In the present embodiment, the air outlet cover 143 is protruded downward from the panel support 141, and at least a portion of the air guiding opening 145 extends to a connection portion between the air outlet cover 143 and the panel support 141. In this embodiment, the shape of the filter screen 170 is matched with the shape of the air inlet 190a, so that the air entering from the air inlet 190a can be filtered by the filter screen 170 and then exchanges heat with the evaporator 120.
The inner side of the air intake shroud 110 is provided with a plurality of guiding inserts 118, and the plurality of guiding inserts 118 are respectively arranged at two sides of the air inlet 190a and form a filter screen assembly guide rail 117. Specifically, the guiding insertion piece 118 is disposed inside the enclosure body 111 and is fixedly disposed on the edges of the upper and lower sides of the air inlet 190a for limiting the filter screen 170 from the upper and lower sides. Can form filter screen assembly guide rail 117 through a plurality of direction inserted sheets 118, can save material and reduce the manufacturing difficulty when guaranteeing spacing effect.

In this embodiment, the inner side of the air intake shroud 110 is further provided with a stop limiting piece 119, and the stop limiting piece 119 is disposed on a side of the air intake 190a away from the filter screen assembling hole 115, and is used for abutting against an end portion of the filter screen 170 inserted into the filter screen assembling hole 115. The filter screen 170 can be limited by arranging the stop limiting piece 119, the filter screen 170 is prevented from being inserted too deeply and cannot be taken out, meanwhile, assembling personnel can know whether the assembly is in place, and the assembly effect is guaranteed.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the number of the guiding insertion pieces 118 is 5, wherein 2 are provided on the upper side and 3 are provided on the lower side of the air inlet 190a, and the guiding insertion pieces are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the filtering net 170 can be limited in a staggered manner. Meanwhile, two stop limiting pieces 119 are arranged, and the two stop limiting pieces 119 are arranged on the inner side of the air inlet enclosing plate 110 at intervals. The number of the guide inserting pieces 118 and the stop limiting pieces 119 is only an example, and other numbers of the guide inserting pieces 118 and the stop limiting pieces 119 may be adopted for the filter nets 170 with different sizes, and are not particularly limited herein.
In this embodiment, the filter screen 170 is clearance fit in the screen mounting rail 117, and the clearance between the filter screen 170 and the screen mounting rail 117 is between 1mm and 2.5 mm. Specifically, the width of filter screen assembly guide 117 slightly is greater than the thickness of filter screen 170 for filter screen 170 can easily pack into filter screen assembly guide 117, and the actual clearance value is 1.5mm, through with filter screen 170 clearance fit in filter screen assembly guide 117, can make filter screen 170 can easily pack into filter screen assembly guide 117 promptly, can avoid filter screen 170 to rock in filter screen assembly guide 117 again, guarantees the assembly effect.
In other preferred embodiments of the present invention, the gap between the filter screen 170 and the screen mounting rail 117 may be smaller, so that the filter screen 170 can be tightly fitted in the screen mounting rail 117, and the filter screen 170 can freely slide by applying lubricant to the screen mounting rail 117, which will not be described in detail herein.
In the present embodiment, one end of the filter screen 170 is provided with a screen handle 171, the other end of the filter screen 170 is adapted to be inserted into the screen mounting hole 115, and the screen handle 171 is clearance-fitted into the screen mounting hole 115. Through setting up filter screen handle 171, can hand filter screen handle 171 and pack into and pull out filter screen 170 when the dismouting, it is very convenient.
It should be noted that the filter screen handle 171 and the filter screen 170 are integrally arranged, and the filter screen handle 171 is provided with a groove, so that the filter screen handle 171 can be conveniently taken out from the filter screen assembling hole 115 by hand through the groove, and the filter screen 170 can be taken out.
In this embodiment, the gap between the screen handle 171 and the sidewall of the screen mounting hole 115 is between 0.2mm and 0.5 mm. Specifically, the gap between the edge of the screen handle 171 and the side wall of the screen mounting hole 115 is 0.3mm, and by setting the dimensional relationship between the screen handle 171 and the screen mounting hole 115, the screen handle 171 is easily mounted in the screen mounting hole 115 while avoiding the appearance from being affected by an excessively large gap.
Referring to fig. 11, the fan assembly 150 includes a wind wheel 151, a motor 153, and a mounting bracket 155, one end of the mounting bracket 155 is connected to the chassis 130, the other end extends toward the outlet panel 140, the motor 153 is disposed at one end of the mounting bracket 155 far away from the chassis 130, and the wind wheel 151 is in transmission connection with the motor 153. By providing the mounting bracket 155, the motor 153 and the wind wheel 151 are lifted to a proper position relative to the chassis 130, thereby ensuring the blowing effect.
In this embodiment, the wind wheel 151 is an axial wind wheel 151, which supplies air through the side and discharges air axially, so that the air flow can enter from the air inlet 190a on the air outlet enclosure plate, and then is discharged through the air outlet 190b on the air outlet panel 140 after passing through the wind wheel 151.
In this embodiment, the height of the mounting bracket 155 relative to the chassis 130 is at least half of the height of the lower side of the air inlet 190a relative to the chassis 130, so that the wind wheel 151 can be at least located at the lower portion of the air inlet 190a in the horizontal direction after being mounted, and the air inlet duct can be ensured to be unobstructed.
In summary, the air conditioner 100 provided in this embodiment optimizes the air inlet and outlet duct, so that the air flow enters from the air inlet 190a on the air inlet enclosure 110, passes through the evaporator 120 after being filtered by the filter screen 170, directly enters the fan assembly 150, passes through the flow guiding ring to reach the air outlet panel 140, and finally the air outlet mesh enclosure 143 on the air outlet panel 140 blows out air. The air inlet 190a on the air inlet enclosing plate 110 is used for air inlet, and the air inlet 190a is distributed around the fan assembly 150, so that air can be inlet from at least 4 directions, and the structure of the air outlet mesh enclosure 143 is improved, so that three-dimensional air outlet can be realized by the air conditioner 100, and the air is outlet outwards through the three-dimensional air outlet mesh enclosure 143 during air outlet, and the air outlet can be realized by 360 degrees through an integral annular air port. Can ensure that the wind quickly falls to the ground and solve the problem that the hot wind does not fall to the ground. In addition, the assembly structure of the pull-out filter screen 170 is adopted, so that the filter screen 170 is more convenient to disassemble, assemble and clean.
Second embodiment
Referring to fig. 12 and 13 in combination, the present embodiment provides an air conditioner 100, the basic structure and principle and the generated technical effects are the same as those of the first embodiment, and for the sake of brief description, corresponding contents in the first embodiment may be referred to where the present embodiment is not mentioned in part.
The air conditioner 100 provided by this embodiment includes the air inlet baffle 110, the evaporator 120, the chassis 130, the air outlet panel 140, the fan assembly 150, the water collector 160, the filter screen 170 and the wind-guiding ring 180, the chassis 130 is disposed on the upper end surface of the air inlet baffle 110, the air outlet panel 140 is disposed on the lower end surface of the air inlet baffle 110, the chassis 130, the air inlet baffle 110 and the air outlet panel 140 jointly enclose into an accommodating inner cavity, the fan assembly 150 is disposed in the accommodating inner cavity and connected with the chassis 130, the evaporator 120 is disposed between the fan assembly 150 and the air inlet baffle 110, the air inlet 190a is disposed on the air inlet baffle 110, and the air outlet 190b is disposed on the air outlet panel 140. The filter screen 170 is disposed at the air inlet 190a, the water pan 160 is disposed in the air inlet enclosure 110 and below the evaporator 120, an air outlet abdicating hole 161 is formed in the water pan 160, and the air guide ring 180 is disposed in the air outlet abdicating hole 161 and corresponds to the air outlet 190 b.
In this embodiment, the air outlet panel 140 includes a panel support 141 and an air outlet mesh enclosure 143, the panel support 141 is connected to the lower end surface of the air inlet enclosure 110, the air outlet 190b is disposed on the panel support 141, the air outlet mesh enclosure 143 is covered on the air outlet 190b and connected to the panel support 141, and a plurality of air guiding openings 145 communicated with the air outlet 190b are disposed on the air outlet mesh enclosure 143. Through setting up air outlet net cover 143 to through the air guide trompil 145 air-out of a plurality of and air outlet 190b intercommunication, can disperse the air-out, avoid the air-out too concentrated.
The panel supporting frame 141 includes a supporting plate 141a and a rotating frame 141b, the air outlet 190b is disposed on the supporting plate 141a, the rotating frame 141b is disposed at the air outlet 190b and connected to the supporting plate 141a, the rotating frame 141b is provided with a rotating shaft 141c, the air outlet net cover 143 is provided with a shaft sleeve 143e, and the shaft sleeve 143e is sleeved on the rotating shaft 141c, so that the air outlet net cover 143 can rotate around the rotating shaft 141 c. Through setting up rotatory support body 141b to rotate the setting on rotatory support body 141b with air-out screen panel 143, make air-out screen panel 143 can rotate in the air-out, thereby further break up the air current, enlarge the air-out scope, and can make the wind that blows off softer, promote user experience.
In this embodiment, the rotating frame 141b is a cross-shaped structure and is horizontally disposed on the air outlet 190b, the rotating shaft 141c is disposed at the center of the rotating frame 141b, the shaft sleeve 143e is disposed at the center of the air outlet cover 143, so that the air outlet cover 143 and the rotating frame 141b can be overlapped at the center, and the plurality of spiral air guiding holes 145b extend to the edge of the air outlet cover 143. In the actual air outlet process, under the effect of the fan assembly 150, the air flow moves downward and blows out through the plurality of spiral air guide holes 145b, and the air outlet net cover 143 rotates relative to the rotating frame body 141b under the effect of the air flow, so that the air flow is further dispersed, the air outlet range is enlarged, the blown-out air is softer, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (17)

1. The air conditioner is characterized by comprising an air inlet coaming plate (110), an evaporator (120), a chassis (130), an air outlet panel (140) and a fan assembly (150), wherein the chassis (130) is arranged on the upper end face of the air inlet coaming plate (110), the air outlet panel (140) is arranged on the lower end face of the air inlet coaming plate (110), the chassis (130), the air inlet coaming plate (110) and the air outlet panel (140) jointly encircle to form an accommodating inner cavity, the fan assembly (150) is arranged in the accommodating inner cavity and connected with the chassis (130), the evaporator (120) is arranged between the fan assembly (150) and the air inlet coaming plate (110), an air inlet (190a) is formed in the air inlet coaming plate (110), and an air outlet (190b) is formed in the air outlet panel (140).
2. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the outlet panel (140) comprises a panel support frame (141) and an outlet screen, the panel support frame (141) is connected to a lower end surface of the inlet shroud (110), the outlet (190b) is disposed on the panel support frame (141), the outlet screen is disposed on the outlet (190b) and connected to the panel support frame (141), and the outlet screen is disposed with a plurality of air guiding openings (145) communicating with the outlet (190 b).
3. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 2, wherein the air outlet cover is downwardly protruded on the panel support frame (141), and at least a portion of the air guide opening (145) extends to a connection point of the air outlet cover and the panel support frame (141).
4. The air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein the height of the projection of the air outlet cover with respect to the panel support frame (141) is between 20mm and 35 mm.

The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the air outlet cover includes a central air outlet portion (143a) and an outer annular air outlet portion (143b), the outer annular air outlet portion (143b) is disposed around the central air outlet portion (143a), the central air outlet portion (143a) is provided with a plurality of straight spokes (143c) at intervals in a divergent manner, each straight spoke (143c) is disposed along a radial direction of the central air outlet portion (143a), the outer annular air outlet portion (143b) is provided with a plurality of spiral spokes (143d) at intervals in a divergent manner, one end of each spiral spoke (143d) extends to the central air outlet portion (143a), and the other end extends to the panel support frame (141).

The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the panel supporting frame (141) comprises a supporting plate body (141a) and a rotating frame body (141b), the air outlet (190b) is provided on the supporting plate body (141a), the rotating frame body (141b) is provided at the air outlet (190b) and connected with the supporting plate body (141a), a rotating shaft (141c) is provided on the rotating frame body (141b), a shaft sleeve (143e) is provided on the air outlet net cover, and the shaft sleeve (143e) is sleeved on the rotating shaft (141c) to enable the air outlet net cover to rotate around the rotating shaft (141 c).

The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the air intake enclosure (110) comprises a plurality of enclosure bodies (111), the enclosure bodies (111) are arranged around the fan assembly (150), each enclosure body (111) is provided with the air inlet (190a), and each air inlet (190a) is provided with an air intake grille (113).
8. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 7, wherein the air intake area of each air intake (190a) is greater than or equal to half of the outer surface area of the corresponding enclosure body (111).

The air conditioner according to claim 1 or 7, further comprising a filter screen (170), wherein a filter screen assembling hole (115) for installing the filter screen (170) is further formed in the air inlet enclosing plate (110), a filter screen assembling guide rail (117) is arranged on the inner side of the air inlet enclosing plate (110), the filter screen assembling guide rail (117) is respectively arranged on two sides of the air inlet (190a) and extends to the filter screen assembling hole (115), and the filter screen (170) is slidably accommodated on the filter screen assembling guide rail (117) and coincides with the air inlet (190 a).
10. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein a plurality of guide tabs (118) are provided at an inner side of the air intake shroud (110), and a plurality of the guide tabs (118) are respectively provided at both sides of the air intake opening (190a) and form the screen mounting rail (117).
11. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 10, wherein a plurality of the guide blades (118) are arranged along both sides of the air inlet (190a) in a staggered manner.

The air conditioner of claim 10, wherein a stop limiting piece (119) is further disposed on an inner side of the air intake shroud (110), and the stop limiting piece (119) is disposed on a side of the air intake (190a) away from the filter screen assembly hole (115) and used for abutting against an end portion of the filter screen (170) inserted into the filter screen assembly hole (115).
13. The air conditioner according to claim 9, wherein the filter screen (170) is clearance-fitted in the screen mounting rail (117), and a clearance between the filter screen (170) and the screen mounting rail (117) is between 1mm and 2.5 mm.
14. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 9, wherein one end of the filter screen (170) is provided with a screen handle (171), the other end of the filter screen (170) is adapted to be inserted into the screen fitting hole (115), and the screen handle (171) is clearance-fitted into the screen fitting hole (115).
15. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 14, wherein a gap between the screen handle (171) and a sidewall of the screen mounting hole (115) is between 0.2mm and 0.5 mm.
16. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the fan assembly (150) comprises a wind wheel (151), a motor (153) and a mounting bracket (155), one end of the mounting bracket (155) is connected with the base plate (130), the other end of the mounting bracket extends towards the wind outlet panel (140), the motor (153) is arranged at one end of the mounting bracket (155) far away from the base plate (130), and the wind wheel (151) is in transmission connection with the motor (153).

The air conditioner according to claim 1, further comprising a water pan (160) and a wind guide ring (180), wherein the water pan (160) is disposed in the wind inlet surrounding plate (110) and below the evaporator (120), the water pan (160) is provided with a wind outlet receding hole (161), and the wind guide ring (180) is disposed in the wind outlet receding hole (161) and corresponds to the wind outlet (190 b).
