Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of hot melt adhesives, and particularly relates to an essence-resistant hot melt adhesive for making up openings of thermoplastic filter rods and a preparation method thereof.

The rapid development of filter stick forming machinery and the layer emergence of special filter sticks such as composite filter sticks, grooved filter sticks and special filter sticks raise higher requirements on the service performance and the storage performance of the hot melt adhesive for filter stick lapping in the tobacco industry. Especially, the added tobacco essence migrates in the storage process of the filter stick of the high-permeability plug wrap paper containing the spice line, so that part of components in the hot melt adhesive are swelled and damaged, and the retention of the permanent adhesive force of the hot melt adhesive is seriously influenced.
The tobacco essence is an additive for tobacco products, which is prepared by adding suitable auxiliary materials and proper solvents into more than two tobacco flavors according to a certain proportion. Thus, a perfume is a mixture containing one or more compounds such as esters, aldehydes, ketones, phenols, lactones, acids, nitrogen-containing compounds, and the like. In order to improve the performance of the EVA hot melt adhesive against solvents such as triacetyl glycerine and the like, researchers strengthen the network or relieve the swelling degree by adding SEBS as a protective body [1] and polymethyl methacrylate as an oil-absorbing resin [2], and the like, so as to achieve the purpose of improving the solvent resistance. However, these methods have limited solvent resistance and too single function, and cannot effectively solve the problem of the perfume resistance.
In order to fill up the problem that a filter stick with high essence content is easy to crack, which is puzzled by an EVA hot melt adhesive essence-resistant modification method in the industry, the invention designs a formula of the hot melt adhesive for lapping, improves the tolerance of the hot melt adhesive for lapping to most organic solvents, and successfully prepares the hot melt adhesive for lapping the thermoplastic filter stick with excellent essence-resistant performance.

In order to achieve the technical purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is realized as follows:
the hot melt adhesive for the essence-resistant thermoplastic filter stick lap is mainly prepared from EVA resin, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, nano montmorillonite paraffin and an antioxidant, wherein the mass ratio of the EVA resin to the hydrogenated rosin glyceride to the nano montmorillonite to the paraffin to the antioxidant is (25-42.8): 27-45): 3-10: (15-20): 0.2-0.5.
The invention provides an essence-resistant thermoplastic filter stick lap hot melt adhesive, which is characterized in that nano montmorillonite is surface graft modified nano montmorillonite, and preferably at least one of silane, titanate, isocyanate and quaternary ammonium salt is used for surface graft modification of the nano montmorillonite.
The invention provides an essence-resistant thermoplastic hot melt adhesive for filter stick lapping, which is prepared by the following steps of using surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite:
(1) carrying out intercalation oxidation on the nano montmorillonite for 3 hours at 80 ℃ by hydrogen peroxide;
(2) then in the aqueous solution, polyvinyl alcohol is used as a dispersing agent, at least one of silane, titanate and quaternary ammonium salt is used as a modifier, benzoyl peroxide is used as an initiator, and a surface graft montmorillonite crude product with the grafting rate of 15 percent is prepared by a suspension polymerization grafting method;
(3) and freezing and drying the crude product to obtain a final product.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the essence-resistant thermoplastic hot melt adhesive for filter stick lap, which comprises the following steps:
(1) fully drying EVA resin, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, nano montmorillonite, paraffin and antioxidant, and uniformly premixing;
(2) and adding the uniformly premixed materials into blending equipment, melting at high temperature, uniformly mixing in a vacuum state, and cooling and granulating.
The invention provides a preparation method of an essence-resistant thermoplastic hot melt adhesive for filter stick lap, which is applicable to blending equipment and comprises the following steps: high-speed kneading machine, open mill, internal mixer, single screw extruder, double screw extruder.
The invention has good effect: the prepared hot melt adhesive for the lapping of the essence-resistant thermoplastic filter stick has the advantages that the capability of resisting organic solvents, particularly volatile and migratory organic solvents, is obviously improved, and the oleophobic property is obviously improved, so that the essence resistance can be improved, the storage stability of the filter stick is improved, and the explosion-resistant performance of the filter stick with higher essence adding proportion is obviously improved; the storage stability represented by the plasticizer resistance can reach 290-370 days, and is obviously superior to that of the common commercially available hot melt adhesive for mouth building.
Detailed Description

Example 1
The preparation method of the hot melt adhesive for the essence-resistant thermoplastic filter stick lap comprises the following specific steps:
(1) preparing quaternary ammonium salt surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite: the nano montmorillonite is intercalated and oxidized by hydrogen peroxide at 80 ℃ for 3 hours, and then in aqueous solution, the surface graft montmorillonite product with the grafting rate of 15 percent is prepared by a suspension polymerization grafting method by using polyvinyl alcohol as a dispersing agent, quaternary ammonium salt as a modifying agent and benzoyl peroxide as an initiating agent. Freeze drying the product to obtain surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite;
(2) weighing 37.8 parts of EVA resin, 32 parts of hydrogenated rosin glyceride, 10 parts of quaternary ammonium salt surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite, 20 parts of paraffin and 0.2 part of antioxidant according to the parts by weight, fully drying, adding the paraffin, the antioxidant, the EVA resin, the surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite and the hydrogenated rosin glyceride into a high-speed mixer in sequence, and uniformly premixing;
(3) uniformly and premixing EVA resin, hydrogenated rosin glyceride, surface grafting modified nano montmorillonite, paraffin and antioxidant, continuously adding the materials into a single-screw extruder, presetting the rotating speed to ensure that the materials stay for 30-45 minutes, carrying out high-temperature melting mixing at 170-190 ℃ in a vacuum state, and then cooling and granulating by an underwater granulator to obtain the hot melt adhesive for the essence-resistant thermoplastic filter stick lap.
