Abstract
The application provides a business processing method and a business processing system, which are applied to the technical field of computers, wherein in the method, target terminal equipment acquires a service list from a background system through acquired equipment information, and sends target services selected by a user based on the service list and information for handling the target services to the background system through the target terminal equipment, and then the information is forwarded to self-service equipment by the background system for business handling, so that the information collecting capacity of the self-service equipment can be expanded, and the user experience is improved.

Background
The bank self-service equipment is special equipment for providing self-service handling of bank affairs for users, such as an intelligent teller machine, a self-service teller machine and the like. the target terminal device 101 is configured to scan a two-dimensional code or a barcode preset by the self-service device 103, acquire device information of the self-service device, and send a service information request to the background system, where the service information request includes the device information of the self-service device;
the target terminal device may be a mobile phone, a PAD, or the like, and the self-service device may be a business self-service device of a financial institution such as a bank, or a government affair business self-service device, which is not specifically limited herein. The preset two-dimensional code or bar code can be displayed on a screen of the self-service equipment, and the equipment ID information of the self-service equipment can be acquired by scanning the two-dimensional code or bar code. The service information request is used for acquiring what kind of service is handled by the self-service equipment, wherein in a specific application scene, various self-service equipment can be provided, and different services handled by different self-service equipment are different.
The background system 102 is configured to determine a service information list of the self-service device based on the received service information request sent by the target terminal device, and send the service information list to the target terminal device;
the background system stores information that each self-service device can handle services, and a service information list of the services handled by the corresponding self-service device can be obtained through the device information of the corresponding self-service device.
The target terminal device 101 is further configured to receive a service information list sent by the background system, and send target service information selected by a user based on the service information list and information required for handling the target service to the background system;
wherein the information required for transacting the service to be transacted includes but is not limited to at least one of the following: information collected or input through the target terminal, such as image information collected through a camera device, such as information input through a physical keyboard or a virtual keyboard, a touch screen and the like; the target terminal device may be a device that stores information related to a user, such as a file that the user copies to the target terminal device in a certain manner, such as a file that is received and stored by the user and sent by another user through a communication technology, such as a file that the user searches for network storage through the target terminal device.
The background system 102 is further configured to receive the target service information sent by the target terminal device and send information required for handling the target service to the self-service device;
the target terminal device is connected with the self-service device through the background system, and the problem of expansion of information collected by the self-service device is solved.
The self-service device 103 is configured to perform service transaction based on the received target service information and information required for transacting the target service.
The embodiment of the application provides a business processing system, in the embodiment of the application, a target terminal device obtains a service list from a background system through obtained device information, target services selected by a user based on the service list and information for handling the target services are sent to the background system through the target terminal device, and then the background system forwards the information to a self-service device for business handling, so that the capacity of collecting information by the self-service device can be expanded, and the user experience is improved.
The embodiment of the present application provides a possible implementation manner, and the system further includes:
the target terminal device 101 is configured to send identity authentication information of a target user to the background system 102;
the background system 102 is configured to send the received identity authentication information of the target user sent by the target terminal device 101 to the self-service device 103;
the self-service equipment 103 performs target user identity authentication based on the received identity authentication information of the target user sent by the background system 102;
the target user identity authentication is performed before the target terminal device 101 sends the selected target service information and the information required for handling the target service to the background system.
The identity authentication information can be acquired through target terminal equipment, such as face image information and fingerprint information, and can also be other biological characteristic information; the identity authentication information may also be account number and password information input by the user. And then, comparing the identity authentication information with corresponding identity authentication information prestored in the self-service equipment to determine whether the identity authentication passes.
For the embodiment of the application, the identity authentication information is acquired through the target terminal equipment for identity authentication, so that the problem of identity authentication of a target user is solved, the identity authentication can be realized without transforming the existing self-service equipment, and the problem of limited information acquisition capacity in stock self-service equipment is solved.
The embodiments of the present application provide a possible implementation manner, and in particular,
the target terminal device 101 is configured to send identity authentication information of a target user to the background system 102;
the background system 102 performs identity authentication based on the received identity authentication information of the target user sent by the target terminal device 101;
the target user identity authentication is performed before the target terminal device 101 sends the selected target service information and information required for transacting the target service to the background system 102;
the information required for transacting the target service comprises account information of the user. The account information can be used to determine to perform business processing on the target user.
For the embodiment of the application, the identity authentication information is acquired through the target terminal equipment for identity authentication, so that the problem of identity authentication of a target user is solved, the identity authentication can be realized without transforming the existing self-service equipment, and the problem of limited information acquisition capacity in stock self-service equipment is solved.
For better understanding of the business processing system of the present invention, fig. 3 shows an interaction diagram of the business processing system of the present application, and specifically,
1. a user opens a corresponding APP of a target terminal device, and scans a two-dimensional code on a self-service device interface, wherein the two-dimensional code comprises characteristic information such as a serial number of the device;

Fig. 2 is a service processing method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to a service processing system, where the service processing system includes a target terminal device, a background system, and a self-service device, and includes:
step S101, scanning a two-dimensional code or a bar code preset by self-service equipment through target terminal equipment, acquiring equipment information of the self-service equipment, and sending a service information request to the background system, wherein the service information request comprises the equipment information of the self-service equipment;
step S102, determining a service information list of the self-service equipment based on a received service information request sent by the target terminal equipment through a background system, and sending the service information list to the target terminal equipment;
