Abstract
A tension-free edge yarn crimping machine comprises a base, a movable frame, an edge yarn reel and a pressing roller; the movable frame is arranged on the base and connected with the moving mechanism, the movable frame is provided with a power mechanism, the output end of the power mechanism is connected with the side wire reel, and the front end of the side wire reel is provided with a side wire seam. The movable frame moves forwards on the base, so that the edge wire reel moves into a material rolling position, and the end part of the edge wire is guided into the edge wire seam. The power mechanism on the movable frame drives the edge wire reel to rotate, so that the edge wire is wound on the edge wire reel. After the curling is finished, the movable frame drives the edge wire reel to move out, and the edge wire coil on the edge wire reel is blocked to automatically fall down. This crimping machine overall function design satisfies collects the limit silk under the no tension state, slips into the pit with both sides limit silk earlier, curls by no tension limit silk machine again, has solved the frequent cracked problem of limit silk, and becomes one by two limit silk machines, has practiced thrift efficiency and cost greatly.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a device for preprocessing a high-strength thick plate before curling, and belongs to the technical field of plate rolling.
Background
After being uncoiled, the metal coiled plate is usually split into strips by a slitting machine and longitudinally sheared into narrow strips, and redundant edge strips (edge wires) generated at two sides need to be wound and collected in time. This is usually done by means of a slitting machine arranged on the side of the slitting line.
The existing side wire machine collects side wires through tension control, the left side and the right side of the slitting machine are respectively provided with one side wire, the side wires are arranged at two sides of an outlet of the slitting machine, the rolling diameter is constantly changed, tension adjustment is very difficult to control, and particularly the side wires are frequently broken in the production process aiming at thin and narrow side wires with the thickness of less than 0.5mm, so that the production line is frequently stopped. The edge wire machine in the tension control mode cannot meet the production requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the existing edge yarn curling technology, the invention provides a tension-free edge yarn curling machine which is suitable for thin and narrow edge yarns and is difficult to curl and break.
The tension-free edge yarn crimping machine adopts the following technical scheme:
the crimping machine comprises a base, a movable frame, a side wire reel and a pressing roller; the movable frame is arranged on the base and connected with the moving mechanism, the movable frame is provided with a power mechanism, the output end of the power mechanism is connected with the side wire reel, and the front end of the side wire reel is provided with a side wire seam.
The side wire reel is installed on the movable frame through a bearing seat.
The edge wire reel is conical.
The moving mechanism adopts an oil cylinder arranged on the base.
The base is provided with a rear support and a front support, a rear shaft sleeve and a front shaft sleeve are respectively arranged on the rear support and the front support, and the rear shaft sleeve and the front shaft sleeve are coaxial with the side wire reel; the side wire reel can extend into the rear shaft sleeve and the front shaft sleeve when moving, and plays a supporting role.
The base is provided with a compression roller through a lifting arm, the lifting arm is hinged to the base, and the lifting arm is connected with a lifting mechanism. The lifting mechanism adopts a cylinder arranged on the base, and a piston rod of the cylinder is hinged with the lifting arm; the cylinder drives the lifting arm and the compression roller to rise or fall, and the compression roller presses the coiled material in the process of coiling and collecting the edge wire.
And a guide wire stop block is arranged on the base in the advancing direction of the side wire and is used for smoothing the side wire before curling.
The movable frame moves forwards on the base, so that the edge wire reel moves into a material rolling position, and the end part of the edge wire is guided into the edge wire seam. The power mechanism on the movable frame drives the edge wire reel to rotate, so that the edge wire is wound on the edge wire reel. After the curling is finished, the movable frame drives the edge wire reel to move out, and the edge wire coil on the edge wire reel is blocked to automatically fall down.
The invention has the advantages that the whole functional design meets the requirement of collecting the side wires in a tension-free state, the problem of frequent breakage of the side wires is solved, and the energy efficiency and the cost are greatly saved as two side wire machines on the left side and the right side of the original slitting machine are changed into only one side wire machine.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the tension-free edge wire curling machine of the invention comprises a base 3, a movable frame 2, an edge wire reel 4 and a pressing roller 5. The moving frame 2 is arranged on the base 3 and connected with a moving mechanism, the moving mechanism adopts an oil cylinder 16 arranged on the base 3, and the moving frame 2 can move on the base 3 along a guide rail under the drive of the oil cylinder 16. The movable frame 2 is provided with a motor 1 (power mechanism), a rotating shaft of the motor 1 is connected with a side wire reel 4 through a coupler, the side wire reel 4 is arranged on the movable frame 2 through a bearing seat 9, the side wire reel 4 is conical, and the front end of the side wire reel is provided with a side wire seam 7.
The front portion (the right side of figure 1 is preceding) of base 3 is provided with after-poppet 13 and fore-stock 14, installs back axle sleeve 8 and preceding axle sleeve 10 through the bearing respectively on after-poppet 13 and the fore-stock 14, and back axle sleeve 8 and preceding axle sleeve 10 are coaxial with limit silk spool 4, can stretch into after-poppet 8 and preceding axle sleeve 10 when limit silk spool 4 removes. After the edge wire reel 4 extends into the rear shaft sleeve 8 and the front shaft sleeve 10, the motor 1 drives the edge wire reel 4 to rotate, and edge wire curling and collecting are carried out.
A roller shaft 6 is arranged on the base 3 above the rear shaft sleeve 8 and the front shaft sleeve 10, see fig. 2, the roller shaft 6 is mounted on a lifting arm 12, and the lifting arm 12 is hinged on the base 3. The lifting arm 12 is connected with a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism adopts an air cylinder 11, a piston rod of the air cylinder 11 is hinged with the lifting arm 12, and the air cylinder 11 drives the lifting arm 12 and the roller shaft 6 to rise or fall. The roller shaft 6 is provided with the compression roller 5 through a bearing, the compression roller 5 can rotate around the roller shaft 6, and the rolled materials are pressed through the compression roller 5 in the edge wire curling and receiving process.
Referring to fig. 2, a guide wire stop block 8 is arranged on the front support 14 in the advancing direction of the side wire, and is used for smoothing out the side wire before curling, so that the side wire is prevented from deviating and normal curling is ensured.
The operation of the above-described edge-threading machine is as follows.
The moving frame 2 moves forward (to the right in fig. 1) on the base 3, the motor 1 thereon moves together with the border wire reel 4, and the border wire reel 4 extends into the rear bushing 8 and the front bushing 10. The cylinder 11 drives the lifting arm 12 and the roller shaft 6 to rotate downwards, and the compression roller 5 presses the edge wire reel 4. The edge wires on the left side and the right side of the slitting machine firstly slide into the pit, and the end parts of the edge wires on the two sides are guided into the edge wire seams 7 along the guide wire stop blocks 8. The motor 1 is started to drive the edge wire reel 4 to rotate, so that the edge wire is wound on the edge wire reel 4. The compression roller 5 is pressed on the coil stock in the process of curling and receiving the edge wire, so that the curling compactness of the edge wire can be ensured, and the discharging and subsequent treatment are convenient. As the edge wire is wound more and more, the press roller 5 is jacked up, the piston rod of the air cylinder 11 is jacked up, and the pressing force of the press roller 5 on the curled edge wire can be adjusted by controlling the air pressure of the air cylinder 11.
After the curling is finished, the roller shaft 6 and the press roller 5 are rotated and lifted upwards by the air cylinder 11. The movable frame 2 drives the side silk reel 4 to move leftwards (move out) on the base 3, the side silk roll on the side silk reel 4 is blocked by the rear support 13, drops between the rear support 13 and the front support 14, and automatically falls down to slide into the waste bin 15.
