-2, wherein before said receiving a call connection request from the first-party communication terminal to the second-party communication terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a request for opening a personal safety monitoring mode sent by the first party communication terminal, and receiving guardian information sent by the first party communication terminal, information of a monitored second party communication terminal and a triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode;
and sending the guardian information sent by the first party communication terminal and the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode to the second party communication terminal through the information of the monitored second party communication terminal.
4. A personal safety monitoring method, comprising:
a second party communication terminal receives a call connection request sent by a core network element and initiated by a first party communication terminal to the second party communication terminal;
receiving a personal safety monitoring mode starting instruction sent by the core network element; the instruction is sent by the core network element when the execution parameter of the call connection request meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode;
collecting preset type monitoring data, and sending the preset type monitoring data to the core network element, so that the core network element sends the preset type monitoring data to the first party communication terminal, wherein the sending the preset type monitoring data to the first party communication terminal includes: transmitting a video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal according to the preset type of monitoring data;

5. A personal safety monitoring method, comprising:
a first party communication terminal initiates a call connection request to a second party communication terminal;
receiving preset type monitoring data sent by a core network element, and transmitting a video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal according to the preset type monitoring data; wherein, the preset type of monitoring data is collected and sent by the second party communication terminal when the execution parameter of the call connection request meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, and the content of the video color ring corresponding to the call connection request includes: information carried by the preset type of monitoring data.
6. A personal safety monitoring device, the device comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the trigger condition of the corresponding personal safety monitoring mode when receiving a call connection request initiated by a first-party communication terminal to a second-party communication terminal;
a triggering judgment module for monitoring the execution parameter of the call connection request according to the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode and judging whether the execution parameter meets the triggering condition of the personal safety monitoring mode;
a monitoring module, configured to send an instruction to the second party communication terminal to start a personal safety monitoring mode of the second party communication terminal when the execution parameter satisfies a trigger condition of the personal safety monitoring mode, receive monitoring data of a preset type sent by the second party communication terminal, and transmit the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal, where the transmitting the monitoring data of the preset type to the first party communication terminal includes: transmitting a video color ring corresponding to the call connection request to the first party communication terminal according to the preset type of monitoring data;
wherein the content of the video polyphonic ringtone corresponding to the call connection request comprises: information carried by the preset type of monitoring data.
7. A communication terminal, characterized in that the communication terminal comprises:
a memory storing at least one instruction; and
a processor executing instructions stored in the memory to implement the personal safety monitoring method of claim 4 or 5.
8. An electronic device, characterized in that the electronic device comprises:
a memory storing at least one instruction; and
a processor executing instructions stored in the memory to implement a personal safety monitoring method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having at least one instruction stored therein, the at least one instruction being executable by a processor in an electronic device to implement the method of personal safety monitoring as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
